Normally I love Culver's but this one was terrible. The mushroom and swiss is my favorite. This one had 2 small mushrooms with a tiny piece of cheese between 2 burger patties. My ice cream was pretty much liquid. Fries are cold and zero salt. And I had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot to finally get it, probably why the ice cream was melted and the food was cold.

The food tastes good. I understand that fresh to order takes a bit so I’m fine with the wait time, but the last 4 times I’ve ordered either 1 or more items were wrong. Last order was mashed potatoes and gravy with extra gravy (wasn’t given any gravy) and a large Chilli Supreme ( didn’t notice till I was home that they gave just a regular chili). Before that I got a Swiss melt and it had very little onion, before that there was no onion on the melt, was given a shake when I was supposed to get a lemonade cooler, first time ordering the Wisconsin Swiss Melt I was given a mushroom Swiss burger instead and didn’t notice until I was already home. Very poor accuracy at this store.

The employees were so very friendly n it made my birthday enjoyable!Vegetarian options: I love that there concerned about vegetarians, means there good people.Parking: There was definitely plenty of parking didn't have to walk far.Kid-friendliness: Employees were definitely kid friendly, employees were more then willing to accommodate you in every way.Wheelchair accessibility: Rite up front east access!

I'm sure it was a freak situation, but they had people waiting in drive thru for quite some time. We waited over 30 minutes (which i can understand with large orders, ours was not) and there was others that got there before us and still there waiting when we left. The employees were nice enough but extremely unorganized. They were running back and forth to the cars wanting our receipts to double check orders. The food was wrong but honestly we weren't interested in sitting there another 30 minutes for them to fix it. I'm sure we'll go back in the future, we're just not in a rush right now.

They need a new microphone outside. The speakers extremely low you can't even almost hear the worker. Plus when I went to order the worker told me to please wait which is fine but then I waited 6 minutes and then finally said is anybody there and then my order was taken. Took forever to get my food. The only plus side is my food was good and fresh.

The food was not nearly as enjoyable at this Culver's. They smash their patties way too much, making them paper thin, and the cheese never did melt on the burger. Fries were overcooked as well.Great service and friendly staff, and fairly clean restaurant. It would be nice if they listed the price of their burger baskets on the menu rather than just the burger price without fries and drink. I was a tiny bit surprised when I was told $25 + change for just 2 burger baskets. 😳

Usher was the young man who took our order. I was with my grandson who has recently enlisted in the army. He was wearing his army enlistment shirt. Usher asked him if he was in the army. My grandson told him he had joined and would be leaving for basic training soon. Usher responded "close enough military gets a discount. Thank you for your service. " Usher is a very kind courteous and considerate young man. Culvers is extremely lucky to have such great employee.

Burgers are a bit greasy but it's fast food.Other than that the food is very good. The customer service here is outstanding. The restaurant is very clean, could use more atmosphere. The deserts are second to none.Parking: Plenty of parking.

My Drive thru experience was as expected . The cashier took my order there was a bit of a wait but it wasn’t terrible. The food was nice and hot French fries were fresh and hot . They forgot provide ketchup but not a big deal 🤷🏾‍♀️

The food was great, especially the cheese curds. TRY THEM!The gentlemen taking our order didn't really seem to care if we got taken care of or not. We all have our off days, but he just didn't care at all. Before I could finish telling him that I needed something else on our order he was just cutting me off, and would be like ok your total is......this much, I kept needing to add since we were a family of five, so that was super frustrating!!We will be back, but I hope their service gets better before we return.

This is the third and last time we will go to Culver's. It's too bad too because it's my husband's favorite restaurant and he was looking forward to it when we moved here. The first time I asked for no onions on the sandwich and it came with onions, the second time they forgot my burger completely, and this time I requested no onions and it is clearly on the grill ticket, no onions and they are on on there baked into the cheese. So disappointing.
