We purchased a tea set that was loosely packed in a cardboard box and covered with tape so you couldn't inspect the set. When we got to our vehicle I pulled the tape and plastic wrap off the top of the box so I could pack the tea pot better for the ride home and discovered the pot had been broken and glued poorly but it was packed in a way we couldn't see the damage. We assumed the workers would understand and make it right but they actually fought us on the return (again we just paid a minute before) and said they don't provide returns for these items. We didn't end up getting a refund, just an in-store credit voucher with an expiration. Terrible way to treat customers and a very scammy way to run a business.

I always have a nice time in this Goodwill when I visit every few weeks or so. I found a great collection of Star Wars books today!

Use to be good. Now everything is priced to the moon. VHS/DVD player that doesn’t function? 65 dollars. Old recliner that has seen better days? 120 dollars! There is no GoodWill here. Just price gouging the community they are supposed to be helping. Sad.

Had a so so experience. I've noticed that the prices at goodwill just keep going up and up. Went in yesterday with my grown daughter. An employee named Caroline (?) Followed us around and asked us repeatedly if we were ready to check out. We were not. And it was obvious that we were still shopping. When we did finally get up to the counter, she was super salty and short with us. When we left the store, she LOUDLY stated "ill get your cart for you" in a sarcastic tone. (Mind you, we carried all our items out of the store.. cart never left the store)We did nothing, i repeat NOTHING wrong. We were respectful shoppers that bought $70 worth of product. We will never be going back to that store. We left feeling like we did something wrong and were COMPLETLY unwelcome there. I get that people have bad days, but geez lady, back off.

Lots of variety. Though in my opinion some things were way over priced. Considering its $2 more for a new cast iron and their not rusted. Goodwill needs to practice better pricing. No matter the brand or condition. Other then that decent service as long as you don't point out their over pricing.

Pricing is a little higher than most goodwill stores. Also be prepared to be harassed non stop about a mask. I was followed around the store and constantly told to raise my mask up even though no one was around me. Even harassed from across the store when trying to checkout was called across the store to approach this associate only for him to again tell me to pull my mask up. Won't be going back as long as they harass customers non stop about pulling a mask up even more. The store itself is ok nothing special but definitely not worth getting harassed constantly to go back.

This was once one of my favorite Goodwill's! You could find name brand, like new clothing... This last time will be the last time I ever shop there. I can understanding marking up adult clothes to 5.99, 8.99, o 9.99, even the High end name brand jeans for 15$... But 25$ for a paid of jeans that were visibly USED? 5.99 for a children's shirt? 8.99 for a children's hoodie?? (4T)I can buy brand new, name brand for that price at Marshalls brand new. I've never been in a good will that also marked up children's and baby clothes. Mind you, I shop all of the southeast Iowa locations.(I'd come in and buy 50-100$ worth for my entire family, please reconsider your prices before we return again. )

Some occasional good buys but more often than you would like things are not properly researched for competitive used pricing and are this way overpriced! I just tried to explain that to an employee there and he looked the thing up all wrong, using modern examples of this way out-of-date item for competitive prices. I just left rather than try to explain it to him any more. When I got home I found some examples on eBay that recently sold for $5-$10 for an item that Goodwill wanted $25 for. It's really very hard to find good items at Goodwill at all these days, and harder when they're not properly priced.

Everything you would hope for in a Goodwill store. There is a wonderful difference in the feel of this place as compared to most other thrift stores. Namely, it doesn't feel like a basement and it doesn't smell like one either. You can't really critique selection, as all their stuff is donation, but it is very well organized and there is always a sale!

Nice staff nice store..I have stopped buying things there because you can't try anything on and you just throwing your money away because they won't take it back when you return it, only store credit.they just give you credit

Disorganized, limited selection for sizes 8 and 18 pants, xl and 3x tops. Purse selection limited to one basic style mostly and weird colors, not much in neutrals. Had lots of coats, now that winters almost over!

I was in your store and was going to buy a pair of shoes that had a tag on both for $2.88 and when i got to the register they said they was 6.88 and when i asked about i was told the shoes were market up but the tag for 2.88 was still on the shoes. They wrote a 6 on them with a marker.

I stop in Goodwill every time I'm in Fairfield, I have never had an issue, pricing is appropriate, some more valuable things like name brand are higher but I wouldn't expect to get a Coach purse for pennies!

Saw a sleeping bag was going to get it and they told me the price tag on it was wrong even though they tagged it a put in shelf and wouldn't sell it at the price marked and it's not like it was a buck or 2 it was like 15 bucks for something they got for free pisses me off
