My dog started limping to the point where he would hardly use his leg so we called since the other vet clinics didnt have a doctor in. They got us in within the hour; the wait wasn't too long but the staff made up for it by being so inviting and friendly. The other patrons were also friendly and the doctor was was kind and professional. Its only been a day or two after my visit and my dog's health has improved drastically.

I want to thank Holm Animal Hospital for helping us with our cat Sassy. Our vet was gone and she was in need if help. Beth was very helpful in getting us in. We had used Dr Holmes for over 10 years as our family pets vet. We always loves working with him and his staff. Unfortunately last night out 13 year old Chihuahua was severely injured and we needed help. 15 hours later we still have not gotten a call back. We had to take him to another vet out of town we’re we unfortunately lost our first fur baby with a Dr we didn’t know. I am very disappointed and hurt personally by their lack of compassion and attention to and urgent matter. I can not recommend their service anymore.

My son, my mother, and I walked in there with my dog who had vomited 3 times in an hour, was pooping water, and would not stop shaking to stand in there for 10 15 mins before the receptionist even spoke to us. The receptionists were very rude. So rude that my mom and son and the dog went back to the car. They were nice until they figured out I didn't have an appointment. Everything after that was we can't help you take her to Ames thats the only emergency vet that would help me. If they treat the people like this makes me wonder how they treat everyone's fur babies.

My son's cat needed emergency care right away and when I called and told the receptionist what was going on with our cat she put Dr Holm on the phone which I thought was incredible that he actually took time to help me on the phone and didn't hesitate to have me bring our cat and her new babies right over... He was so kind and called me right after her surgery to tell me how it went... I would recommend Dr Holm and his staff

We had our cat Tiberious, into this vet. They had him several days. I would not consider EVER going ro another vet. Thank you, Doc and all your staff for providing the BEST care to Tiberious. So happy he's back to a good quality of life !!!

This place is amazing, in factedI wouldn't even think twice of going any where else n why because they all have big hearts n I trust them fully. They even call you later to see how your pet is doing very good bed side manners. My pet loves the doctor because he's so good too animals

My dog had been hit by a car over the weekend and our regular vet doesn’t have any diagnostic equipment. I called Dr. Holms office this morning stating that he needed to be seen right away for an X Ray. I was able to get in within an hour of when I called and Dr. Holm was very kind, caring, and informational. He thinks my fur baby will be okay and sent us on our way with some pain medication and antibiotic. Thanks Dr. Holm for getting us in so quickly and being so helpful!

Pleasant vet! I took my animals here before I worked at the local animal shelter. After having worked at the shelter and having to pick up animals after getting fixed here, they would always send papers for the pet parents so as to take care of stitches or staples. Very friendly, knowledgeable and they can break things down to regular terms for the average person. Also very clean. And they will work with you if you are strapped for cash at the moment

Love Dr Holmes. Great with the animals!! When my terrier JAKE was like 6 to 7 weeks old, he got round worm real bad and almost died. Dr Holmes took him home and took care of all night. Ten years later Jake's still with us. We feel like they ( Jake & Jazzys also sister and brother from the same litter) are like our childten. Also, when My daughters Chihuahua CHICO was tampled by their very big and energetic lab, he stepped on Chico's soft spot and was pretty much done for. Again he took CHICO home and took care of him overnight. He survived 😄Thank You Dr Holmes and Staff.💯
