This is a hidden gem located in Epworth, IA. You can tell a lot of time, care, and effort goes into making this place a special place within this community. The food was spectacular, and affordable, and the service was even better. Would go back here anytime I’m in town!10/10!

Great little restaurant with a ton of options! Even the pickiest eater should leave with a happy tummy! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and will even do anything extra to make your order exactly to your preference.Parking: There's only a handful of parking spots available directly in the street in front of the building, but there is a small lot across the street that should hold at least a dozen vehicles.Kid-friendliness: They have TV's and some coin-operated kids' toys, high chairs, and even a second level for parties wanting a bit of seclusion or quiet.Wheelchair accessibility: There's not a wheelchair ramp directly to their door, but just a few yards away is a spot where you can get on the sidewalk. Sadly, the bathrooms and entryway aren't really ADA friendly, so you may want to come with help or call the staff ahead of arriving. They're always excellent, and should have no problem assisting.

The food isn't bad but working at a service place myself, I wasn't impressed. The staff was rude and felt like they didn't wanna help us. The waitress couldn't even describe a simple burger to us. It just felt unwelcome. Their meat was microwaved at best(Luke warm). No sour cream with our nachos or taco burger and no sauce for our garlic bread. Wasnt even crispy like it should be. The only thing good out of my order was the Ruben. Do not recommend. Won't be coming back.

Ive been here a few times, and every time this restreraunt never fails to impress me. I ordered the Taco Pizza and it's my favorite even though it is quite messy. The atmosphere is friendly, and it's a great place to spend your Friday nights.

Average small town pizza. It's not my favorite pizza, but it doesn't cost that much either. They often have brunch buffets, I don't know if they have brunch regularly, but they are very popular locally on family oriented holidays such as mother's day.To say a little more about the pizza, they use an oven were the pizza passes through, getting a consistent cook time, so your pizza is never burnt, but it won't have the same character you get from a brick oven. They use a fair amount of cheese. The other toppings are the standard pizza fair, ranging from supreme to taco, but no fancy artichoke pizza here.There is plenty of seating and the place always seems reasonably clean.Overall, I recommend the pizza factory on nights when you don't want to spend much but you also don't want to make anything.

Not the most flavorful pizza. The fries tasted like all of the other things that had been in the fryer previously. Service was slow. Felt cluttered and not very clean.

Kids working don't seem to care, table was dirty & they had zero customers; eating freezie pops in back & when approached counter just continued conversation & sucking on freezie pop while smiling at me but never asking if I needed anything; pizza wasn't fully cooked, had to send back for dough to be more done; pitcher of beer was totally flat & for some reason had a citrus flavor, we didn't even drink it. All in all, incredibly disappointing experience, once again. Probably won't be giving this supposedly good pizza place a third chance.

For being called the pizza factory there wasn't much pizza. Got there during the noon hour and the buffet had a medium half sausage half supreme and a desert pizza. But also had chicken and salad bar that was tasty.

Had the 2pc cod dinner and tater wedges. There was so more grease in it I might as well drunk a cup of oil. Not impressed.

Attended a meeting & greet for a political candidate. Pizza was very good. I'm not from Epworth but I plan on taking a trip out there again sometime.
