We moved away from Fairfield about 1.5 years ago so I can't say anything about the service recently. However, I'll say that I MISS THIS STORE. From kitten formula to tools to toys to snacks, I was always amazed at the stuff I could find here. The staff was always fantastic, and I 100% appreciate any store I can take my doggo into (not to mention the fact that she always got a treat at the checkout counter).

I highly recommend this tsc. I went in a few days ago for Stone particular not knowing the name of it but I described it may said oh yeah that's over in this section all the way around great selection of crew there in my opinion and they are only humans

I received a phone call from the new manager. She stated that my curbside orders were not being charged to my card and I needed to come in and correct the matter as soon as possible as her store books were off. She spoke rudely to me. This was not my fault but I was treated as if it was.Today I went into the store. Not knowing I was speaking with the store manager, I ask a lady for help, it was her. Once again she was rude to me. When I stood up for myself she stated, Lady do not come into my store with a bad attitude. I admit I got upset and said things I shouldn't have.We are in this store atleast twice a week. We buy our horse feed and all our supplies for the horses here.I use the app and order for curbside pickup. I am disabled and going inside the store is hard for me. I love to order horse feed and the guys are great at bringing it out for me and loading it. Now I don't know that I will ever be going back.My balance is paid for what the store manager said I had not paid for. While paying I ask for a number to call and discuss the phone call I got and the way the manager spoke to me. I had the cashier tell me they had several complaints about her and the employees were upset. After some thought I decided not to call. Maybe she was just having a hard time settling in. Then today I saw her behavior first hand. I called.I admit I was probably rude to her today after she was rude. For that I am sorry.I just hope she isn't as rude to the poor kids working there as she is to customers like me.

The price for the cat food was $25.99 and she charged me $26.99 so had I know him she was going to charge me $26.99 I would have went somewhere else I could have got my cat food cheaper don't know if I'll be back

It was a great shopping experience. I bought a dog harness. The employee Josh put it on my dog without me asking him too. How awesome is that!!!! They are so friendly here.

Not usually crowded. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Have a decent selection of pet food (more for dogs than cats) and bird seed/critter food. Have pet safe "salt" to de-ice sidewalks, which is very difficult to find here when cold weather starts.

I go here often for some livestock items and their 4Health pet food for my dogs and cats. They always greet everyone that comes in, are very friendly and helpful staff, and the Neighbors Club offers are excellent. I actually prefer their reward program over Orscheln's. I definitely will continue to be a longtime customer.

We bought a wheelbarrow 3 month's ago & it started to break. When we talked to the store manager he said " no problem we'll get you a new one & refund your money because they are on sale now & you can then repurchase the replacement one & get it for the sale price which will save you an additional $40.00". Everyone was so friendly & that was very nice of them to give it to us for the current sale price. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I like the store, but I've experienced the following scenario one too many times...I go to get my dog some canned dog food. There are only a few stray cans left, so i grab what's there and head to the register. I ask the friendly Clerk, "do you happen to have any more of this in The back?". The clerk studies the can intently, as if she is mentally perusing the back room inventory, and replies, "No, i don't think so" and continues ringing up my order and tells me what i owe.As impressive as her mental inventory may be, my previous experience there challenges the accuracy of her mental inventory in that they often do have more in back IF...(and here's the tricky part) you can get them to friggin' call over the intercom and have somebody take a look.While I realize that my expectation that this should be part of her normal operating procedure is both unrealistic and unfair, i can't seem to help becoming irritated to the point where I don't want to continue to do business there anymore. So where i used to ask, " Well do you think you could have somebody take a look please? Duh" now i simply remain quiet and take my business elsewhere.That all said, I won't even go into the part about the shelf for these items always seems to be empty, as I'm clearly the only one in town buying this well known and popular brand of dog food.

I was so happy! For one i found a cute shirt 2nd i found pants in my size! They have a small women pants selection but they are the only place i have found that has good sturdy pants. 3rd my husband found ammo boxs. All on sale to it made me extra Happy.

This store is great aside from the nut job manager!! I picked up some pallets from them recently with permission from the assistant manager two days later i recieve a message on facebook from the store manager accusing me of being a thief and telling me she is going to have me arrested for stealing pallets from her store. I filed a complaint with the district manager about it and he laughed it of like it was nothing. I then made a complaint to there corporate office and was supposed to get a call back two weeks ago and still have yet to hear from them. Very unprofessional and dont seem to care about there customers or how there managers treat customers. I wont be going back as long as this issue remains unresolved.
