I accidentally ordered thru the app from this store two days in a row contacting them the staff was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in helping me. I understand and admit I made a mistake and placed it at the wrong store but they could have been more helpful, given the amount of money I spend with this company as I used to prefer Scooter’s to other coffee shops. I am rethinking that give. The experience with this store. Thankfully another store was willing to listen and make it right with me. When I returned to get my solution to the problem this store never once apologized to me for the level of disrespect or unprofessional attitude I was given. Very disappointed

I feel like I should share my experience with this store. Usually the workers are super nice and I have no issues but a few days ago I came through and the worker with the name tag Alex was extremely unpleasant to me. She acted as if she hated her job and everything else in life. She scoffed at me as well which was absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure what kind of people you are hiring these days but do better.

First, I want to say that there has been amazing improvement since scooters first opened. Workers have great customer service now, and the coffee is 100% better than when they first opened. 👏👏 Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars!

I’ll be honest and say that, as the only drive through coffee shop in town, they’d have to serve McDonald’s to get less than 3 stars. But the coffee reminds me of Dutch Bros from Oregon! They also have good food, fruit smoothies, teas, seasonal treats. On top of that the service was helpful and genuine. I’ll be back.

Coffee is good and service is quick. The food is terrible though. Ordered a burrito and a sandwich, portions are tiny and are pretty much just tortilla or bread with none of the toppings having any flavor. Decent place to grab coffee quick but definitely do not recommend food.

Hubby an I stopped by to see what we thought. Their cappuccinos are way better then Starbucks. Vanilla was really strong Vanilla flavoring. Mocha is really good too. Not too strong in coffee but subtle enough that you can still taste the flavoring.

I think such a teeny tiny breakfast sandwich should not be $5+. Either increase the size or decrease the price.Also, the cooking of the breakfast sandwich is poor. The current cooking method does not effectively toast the sandwich. The sandwich has a microwaved texture, kind of saggy instead of crispy, resulting in: it is overheated and under toasted. The texture of the bagel sandwich bread was tough and difficult to chew.A $5 breakfast sandwich needs to be much higher quality than Scooters is currently offering.

Very rude employees. Coffee tasted like butter water. Employee Alex I believe was very rude and not very accommodating to my complaints about the product I received. Young lady seemed as if she did not want to be there.

Had a 50 dollar order and they made a couple of mistakes and instead of saying sorry they rolled there eyes at us. Horrible customer service. Called ottumwa to let them know never got a call back, said they were busy opening stores. They absolutely don’t care about the customers. The service was fine and is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars, but the coffee is not good. We've tried a latte and also an americano, both were awful and we tossed them out. If you want non bitter coffee, go to Cafe Paradiso or any other place that serves coffee in Fairfield.

Ordered 2 muffins and the cashier was kind enough to squish the muffins with her belly and act like nothing happened. This is the 3rd time specifically that this location has failed to deliver.

I got the raspberry Red Bull infusion and it’s perfect not too sweet not too bitter and it is super good so I would totally recommend and I give it a five out of five
