We’ve always had exceptional care with Tri-Vet but today took it to a whole different level. We had a Mama dog whelping out a litter of puppies and we knew there was an issue almost immediately. We had conversations on the phone from 4 am until we took her in and got a quick c-section diagnosis. We had every staff member in the place trying to revive sick puppies while Dr. Ashley took care of our Mama on the operating table. 9 of 9 puppies alive and a healthy at the end of the visit and half the price of what we would have been charged many other places. Every person was genuinely kind and ready to help. Will refer anyone and everyone, and won’t trust our pups to anyone else!

Dr. Tim Sprank and Dr. Ashley Klein are amazing. They went above and beyond taking care of my furbaby, Princess. She went in almost comatose because she stopped eating and lost a lot of weight. Ended up with fatty liver disease with an unknown underlying cause. They hooked her up with an IV and feeding tube and she stayed there for awhile. They were so great in explaining everything to me and keeping me updated. I was able to visit when I could and the staff was all so nice. She is now home and eating on her own and starting to act like herself again. Thank you so much for saving my baby and making this whole process easier on us and Thank you so much for caring about her just as much as we do. 100% would recommend Dr. Sprank and Dr. Klein.

I started taking my dog to see Dr. Ashley after other vets couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him. She immediately found a tumor in his liver and treated him like her own until the day he passed away. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her care and her attention to his needs.

I cannot recommend Tri-Vet more! The staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. Dr. Sprank is AWESOME; my pup loves going to see him. Dr. Sprank is the coolest vet ever: very encouraging, and friendly! Best vet facility I've been too, plus the prices are reasonable.

I’m so thankful we chose Tri-Vet when we moved to Dubuque. I had to take our sick pup in for an emergency. Dr. Sprank was so good with our girl. He educated me on what was going on, talked through all possible treatment options, and guided me in the right direction. Emergency surgery is scary, but they made us feel surprisingly calm. The entire staff was so friendly and caring. So happy to have these guys around for my fur babies!

Tri-Vet in farley is the only place I'll ever take my fur babies. Dr. Tim Sprank is the most passionate and caring person I have ever met. ❤️ the girls that work the desk and behind the closed doors go out of their way to make you feel special. Nothing but the best of the best.

Tri vet was amongst many vets i had called ….my baby summer was sick wth kennel cough and when her saliva turned pink i thought she contracted pneumonia…. But ive been financially in a rough area lately and wasn’t able to afford what other vets wanted to charge but trivet not only charged little over hlf the amount every otber vet wanted they gave me a quote over the phone and got me in within 2 hrs!the first and only vet i called that didnt tell how much they needed up front to c her they were genuinely more concerned for her than the cast to help her which made such a huge impact on how much aniety i was experiencing throughout this entire ordeal.THANK YOU SO MUCH TRI VET YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST CHOICE VET from this day forward!

We have been bringing our pets to Tri-Vet Associates Veterinary Clinic for about 9 years now. We have consistently found the veterinarians and staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Each veterinarian we have worked with has always taken the time to offer treatment options and to explain necessary procedures to us. Ever mindful of the fact that they are dealing with 2 clients, the animal and the owner, the veterinarians and staff show both compassion and empathy during times of crisis. We will continue to recommend Tri-Vet Associates Veterinary Clinic to friends and acquaintances alike.

I would give this practice more than 5 stars if I could. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. As far as the veterinarians, I have had Dr. Sprank, Dr. Hosch and Dr. Jacobson and they were all great. Dr. Sprank took the time to get to know me and my dog. He was personal and professional. I recommend everyone I know to this practice.

I absolutely LOVE TriVet! All the staff are amazing. I just lost my Chihuahua of almost 14 years on July 10, 2019 and TriVet was wonderful. They made it as smooth as possible for me and Dante (my furbaby) both. I am forever Blessed to have them.

We have a 5 year old Scottie with many health issues. Today he was having a very bad day. I called Tri Vet in Farley and spoke to Carrie, one of the amazing vet techs. Even though they were very very busy today, they made time to see us. We normally see Dr. Tim Sprank who we are over the moon for but today we saw Dr. Ashley (?) Klein. Dr. Klein was phenomenal. She was gentle, loving, patient and thorough. We've seen her once before but it was more of a routine visit. Today was serious. There are NO words to express our gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Sprank, Dr. Klein, all the other incredible vets as well as Carrie, Linda, Allison and the other amazing techs who care so deeply for their patients and families. We've lived in different Iowa cities and have never ever experienced the level of care that we receive in Farley. Thankfully they made some adjustments to Buster's meds and he's resting comfortably at home with us, thanks to all the great people at Tri Vet in Farley. We love them all!! Lori & Buster
