Station only sells e15 and premium (which contains 10 percent ethanol, so not actually premium). I realized this too late and put e15 in my car that can only handle e10 at the most. Hopefully it won't trigger a check engine light.

I give this location a 3 because as far as the truck stop side they are alright til night time which seems to be the same for the Hardees restaurant. I was in there 1:30 this morning 2 white guys were working and the Loves night manager had to let them know they had a customer. First off I’m a Female Black truck driver so I guess you can tell this review is going to take a turn. I ordered a #9 BLT chicken COMBO mind you the the night manager had to ask the boy if he told me they were out of tomatoes 🍅…. Ugh Nope he didn’t but yet just looked at me and gave me my change that he just dropped on my hand very uninterested to be taking my order, another truck driver just left out while I was coming in has smoke coming out of his bag — the sign of fresh food— which I didn’t get. No gloves neither one of them washed their hands. I watched them the whole time. Finally he sticks the thermometer in the chicken breast he heated up in the grease but NEVER dropped any 🍟 fries. I bet you say where they come from… you got it they were old 3 different color stall fries from earlier that day and he put them in my bag and through my sandwich on there never gave me my drink cup TOSSED my bag up in the counter halfway and walked away. I grabbed my bag went to the truck and came right back in through the bag back up on the counter and demanded my $11.65 back instantly. The night manager lady asked if I wanted them to make it fresh I said NO.. just give me my money and wasn’t it supposed to be fresh at first. Find out who the 2 white guys were that worked that night, if serving BLACK people makes you behave like that please just don’t serve US. I work hard for every dime of my money. If his goal was for me to NEVER return He successfully succeeded and the people I love and hate will NEVER come there to eat neither. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such treatment but it’s refreshing to know it’s still alive and striving. Absolutely Repulsive 🤮!!!!!!

Very Big Store and very friendly staff. LOVE their HUGE Hot Dogs way better than most gas stations.Originally Stopped at the gas station accross the street however they had absolutely NO hot food available everything was shut down for the night.Love's did not DISAPPOINT they had several Hot Food Options including the awesome Dogs.

This review is too long overdue. 2 weeks ago, I landed here with a serious gastrointestinal disorder, caught me off guard. For 5 days, I laid in my truck & visited the restroom. The point is, all the staff were very understanding & it met a lot to me. Especially a woman who works the grave yard shift, (dont remember her name) she told me about a small hospital close by, I went there for evaluation.Thank you all for your genuine kindness, & not just ready to kick me out,was a tough time. Everytime I pass on I-35, I stop in regardless if I need gas or not.

I stop here to fix a flat  tire they said wait for 3 hours. after 3 hour went back there  she tell me I  have wait another 3 hours because they got another road call emergency flat tire . It took another 5 hours to fix the tire.

Dirty places, friendly faces.Why is it that every Love’s is dirty on the weekends?? Why is no one cleaning??Just throwing clean towels into a dirty shower room.Something needs to be done asap because this is ridiculous. Smh

Friendly staff, clean, organized, and great hot coffee selection w/all the complimentary french vanilla, hazelnut, origional, and/or half&half . Offer showers you can purchase with loves driver points you accumulate with fuel purchases. Or pay 13 dollars cash to receive shower. Minimum of 50 gallons needed of fuel to receive free shower.There is a Hardees available onsite attached to restaurant and a service shop for semi truck breakdowns and roadcrew available 24/7.

Clean bathrooms, very good roller bite options, and high quality food. Bathrooms are very easily accessible, and there is a weight scale in the bathroom, and to use it, you must pay 25 cents. Very good pit stop, and would recommend to people in the future.

DIRTY Shower room. Bunch of facial hair in sink. Faucet had smudges/toothpaste. Mirror had splatter and toilet was dirty. I used to like stopping here for my break, but this ruined it for me. Positively was NOT disinfected. Do Better!!!!

A Nicer Loves truck stop in IA,big store, you can grab some fast food, or loves eats, clean restrooms and showers etc;Try to get here by 4pm because trying to finding parking after that may be a bit challenging.Cool place to shut it down over all,4stars !

Stopped in while on a drive, whoever the man at the register was at about 11:25 pm is the best person. One of the nicest most wholesome individuals i have met.Other than that the travel stop was clean and taken care of.

Staff was very helpful. Some broken glass from our window fell on the ground and I asked for a broom and dustpan to clean it up. The young man said he would take care of it and he did.

The loves is decent but the shower stalls are like a furnace they have the heat turned up so high it makes it completely uncomfortable to take a shower. I understand it's winter time but there is no reason for the showers to be 90 degrees. I can say for sure that my company and myself will be putting this loves down as a stay away from.

My best loves location on I35 in my overall experience in visiting for the past 1.5 years I completely understand everyone and place has their good and bad days but this last visit was great I arrived just before after work rush hour and parked and stayed about 16 hrs or so to rest and had me a nice long hot shower I was thrilled to find 2 towels to dry I mostly use my own but occasionally forget to pack some. The shower room was almost completely spotless to were they must of recently pressure washed the walls and floors. The staff was cheerful and welcoming when I entered as usual and I had some food from Carl's jr.

Cleanest bathrooms and gas station I’ve ever seen! We are going to make this one of our consistent stops on our many road trips to Wisconsin. When you have kids, clean bathrooms are so important. Thank you!!

I hope this gets to the right person. I stopped at this Loves last night for my 10 hour break. I went into the Hardee's to grab dinner, and the staff was very unfriendly. The lady at the fuel desk was also very rude to two other drivers. This is not the usual culture at Loves. Very disappointing.

Good gas price. Extremely clean, restrooms and all. I was even greeted with a friendly welcome!!! Huge assortment of food items and beverages. Upon leaving, I made a point to personally acknowledge how impressed I was with this establishment AND customer service. This was also during a Holiday weekend. Kudos to them ❤

So the need to make sure who ever is making that pudding that gets put out in this store is wearing a hair net because I found a long light hair.... it is gross and it makes it where noone would want to eat the pudding or anything.. make sure you guys do something if it is a manufacturer to.

Loves is always good, but this one specifically really needs shade in the parking lot for hot days. plant some trees or something!!! youre supposed to be a rest stop, but there is nowhere to rest!!

I have been in hundreds of gas stations and their restrooms on this trip and none of them come close to every area of the store and restroom being as spotless and tended to as this Love's. It's obvious the employees at this particular location are on top of their responsibilities and work very hard. It is appreciated!

This is awful experience. My truck broke down 10 miles from the shop and we order road service to come over and we agreed on 6 h waiting. After 5 h in cold weather waiting we got informed after multiple calls that our truck have to wait by in the morning. My driver got to survive cold weather with not running truck. I was asking someone at least to go and look it if it’s a simple repair but the tech Bryan said he has mirror repair and DOT jobs before me.This morning after multiple calls and waiting on the line for over 30 min the shop said I had to wait another 3-4 h because has 5 jobs ahead of me and they don’t know how this 5 jobs come from.This is awful experience and it is not done yet.This repair will go over 24 h waiting

Best truck stops in America. The only place I will go outside of my home state for gas Great hot food. Very large selection of hot and cold drinks and always a great value. Always friendly staff. Very clean and maintained bathrooms. If you haven't tried Love's truck stop you have to try it you won't be disappointed
