I went through Drive thru and when I got to the Window I tried to ask the lady if they had any complaints with the Dunkin mobile app. Last 3 times I came the app wasn’t working and I was unable to use my rewards.The lady told me she has been busy since 5AM and isn’t taking questions right now. I thought that was a bit rude. I asked for the GM or CSR info I was told they don’t have a number that I needed to take the survey on receipt if I had a complaint. I left upset and ontop that I had Burnt food and 2 orders of Snackin Bacon that tasted like grease.I returned to the Store the next day and asked for Store Manager the cashier said she was busy I waited almost 5 minutes. Finally the Cashier came back and asked if she could help me. When doing so I noticed another Female with Red or brown hair rolling her eyes and had a smile on her face.I asked the girl who was the Store ManagerShe pointed to the same lady that was rude to me in drive threw window now she’s rolling her eyes. I can’t believe she is the Store Manager I was very surprised. 2 separate occasions she could have helped me and did not.I will not Return to this store

Awful customer service, apparently employees have no ability to read because the orders are constantly incorrect, i once ordered a strawberry cream cheese bagel and received a bacon egg and cheese croissant. More than a couple times have placed an online order and only gotten one of 3 or 4 items when attempting a pickup.The literal only reason I keep going is because the coffee itself is delicious, and the breakfast options are far superior compared to Scooters, but at least they understand how to read an order screen.(In the picture posted, my coffee has none of the flavors listed, and I implore anyone reading this to find the oatmilk in my drink.)

Love 💘 their Blueberry Munchkins. So good everytime. 10 for $3.00. So we got 30 Lol.. We don't get to stop at one very often.. Their lobby is open.. Employee was super nice.. We will return to this location in the future

I got my normal coffee which has been made perfect every time besides today, and got my friend who has never been to dunkin her first drink. She wanted the caramel craze latte I upsided it because I saw a sign that said the medium lattes between 2-6 were $2. Okay sweet it's cheaper that way. I get to the window and my total was $5.07 okay that's off but whatever asked for a receipt noticed that they did not give the discount. I asked about the sign and was founded with a confused look until I broke it down and told the cashier again. She stated that they are no longer on discount and will tell her manager to take down the sign. Then told us have a good night without even honoring the promotion. I pulled around and grabbed these pictures because it was not my fault that they still had the promotion displayed which there was no date seen on the sign. Very disappointed especially since being in this industry, they did not show customer service at all. I will also be taking the survey on the bottom of the receipt as well.

Terrible management. Drink quantity has gone down hill over the last year due to poor management. Store is consistently out of ingredients and thus a partial menu is only available. Store is also closed for business on random days. Steer clear of this location.

Had order online and a additional drive thru order. Failed to give me the complete online order left off donuts I didn't know what the order was for originally. Then the drive thru order was also messed up ordered 2 coffees and 2 long John's got one long john and one donut ugh I know they were busy but....... not a happy camper here 😕

The restaurant was clean and spacious. Lots of donut varieties, fresh and delicious. I noticed they had quite a few sandwich and drink options. The pumpkin iced coffee and strawberry refresher tasted amazing. Staff was adequate.

I found a bug in my refresher. I'm mean REALLY?! Is it that hard to keep the place clean. Plus the workers are kinda snarky and I think I had it with this place. Every time I get coffee there's always a mound of sugar on the bottom and thats your first sip. You literally chew on the sugar. Jeez

I come here often for the coffee. The workers are usually always friendly. I love that they have a happy hour. The drive thru line moves fast and I love that as I always seem to be rushing somewhere. The beverages are great, taste great and are priced great. I never order food here anymore though. The donuts are always hard and taste like they are at least a day old, and have very little icing/toppings. The croissants always have burnt edges, the "eggs" have no flavor what so ever they are so bland as well as the bacon and for the portions and quality the food Is over priced. Aside from that this is my go to coffee place.

Wish I could give 0. Awful service, everyone there clearly hates their job. I know working during the pandemic has been hard and such but jeez. I also know it’s hard to be in a good mood at work but i’m more than nice every time I go and I don’t get any respect. Ordered Iced Coffee and got a tea, when I asked for it to be remade nicely I got bad attitude in return. Idk I feel like it should be easy to get me what I payed for and if you do mess up you should probably be a bit nicer!

Drive thru takes forever, so walking in is usually better. Drinks taste fine, but they aren't made the same every time. It depends on who makes them. Donuts are good, never had a stale donut.

Went thru drive this morning and had a long wait as usual. The donuts I got were great, but my caramel macchiato tasted like the espresso was burnt. Worst ever. My son didnt even like his frozen hot chocolate. Not impressed with this visit.

Drive-thru is slow...any time of day! If you order the avocado "toast," it isn't! It's just a piece of UNTOASTED bread with a tablespoon of mashed, seasoned avocado on top. It's soggy. The egg bites are OK, but they're easy to make at home. (It's ALL easy to make at home!) Those 2 breakfast selections came to $9.39. I think that's ridiculous and I won't be returning to Dunkin'. It's definitely NOT worth the "convenience."

I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I love dunkin’ donuts so much. Yet, fort dodge really has an okay dunkin. It’s a hit or miss with drinks. Sometimes they don’t add everything you need in your bag, so double check. The bagel minis are sooo good but sometimes they look not cooked all the way. Their sandwiches are really good and so are their drinks, but it’s a hit or miss.I got a stuffer and a drink. The next morning I felt awful. Sweating, vomtitting, diarrhea, body aches, lethargic, nausea. Went to the doctor; tested negative for COVID and Flu. 24 hrs passed and I was all better. It was obviously food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that no one else ate, so I am guessing I got it from here. Just a fair warning. Maybe the stuffer was not cooked fully. I felt like I was dying when I was sickfor that time. All because of this Dunkin’.

Tried to order a large caramel iced coffee with almond milk and bacon omelet bites. Out of caramel syrup and the bites and it's only Monday. Step your game up dunkin you're failing hard.

We wanted to get breakfast and she had to ask another girl if she would warm food up and said no and told us the "cook" was on break. Then I asked for a butter pecan ice coffee and told me that it was a seasonal flavor and wasn't available. Mind you their screen says butter pecan is back. So I got a unsweetened hazelnut ice coffee like I always do and she then had to make sure they carried unsweetened hazelnut (it's a normal flavor). They have no clue what's going on.

Went there Sunday at 620 and they didn't even have ovens ready to go. They open to public at 5am. It was annoying to expect to have a hot sandwich in the morning and hour and 20 mins past public open time.

Dunkin’ is Dunkin’! Lol. Best priced coffee in town, even though they have definitely raised their prices a bit recently. And the coffee and food are all good.Service here was good about a year ago, but now, it is very hit or miss. You can wait in line for like 30/45 minutes sometimes because of how slowly they get drinks ready. 😕 And sometimes the person taking orders will be rude. But that is not every single time. The good drinks make up for the wait.

Brand new Dunkin donuts, very nice. The donuts and munchkins we ordered were very good. The staff seemed pretty new, so service was slow. We came back later through the drive thru to get coffee. Took a long time. Coffee was very good, people were friendly.
