I purchased high image tires with them for my 2 yr old Chevy. Tires had 58000 miles on them put on the car at approx 25000. Tires are bald evenly across the center of all 4 tires. So Now because my husband did the tire rotation they are screwing me leaving me with the JUNK $1100.00 tires. (Oh and also tried to tell me my new car needed shocks!)Oh it doesn't by the way.

They over tighten your lug nuts on your vehicle after you tell them not to & within a month later you have 4 out of 5 snap off & almost lose a tire & your life! They will not do anything to resolve the problem but make you pay for the repair!

This place is amazing!!! We blew a tire coming to visit family and they got us in and out in less than 30 minutes, even though their lobby was packed full!!! The family business was courteous and kind. Best prices in town. They did not try to up sale or charge us a huge “emergency” fee like other shops quoted.

70 mins to change oil is too long to wait. I would recommend fesler express for you vehicle needs. Fesler only charges 45-50 for a oil change. Iowa tire charged me 65 plus 50 mins longer. It was also a pain look for a parking spot over all the tires sitting around. 2/10

Poor communication from owner/desk attendant all three times, if she is even there. Poor time management all three times as well. Left used spit tobacco in my center console for me to clean up. I would take your business elsewhere if at all possible, Fairfield deserves better.

The service is good. Prices are a little high on some stuff but they make sure your taken care of. They work on everything from cars to trucks to tractors. Small things you can just walk in and they can get you taken care of fast. Bigger things need to be scheduled but if it's a simple tire fix they can usually handle in 30 mins or so.

I have gone there time and time again, the receptionist is knowledgeable and able to help you find whatever kind of tire you may be needing and in your price range. The technicians are helpful and get you in and out in no time! They make having a flat tire or having to buy tires a little easier, not to mention the service and price are the best around the area! A great locally owned business! They’ve never disappointed, Jeremy and his crew are a class act!

These people are absolutely amazing! My 91 year old father was helping me finish moving and the tire on his truck flew apart and we were forced to the side of the road. We were able to get this company to come to our rescue. They got us a tire at a very reasonable cost and put it on our disabled truck. Thank you, we appreciate your assistance!

What a great locally owned business! Every time I have gone to Iowa Tire, they have been very friendly and have gotten the job done efficiently and effectively. We blew a jetski trailer tire on a Friday night heading to Illinois for vacation. We had it towed here from 30 miles away. They were not only open on Saturday, but they were receptive and treated the situation as an emergency. Did not overcharge and helped make my vacation significantly better. Thanks again guys.

one of the better tire shops around. The owner literally collects warehouses full of tires to have on hand. Service is usually very quick for the labor involved. Prices are low to moderate depending on what you need done.

I was asked at the front desk if they did an oil change on my car. I said they were supposed to... No sticker indicating that they did. Would've been nice to know for sure. I know things get hectic, but I shouldn't have to check my oil when I get home that same day. Also, I was given the wrong size (265) spare tire I asked for. My SUV needs a 235 and I just wanted the best one off my SUV while they were changing all 4. I felt they felt rushed. At least I was able to get in.

I asked why my oil change cost $48.15. He replied, "That's how much it costs." He then stated that he put a half a gallon into my window wiper fluid and topped everything off. Open the hood and my coolant was low and I filled up my window wiper fluid a few days ago. Nice try liars. Will never go again.
