It seems like every time I stop to grab a quick bite to eat at this location, they never seem to have a wide variety of pizza or appetizers and what they do have is old and no good drive the 15 minutes and either direction to Oskaloosa or Ottumwa and spend your money somewhere else. For being one of Elliott Oils newest and best stores, they sure have people fooled. The breakfast sandwiches have no toppings on them either. Not worth the price you pay for the items.

We come through eddyville often and have to stop by this station for their awesome Chester’s chicken. The staff at the kitchen and checkout are always so friendly and welcoming. Tonight I had to leave a good review for them and especially tommie. He was such a great guy. Made our night. Thanks tommie and eddyville BP staff for making this place one of our favorite places to visit on our travels.

Nice gas station with plenty of truck parking and snack options. They have clean bathrooms and a nice outside seating area with tables to take a break.

Food looks fresh, but ask if it's old, especially fried foods. Bought shrimp that was like rubber warned the guy serving that he needs to change out the shrimp he didn't offer to give me anything else fresh or a refund..but I didn't ask since I had already broke the breading on a few to get to the shrimp..the extra giving star is for me not asking.

The new location is really sweet it's about 10 times the space and capacity of the old shop everything's new and modern they have a really nice area to eat, plug in charge your devices. They even have an outdoor seating area definitely the spot to go in eddieville Iowa.

Love this place most of the time. They use to have the best chef salad around, now it is all lettuce and cheese. Literally 2 tiny squares of meat on the entire salad. Lettuce and cheese is what I paid almost $5 for. To add, the ham is green and can't eat it. Manager offered to make new 1, but what's the point, every salad for sale looks the same as this one. So is not a mistake, is how the person is being told to make them now

Truckers that have a Comdata card have to use it inside. You cannot pay at the pump, but it’s pretty fast once you give them your info. Great diesel prices. Also have DEF! Great customer service. Food was decent. Don’t expect anything hot or fresh.

For the reviewer that claimed, “Great service!” Were you in a different town? Some of the pumps were nonfunctional, others needed to have the screen cleared and none had windshield cleaner. And here’s a hint, if you purchase gas and then go into the store, don’t take 15 minutes to do so. Not sure what’s in the store. Definitely not any hot Chester’s Chicken, but there are employees manning the station who won’t ask if you need anything. The Casey’s down the road has no hot food either.

Encountered rude people at this station. I've always told people how wonderful and nice people in Iowa. Before coming here Iowan's were the nicest people In the country. But after the sniggering and insults by some locals, we will never go to Eddyville again.

Clean, easy access little truck stop right off the highway. Godfather's pizza and Chester chicken as well as other food options. It is our go to stop when going to and from southern Iowa with a truck and trailer.

do not eat the chicken I was there yesterday and after eating most of the chicken I discovered there was black bugs hiding in the breading first time eating there I was so sick after seeing that. I drive past all the time and wanted to try it so I wouldn't eat nothing hear

Truckers. About eight parking spots. No shower. No laundry. It is hidden. So use Google Map to get here. Normal truck stop prices.
