This store is my favorite! I spend hundreds a month on dog and cat food, treats, and supplies, and I will always go to Norbys for all of my needs! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and they always make sure whatever I need is in stock for me (and my pack!)The store manager, Jessica, is the sweetest and most hard working woman! She is always there it seems, and always has the biggest smile on her face! She is a bright spot in a dark world, and she builds her team to be the same!I stopped by today for my usual $150/week load of food, and I had a new staff (Brydyn), who was literally the sweetest, most polite, and just genuinely pleasant guy! He did all the lifting/loading for me and was so professional. His genuine smile and desire to help just made my day that much better!Thank you, Norbys, for coming to Eldora and bringing all these lovely faces to the surface with you! I hope you give these guys their well earned recognition for their hard work and outstanding customer service! 👏🏼

I like norbys as a store. But I dread going to this location. The women who work here are miserable and they pass it on to the customer. It's worth the drive to Grundy not to deal with them.

Good store and helpful people. Lot of stuff for a small store . I was very impressed. They are super helpful and you can tell they care. I would recommend this store to everyone .Some of the very best plants Yu can get. They have a lady that does nothing but the plants. And she's awesome.

Really surprised (pleasantly). The 3 previous companies in this location (Pamida, Shopko and something else before those two) were complete and utter garbage in selection, prices, cleanliness, display, logical placement, current items, etc. I had stopped checking to see if they had an item, I just headed out of town 20-45 miles to get what I needed.Norbys is clean, well lit, well laid out with good selection for home, business or farm. I hope they do well and continue to keep up their standards!

Great to have a Norby's store in town! And they continue to add products and selection each week. If they don't have it, they may be able to get it. Never hurts to ask! Their employees have been very helpful when I've been there!

Like not having to drive 30 miles each direction to get pet products. The staff is great, evan when one employee made a mistake and I caught it the following day they made sure to correct the mistake. I was very happy, because Walmart sure wouldn't fix their mistake, because it happened there once and they blamed me. THANK YOU ELDORA NORBYS FARM AND FLEET.😀

Compliments on the quantity, quality, and condition of the garden items. Really great, and stuff is well maintained by the staff. It's late june, and by now most places are down to a discounted, desiccated remnants. Norway's stuff still in super shape.

I was shocked at the number of items they have and the prices are very reasonable.The staff are all very friendly and I'm really impressed by their fastener section. I don't know how many miles they've saved me from going out of town.

Plumbers putty it's something any hardware store should carry. The person said that all we have on the shelf in front of you and walked off, not let me check to see if we even carry it or see if there's some anywhere else
