This place needs a new manager, wouldn't even talk to my son, who wanted to work there. She listened to girl who is ticked because my son quit caseys because they keep him up until midnight on a school night. We made him quit because his grades started to suffer,but the manager listened to someone else and wouldn't talk to my son.Sad part is I thought she was a better person than that.

I ordered a meatball sub for lunch. The meatballs were dry with very little, if any, marinara sauce on them. Most of the Subway restaurants I have ordered a meatball sub at have lots of marinara sauce. It was rather disappointing. This Subway had also ran out of salami. I do not care for how subway asks for a tip up front. The service was good and friendly.

Hadn't been to this one before, but daughter wanted a sandwich to eat on the way to the airport. I was surprised it took quite awhile for her to get her sandwich, but she said it tasted good.

Competent enough to serve you well and quickly. The atmosphere is comfortable and happy. Clean and well maintained. Team members seem to take pride enjoy your job which is helpful. Everybody seems happy to serve you for your own liking friendly busy but act like they want to be there I want to give you an enjoyable experience. So yes I recommend this place the food is great and the Staff is clean. I'll give it two thumbs up.. stopping enjoy your time to know what you think. TCB

I got a Steak and Cheese on Italian. The sandwich was good. The restaurant was very clean and the vegetables were fresh. The vegetables weren't soggy looking nor withered. I have been to Subways where you could see the vegetables didn't look good and needed to be discarded.

Excellent Subway. You can tell that people like working there. The subs are made the way that I want them. Extra onions extra black olives some stores it is like the end of the world because I asked for extra. Management and employee's are always polite and ask you how your day is going. Very well run store. Great job to management!!!!!

The lady that's working right now at this location. know how to make guest feel special and has great customers severice skills im a manger back home and I would be lucky to have someone like her. Keep up the great job and we'll try to come back on our next road trip.

Super disappointed in the staff working in this facility this evening! My husband is a truck driver and he had been on the road for over 10 hours today with a tight schedule & minimal to eat - he knew Subway was his only option with where he needed to park for the night and not making himself sick! He walked in the door @ 8:45 as another man was getting a sandwich he stepped into the bathroom and when he came back out at least 8-10 minutes before closing time they refused to make him a sandwich even after he explained his situation! I also called and spoke to both workers after he left the building BEFORE closing time and begged them to make him a sandwich and they still refused! Zero empathy! I’m sure they were ready to go home but what would it have hurt to make just one more? He’s a man that would have boasted about these people making sure he was taken care of and could have potentially brought in lots more customers and retuned as often as he could himself! People don’t appreciate what truck drivers - he busted his toosh today to make sure his livestock was delivered on time and people continued to have food ok their table! Unbelievable 😰

When I arrived this afternoon, it was a debate between Hardee’s and subway. The boyfriend suggested subway because I have the mobile app and we have always had a success while using it.When we walked into subway, the first thing that I noticed was the sign on the front door promoting the mobile app. There is a coupon on the mobile app for BOGO online ordering only. I attempted to use the app, it stated mobile ordering unavailable, I thought was weird because they had signs all over the store; on the front door, on the front of the cookies box, and I’m sure other places, those were the two that caught my eye. When I brought up asking for corporates phone number, the other worker; Matthew, got super defensive and hurried around from the back of the counter to look when I stated they were promoting something they aren’t even doing. Matthew went to the door and continued to say “where?” “Where?!” “I don’t see it” I then stated it’s on the front of the door. He walked outside looked at the front door then didn’t say anything else and walked back behind the counter, ripped his mask off, threw it in the trash and then disappeared into the back on his cell phone. When he returned, he began to put vegetables onto my 3 footlongs I just ordered. The first sandwich I asked for light lettuce, there was nothing light about the amount he put on my sandwich. My second sandwich I then clarified because I was misunderstood about what LIGHT is. The entire time he made my sandwiches he didn’t conduct any eye contact whatsoever. I’ve worked at a subway before, your customers happiness is the most important thing, and I’ll tell you, I am not one bit happy with that experience. And next time I travel through the area and stop to get food I will be stopping at Hardee’s instead of subway.
