One staff made me not want to return to the Fort Dodge location. I asked a simple question on if they price matched. She responded in a very condescending tone "why would we price match our own prices?". I stated the Google nest max was full price in store but listed online for pick up in the same exact store for $164. I was just curious as to why it would be different since it was at the same store. The worker in the same tone again said "we don't match our own prices, what's the point of that". I thanked the worker and turned to my boyfriend and said we will just order the online pickup one then. We then went to check out with our other items. As we were checking out the worker had then gone up to who I am assuming was a supervisor only a few feet away from where we were checking out and was loudly complaining about my question and why I would ask something like that, why would we price match it's our own prices. I did not hear the full extent of the conversation as it was very embarrassing to even hear as much as I did. I do not feel as though my question was inappropriate nor did I press to get the price in store. I understand complaining about customers but to do it so blatantly in front of them is rude.Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was a little shorter, slightly older, short gray hair.

Visited here because we were in the area due to an out of town appointment in Fort Dodge. The store had good selection of items. Wearing shirts in a tall, it is very hard to find nice fitting shirts or to find stores with a decent selection. This store had a very nice big and tall section and had a nice selection of shirts. The hardest part of buying one was trying to figure out which ones to choose!!

My experience at Kohl’s with my Fiancé was pleasant and unpleasant. Kohl’s is a great place to shop with great deals and wonderful items. Unfortunately, I came across a very negative coworker, Vicky with strong unnecessary attitude over a plush toy. The negative behavior was way too excessive than it needed to be. She went negatively beyond the point over a plush toy than it needed to be when there was no harm involved and we weren’t causing any trouble.Please work on the weak communication so others can have a better experience at Kohl’s and don’t be so descending with others over something that isn’t problematic.

Went to shop their clearance items and to check if they pierced ears, (they do not pierce ears). Scored nine shirts for less than $50. Better than I thought I would get considering it's a week after Christmas. I was in Disappointed in the shoe selections, clearance or not. Mostly tennis shoes. I was looking for a black casual shoe that you could dress it up or down.stuck out with shoes The staff at the customer service desk was very helpful with my question as well as the floor staff. Time spent shopping with my Goddaughter. Priceless!

Had a price match policy issue, but after confirming the facts they honored it. Sent message about issue to review and manager sent me apologies in an email. That head associate was something else though.... Loved the cashiers willingness to abide by their policy though.

I brought my elderly father to Kohl's to buy Christmas presents for his grandkids. There are not many places to shop in Fort Dodge. He likes to go to Kohl's because it's never busy and always dead when we are there which makes moving throughout the store easier for him. We made a $300 purchase. Everything we purchased was a gift so I asked for a gift receipt for the items. Our cashier, became annoyed with my request and asked how many items we were purchasing. I thought this was odd as I assumed there was a way to automatically print off a gift receipt for each item. I replied that I didn't know how many items we had and it didn't say on the card reader payment screen. I asked her to look on her screen since she was ringing us up. She became angry and very rude. She ended up printing off 15 gift receipts. The next cashier asked how many households the gifts were going to. I replied three and she advised us that one gift receipt has all the items on it so we only needed three. I told her our cashier must not have realized this that about their gift receipts so she printed off 15. This made our cashier even more angry and rude. She didn't handle any of our merchandise with any care. She literally balled everything up in her arms and shoved them in a big bag and then shoved the bag at us. I have shopped at other Kohl's locations in many other cities and states and this is the worst service out of all of them. I don't want my father to shop at this Kohl's ever again.

I love this store generally speaking. I have a great wardrobe that was very easy on the pocketbook, thanks to their great sales. My only comment concerns my last visit with a friend. We both made the same kinds of purchase, same amount monetarily, but went through different check out lines. They honored her coupon a day early. They said no when I asked. They need to set a policy on the coupons and stick to it for EVERYBODY. I will go back I still love the store

We love kohl's. I think we can all agree that their change in how they do clearance is a pain. We don't buy anything that isn't way on sale (thanks to all of you who buy things at full price). The 30% Off deals and kohl's cash are great. Store is clean. Bathrooms are fantastic. Very food service. Good return policies.

I bought a set of diamond earrings. The initial price was $175 and I got them for 60% less. When I got ready to put them on and I pulled the back off, the stem bent. I don't think the quality was $175!

Overall great experience. The covid line to check out was very confusing and rather than help, the older woman forcefully asserted that I was going and standing thw wrong way. I apologized and said it was confusing, her response was "well that's why I'm telling you". She seemed just a little too high strung to work with people. The girl who checked me out was nice and did her job fantastic.

This store has consistent quality - fit. I always know what to expect I'm brands I rely on. Excellent place for a young man to find his first suit with coat, pants, shirt, tie, socks & belt all within the same department.

It is a good Kohl's store, but with so many stores going out of business, I'd like to see their plus size expand as well as their big and tall men's corner. I would think it would be more economical for them to have more options for larger men and women instead of online purchases and all the returns that follow that.

Quick and friendly service. Absolutely no issues returning my items from Amazon back at Kohls. I also received $5 coupon on my return receipt to use in the store.
