We heard about FCIS through another travel trailer owner and decided to check them out. We were helped by 3 different agents over a few months switching our trailer and truck to new policies. Rochelle, Jake, and Josh were awesome! FCIS was able to find coverage for our vintage trailer and an agreed value policy which a was hard to do on our own! We put a lot of work into it and wanted to make sure it was covered in the event something happened. I would highly recommend FCIS for your insurance needs not only because they were so helpful, but also because they have very competitive pricing, and can find coverage for vintage travel trailers.

I worked with Jen Conrad to purchase Mexician insurance for an upcoming RV trip. During this trip I had a break down on the road in Mexico. I checked my policy and I had paid for roadside assistance. I phone FCIS for help in accessing my assistance. I talked to multiple people in the office on several different calls from the side of the road. None of the office staff where able to help get me in contact with the Mexican insurance . They gave me Mexican phone number to try, one of the lead to an ad to sell me a medical device. The other number was to a person who did not speak english. I got no help. would not buy this kind of insurance from FCIS again.
