Went throught the drive through for a blizzard. We both ordered our favorite flavors and were extremely disappointed. There were globs of plain ice cream on the top and very little of add-ins down at the bottom. For $11, this normally yummy treat was an awful let down.

If I could rate 0 stats I would. I will never be going back here after the disrespect I got from the managers and crew members last night. Went to dine in and was in the lobby when I went out to my car to grab my card when the employees locked the door, 30-40 minutes before close, and refused to open it as they went and sat outside by the dumpsters laughing and goofing around. So I went through the drive thru and ordered and when I got to the window I explained how rude and disrespectful it was and asked to speak with a manager and then 2 of the employees there started cussing at screaming and telling us we needed to leave and refused to serve us and then proceeded to call the cops and say that we refused to pay for our food when that wasn't the case.

Took around 5 minutes to get one banana split. The employee took her sweet time making it. The one at the window was very kind though and was very apologetic about the time we had waited for one item. Everything that she had made was already done by the time we got to the window. I'll definitely be coming back eventually. Hopefully the slow one will have been fired by then.

I only get blizzards here and they’re fabulous. My brother likes the dipped cones. The place has cleaned up a bit, got a new roof and electronic sign. I’d love to see action based lights in the drive thru and better dress code for staff.

We We’re just in the drive-through we ordered some food and three blizzards my brother ordered a royal Reese‘s blizzard and he got a another blizzard instead and so he was confused where the peanut butter was in the blizzard and it turns out that was the wrong blizzard so the manager got kind of rude with us and just decided to make us another one she slam the window door and then when she brought us Back the blizzard that we actually wanted there was brownies in it. The manager was rude the whole time. I understand that they might have just gone through a rush or whatever but this is her job and i might just cal corporate.

Drive through staff was very rude about adding to my order and found hair in both my son wife's blizzard. She also did not flip the blizzards upside down and still managed to spill on my vehicles door. Worst experience at DQ ever.

Worst Dairy Queen i have ever been too. Ordered large ice cream cone last 3 times and twice the cone cone itself was very old and very stale. Today the top edge of the cone was broken off. Will never stop there again.

Had to take my food back three times. The booth we sat at had puke all over the seats the kids didnt realize it until after they sat in it. The bathroom were a mess. I have been to this DQ many times and never have i ever been this disappointed. Finally refunded me my money and we went somewhere else to eat!

We tried to order at the drive thru on Dec 2nd at 8:10pm. After waiting for a few minutes we honked the horn. Still nothing. We drove to the window saw 2 employees inside. Honked the horn again they looked at us. We went back around to try again. Nothing..... McDonald's got our business! When it says 9pm closing that should be Enforced! !!! False advertising is very bad for business!

I’m not sure if this Dairy Queen follows their posted hours, but I’ve driven to DQ every once in awhile, and by 7:00pm, they’re closed. Their hours say they’re open until 8:00. This has happened a few times. Was craving a hot fudge sundae, but had to go someplace else to get it. Very disappointed.

We ordered chicken strips 4 pc. Meal and a #4 dbl burger meal fries under cooked and chicken strips were chicken nugget size over cooked or reheated. Rootbeer was good though. Last time we were here was really good and for that I give a 3 star rating.... good food everytime should be the standard.

Long day at work traveling. Was looking forward to an ice cream. Got there at 825 and they were closed. Staff were inside cleaning up but would not respond when I knocked on door. Sign said they close at 9:00 ☹️

Rude to softball team causing a loss of over 20 people. Wouldn't allow bus through drive through so we went on foot since the lobby was closed. Right before we were going to order we were told we couldn’t be in the drive through but weren’t able to go inside either. At the same time the worker who came out and told us to leave didn’t have a mask on properly.

The only thing I every order at DQ is the peanut butter parfait. Other than being a Warren Buffett fan I can think of no good reason to ever stop at one. All their grill products are way over priced and you have to wait forever to get some product that just gets tossed from the freezer to the grill. One interesting fact, when the first DQ opened at Kankakee, IL. in 1938 the owner ran a promotion "all the soft serve you can eat for .10 cents. To bad for you, because you will never see that offer again. Jeff

This is the third time they have forgotten my gravy with my meal very disappointed because it is on the receipt drove all the way home to find I had no gravy!!!! Other than that super nice staff only if they can read a ticket!

Order a burger combo - got my order and noticed my burger was a jr burger with no lettuce or tomato or onion. The teenager at the window said I needed to ask for the veggies. Down south at Dairy Queen's (Texas) your burgers come with all the veggies without having to ask for them. Very disappointed!

For some reason the kid taking drive thru orders had earphones in listening to his music while also wearing his DQ headset.... Took FOREVER... got order wrong, but fixed it.

I always enjoy a Dairy Queen ice cream treat! This Dairy Queen is in a great location and easy to access.
