Worst phone experience of my purchases of all time. Called for a new saw...extra chains..etc. major purchase over the phone for a gift . About 600 dollars. Lost my sale!. No phone back as they said. Big runaround.. then said no sales over the phone!!!

My favorite store. Period. The folks who work there are my kind of people. They are very knowledgeable and always more than willing to help and answer questions. My dogs love the place, too! I always say, "If Bomgaars doesn't have it, you don't need it!"

I was looking for a pair of women's work boots. Spent over 30 minutes looking and trying on (men's boots) as my employer provides $200 towards the purchase. No selection for the gals. No employee ever approached me to assist even. Keep business local? Provide a service.

One of the larger ones I have been to. Very helpful staff and very well kept store! I was really impressed with the selection of products they offered and their prices. I would greatly encourage others to stop in and look around.

Wasted my money. They claimed I could return a bag of dog food but when I took it back they didn't give me all my money back and only gave me a gift card that I didn't need. I was previously suggested by a staff to order that dog food on another site. I did. Then brought the food back but didn't get cash and didn't get what I payed. Now I'm low on money. Not happy

They had a lot of clarence clothing for $2 and up when we went.... Sadly none in my size. I was impressed by the amount of clothing selection they had. It's been a while since I've been to a bomgaars but i wasnt disappointed. I left with a chicken coop playset for my boys (never seen something like that before.) It was a great way to pass time. I recommend checking it out!

Good selection and decently competetive pricing, but inefficient corporate structures can slow your visit to a crawl if you need help from someone with authority. Also, if you're trying to problem solve a hardware issue, it's not the best place to go. Try Neil Chase down the street or Ryden in Sanborn.

If I could give the store a negative star I would and the only reason I'm giving it one star is because you have to in order to leave a review. I'm not sure what it is about Bomgaars but this store along with the other ones that I've been in it seems as though when you walk in the front door you suddenly become invisible. There was a red headed lady with the sides of her head shaved putting jeans up and I was in the store looking for mens silver jeans and I was planning on buying two to three pair depending on if they were less than $70, she looked to me Square in the eyes at least twice and didn't ask me if I needed help to kiss her ass how was the weather nothing and ignored me the entire time I was there. Frustrated I walked around the store and ran across a group of guys standing there they all look at me and then look at the ground ceiling pretty much everything except for me. Then as I was leaving the store the cashier who had to hear me voicing my displeasure for the lack of service in the store also joined in the store motto of Lex ignore the customer so I left without buying anything. I'll take my money and spend it elsewhere if I knew Bomgaars direct competition in town that's where I would have went. I've put in several years during my lifetime working customer service so I know how to do it right I only expect to be treated how I treated my customers in the past. Have a nice day. And because I'm so frustrated I'm actually leaving this review using the talk to text on my phone so it may be garbled in my apologies if it's hard to read.

I had a blinker light go out in my minivan and a nice young man named Jim couldn't have been more helpful. He even freestyle gangster rapped for me while I found the right one. Dont let bomgaars hold you down JimYou're an eagle that needs to soar. Bomgaars is a job but the rap game is a calling

I buy my dog food here when it's on sale. Always ALWAYS double check that the sale price matches the checkout. In my experience it's never updated when you go to pay for it.

This store has pretty much everything we've needed for fixing stuff or DIY. Staff are helpful and the store is huge with pretty decent pricing.
