Have had the best experience with them we have gotten several animals from them and they helped us with any questions we had. When we thought our beared dragon was sick they helped us through it. Even if they don't have a physical store any more they still will sell you feeders for our snakes and our beared dragon.

Stopped in today. We have a corn snake purchased from a breeder last year, and were hoping to find possible supplies to go bioactive and came in to stare at cute animals. My daughter is also interested in getting a frog in the future (after we do extensive research and have a plan in mind for a set up and wanted to see options in store to spend local.Pros: they have larger cages/setups for purchase for some different kinds of animals then I've seen locally (other places offer smaller set ups or non at all).Also the owners asked almost immediately if we needed anything. The write ups for the type of animal was really cool. Weights, lengths, life span, etc. I never did check the corn snake stats but was curious to see if they recommended a large enough cage for the snakes full grown length.Cons: we only got a few enclosures in before we noticed not great water conditions. Most of them were no water at all, or incredibly soiled (more then it would take in a day, maybe even 2!) **Edited to remove the comment about the Tegu soaking container.** Alot of the animals were hiding and some of them were hard to see through dirty cages.I hope things can continue to be worked on regarding the animals enclosure. I don't know much about reptiles other than corn snakes so I won't comment on any body conditions or sizes for lack of knowledge. Cannot say we will be back or make any purchases, but wish you the best of luck

Very friendly, very knowledgeable about their animals, and extremely kind! Good range of products, we were able to choose what we wanted to start out without any rush. Pets and supplies sell rather quick, if you see what you want, make sure to get it! New animals and resupplies often

Bought a skink from them died two days later, I did everything they said to do and did lots of research and brought to them and the husband offered a discount on another animals which we didn’t take, I’m not mad about the money I’m really sad about the animal, he didn’t look to be in too good of shape when we got him and there’s not much to do wrong in two days, we did everything exactly the way we were told to, I wouldn’t give them your 100% trust like I did
