Thought I was buying bacon cheese brats from Hy-Vee meat market on 1-24. They were mislabeled. It ended up being Maple bacon brats. Please make sure you label the meat department items correct.

I used to come in the morning to the market where I can get my breakfast good start. Jackie and Kate were always helpful. Until I don't know what happened to Jackie. I don't go there anymore.

Hy-Vee as a whole has really just gone downhill significantly in the last year or so. The biggest frustration is they replaced all but two checkout aisles with self check out. For years growing up, it was always easy to see hy-vee prided themselves as a service first business, but that seems to be changing significantly. Produce section has been getting rather sad in the last year or so as well. They are not afraid to re-label fresh produce that didn't sell the first time around either. Prices are getting out of hand as well. When the gas station in town has milk cheaper by a dollar/gallon there's time for concern. Overall, I plan to utilize Hy-vee as a last option vs main option

Love this store except not sure why we have to be limited to just one sale item or to many to get the deal! Not everyone has deep pockets! And now they are giving better deals for people who Pays a yearly fee!! Really!! Not happening with me

Pretty nice store! Never really experienced any problems in the store. Stuff definitely could be faced better and make it look more neat. Cashiers can be rude or nice also known as hit or miss. You never know who you’ll get to have as a checker. Diane at the service counter is an amazing lady!!! She is so helpful and polite to her customers and to her fellow employees. She’s one of the main reasons why I would go to this location to begin with!! If Diane ever left this location then they would lose a happy customer.

I would have given this grocery store a 5 star rating however I have been searching for a particular Hy-Vee brand item now for four months; I have shopped at various days as well as various times of the month yet each and every time this particular item has been either unavailable, sold out or out of stock, Hy-Vee has never been able to give me a straight answer. It's gotten beyond ridiculous as I know at least one other family buys this item on a monthly basis and as of yet have not encountered a problem. Frustrated!!

A few issues I have had at this location. One cannot use rewards I have earned at the gas station. Tried to use at pump it said rewards unavailable to speak to cashier. Cashier said no way to use rewards in the store have to use them at the pump. Today I called and asked if the had the XL swifter sweeper dry refills the gentleman I spoke to put me on hold to check came back and said yes they do. I get there and there are none on the shelf. I stop an employee and ask her about it she says that if they are not on the shelf then likely they do not have them. I explained that I had called and was told they do have them and she said well it is not my department so I do not know what to tell you. No willingness to help or even find someone who would help.

Great place to do grocery shopping. Helpful staff, easy to find most things. Wish they had a better selection of vegetarian items. A little harder to navigate when it's busier. Self checkouts are a bust. I would rather wait in line, for longer then mess with those. I will take a real live staff over checking out all my groceries for free!

An older man checked me out at the registers today. Ahead of me there was a younger girl which he was very nice and talkative to but once she was gone he completely changed his mood. Wouldn't say anything to me and when I thanked him he said Ya in a grumpy voice. Kind of freaked me out. This is not the first time someone in this store has been weird to me. I rather shop at farway in there self check out than wonder all day what I could have done to upset someone I don't even know

Hate the fact that self checkout was installed. It takes so much longer to checkout now. As a business owner in the community, I don't have a lot of time to be away when I need to run for supplies. Before, I was in and out so much faster.

Everyone is always friendly! Never too hard to find someone if help is needed and they are always happy to help! Their gas station also has some wonderful Friday deals I didnt know about till I got handed a coupon for free pork chops! Just for getting gas, super neat. Love this location.

This used to be a very friendly store. Not one worker would greet you and they would get ahead of you so they could stock something. Usually they wait til the customer is gone or is out of the way. I forgot my fuel saver card and gave the cashier my phone number, she replied we don't do that. I paid with a credit card. When it was done the cashier pointed at the receipt. What rude customer service. I for one will not go back there again. I rather go to the Sioux Center store or better yet Sunshine in my home town. How sad that the employees only care about people they know and could care less about people they don't.

Hy-vee is a pretty large grocery store chain so it is well stocked with a large variety of products. They have a bakery, deli, fresh produce, extensive meat selection and I believe everything anyone needs in groceries. There is a grill that is open for breakfast and lunch. There is a customer service counter where lottery can be played, money orders can be purchased and other services are available. Hy-vee stores are always clean and well kept. I recommend Hy-vee.

The man at the meat counter was extremely friendly, patient and helpful! He may have been the manager. It isn't very often we come across employees that friendly there. I was a very nice treat.

Great staff, great food, great prices! They often have really good sales. They help you take it your groceries which is really nice. They have been very respectful with my service dog. If you're looking for a great place to shop I would definitely recommend Hyvee

Great store and great staff. Any time I need something or have a question, someone is there to answer and happy to do it. It helps that much of the staff recognizes me from previous jobs. Only complaint here is the restaurant. Last few times, has been same cook in kitchen. Prepares table orders one at a time, so waited last time for 30 minutes for an overcooked burger and almost burned BLT. Shame, because other Hyvees have some pretty great food and I've had great experiences at this location, but not lately. They made up for it by giving us a gift card for 30 dollars to make up for the 20 dollar bill for unsatisfactory food.

Shelves are getting emptier and emptier. Are we not restocking, or just raising prices on stuff we dont sell? Sale priced items are nearly gone and area is a disaster and not restocked. Getting worse. Trying to find something good to say.

Taylor in the liquor store was so very helpful and even though she was busy with a steady stream of customers, she went out of her way to help me find what my sister was looking for. I did end up tripping over the rug in front of the exit door and really hurt my knee. She was so concerned and made sure I was ok. I ended up sending an email to corporate asking for a call Friday morning but never heard from anyone.

Don't buy any of the store made fruit purfeit's and the chefs salad there. Its moldy or plain frozen to eat, soggy, and mixed with leftovers. I went back to turn the food in and got refund.Deals are great and people are always nice!

Love Hy-Vee. This is one of my favorite Hy-Vees to shop at. Always has a nice great fresh selection of Meat. The people who work in the meat department is more than happy to cut like Pork Tenderloin roast in half if you want. Cut the meat at the thickness you would like. Great deals each week on a great variety of foods. Nice fresh selection of Fruits and Vegetables. Love the fact that local farmers product is featured in the produce section and have seen products from local family owned businesses in the freezer isles. They are true to their word when they say it is customer owned. Great place to get groceries.

Im upset it's no longer 24 hrs and they waste food. I offered them money for a whole cart of bread that was goin to get thrown away. And they declined saying It was against policy, I'd like to meet whoever made that policy.
