Hideously overpriced. Shamelessly overpriced. It is an employee-owned company, but I can't imagine that many employees would shop there. The store is nice and clean, but the variety is not very good and again, shockingly overpriced. I will say that the people were very nice.

Staff are great and always willing to help. Not sure why people expect prices to be so low? Its Hy-Vee, its to be expected that it's a little pricey, but that's the price you pay for living in a little town, a dollar or two more😂 Day time staff are great, yes the checkout lines are a little slow sometimes, But with such grumpy customers why would anyone want to work there??.

Store is well stocked and staff will help you when needed. Stocking crew stocks a bit early and you may find the aisles crowded with product and trash later in the day. Overall a good store.

They are great at service to the customer. They will try to order anything you request. I love the meat guys, Matthew! And the courtesy is a smile you know, Jason and Todd. And for any special needs from the service Laura is just a joy. The pharmacy is always smiles and good service. Sometimes they don't have a lot of bread.

Sad to say the service at this store is poor. There are a few employees that are outstanding, but the rest make it hard to walk in and spend any money. I've been a Hyvee shopper my whole life, but I try to get most of my groceries other places to avoid the long lines, grumpy employees, and lack of customer service.

Pretty expensive. But if there's no Walmart near, it's okay. Small, so the selection isn't great. The deli isn't anything special... Just the usual. Bakery had even less selection, but kind of standard for a small grocery store.

Pretty good selections of food, produce is usually very good. Bakery is okay. Don't much care for the meat department. Lots of healthy options for those with gluten, lactose or other dietary restrictions.

Estherville Hy-Vee is competitive in price and has a great selection. Customer service is doing a great job and staff always seem friendly.

Rarely restock items. Products that I would normally buy have been out of stock for a month. Other Hy-Vee stores still have the items.
