Like most businesses in Eldridge its run by kids who don't care if they actually help you. Its November 4th and the city is doing free lawn pickup every Monday. So you'd think they would have lawn bags at Ace, but no and when you ask the children who work there they look at you like your an idiot and then don't answer you and just leave you standing there. Good thing lowes has plenty and thats where I'll spend my money now. No convenience in a small town and no adults to run a business. Shameful. Zero stars

I love this store! Every time I walk in someone is there to help. I just tell them what I’m doing, then they tell me what I need AND walk me to it. Prices are usually cheaper than Amazon. Plus the kids get popcorn and a sucker for free, so they love it too.

Went to use my $5.00 reward card. Was buying 2 water timers priced at $9.99 each. Clerk would not take reward card because I was $.02 short. Left mds on counter & left.

What i like about this store is that the minute i walk in the place, someone it there to help me. I have nothing negative to say about the big box stores, but their service can't compete with these local hardware stores- They don't have the staff or the knowledge to rival Ace!
