My first experience with the Bondurant clinic was when I put my dog Saydie to sleep. They were so respectful and thought about everything to make the situation better. They took amazing care for my Saydie and gave me the time to be with her that I needed. Now they are taking care of my puppy Maizy. They are so gentle with her and take such good care of her. The vet and staff are so friendly and are so gentle with my puppy. I woulf recommend this animal clinic to anyone looking for a friendly, good at what they do, and comfortable vet.

I brought Sasha in for her shots and when we got there after they looked at her paper work from previous owner the let me know that she hasn’t been seen since she was born they walked me thru the process and helped me. Understand what I need to do to get her back up to date. I will always be grateful for the friendly lady I don’t timber her name but if she sees this YOU ARE AWESOME and can’t wait to bring Sasha back in for her next appointment

I love this office. Very competent care, not overly difficult to get an appointment. Prices are lower than other offices in the area. They do work with a local crematory service. They do a great job with end of life and after care.

They were able to schedule my dog that very same day when nobody else that I called would do. My dog was very sick and these very nice, caring helpful staff members were able to diagnose him and get him what he needed within 45 minutes of being there. I will now be going to them for every need that I need for my dog. I would highly recommend taking your animal here. They truly care.

My husband and I have visited the Bondourant Animal Clinic for both routine and emergency care for our pets for the last 5 years and we have had nothing but good experiences with the team.As a family consisting of a cat and labrador who both enjoy eating everything they can get their mouths around, we’ve had no shortage of flustered calls and day-of visits that have always been promptly addressed.The Vets and other staff alike have consistently been personable, flexible with our short-notice concerns, offer excellent advice and care for our pets, and have been very fair with us when it comes to pricing. I’ve always felt well-informed and confident in their diagnoses and suggestions, and it’s easy to see that the staff are passionate and competent in their work regardless of their role on the team.As an added bonus, the resident office cat is a sweetheart and I almost always give her a pet or two when I visit.We hope to spend many more years visiting this clinic and are so grateful for the care they show us and our dear pets.

I love how you can schedule and submit RX refills online. Great staff. Great vets. They get right to the point. Not pushy about you need this and you need that. They just start off with the basics first. They work really hard to accommodate you and your pet if you have a emergency situation.

Ashley is always pleasant on the phone and she was very accommodating letting me do a drop off that morning when the schedule was completely filled. That shows me they really cared that my dog was sick and needed care. I did not catch the name of the technician I dealt with but he was male and he was great! At drop off and pick up he answered all my questions. I also appreciated Dr. Tim calling me several times and updating me on the status of Caramel. The experience all together was great!

We travel full time and on occasion we need to visit a vet on the road. This place was great. The doctor was honest with us and treated our dog like her own. We had lots of questions, and she was patient with us and made sure we were comfortable leaving. We would definitely return if in the area.

Dr. Hong, Sam, Braden, Madi, and Ashley saw our cats and dogs for their regular checkups, vaccinations, and bloodwork this week. We appreciate their knowledge, care and professionalism with our pets to make their visit the most positive experience possible for them. If you’re looking for a veterinarian who not only has a proficient command of your pet’s biology, but also understands the emotional and psychological framework within and between the canine and feline species, we highly recommend Dr. Hong. We love the Bondurant Animal Clinic. We’ve been bringing all of our animals (2 dogs and a cat) for the last six years and every visit is great. They are caring, understanding and so thorough. Making sure our animals get the best care possible. When our female dog was spayed they even called with multiple updates just to ease our minds. Megan at the front desk is absolutely awful!! She has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. I had to deal with her on the phone and in the office several times (my dog had to go through a very serious 3 month treatment) and every time she was rude, interruptive and short. Only seems to care about the bill and I had no problem paying my bill if that tells you anything. Apparently I'm not the only one that feels this way by the other reviews. This is my first ever review, prompted by how bad Megan was. This vet office is solely losing business due to her. Being treated so badly by her makes you question whether you can trust the place.Was also very disappointed in Dr Timm, not very personable for a veterinarian, didn't even bother to call with updates during our dogs serious treatments or come out from the back to talk to us personally afterwards. After one of the treatments she even failed to provide the appropriate discharge instructions that could of been fatal to our dog.Gunner (another office tech) was wonderful, very polite and caring, knowledgeable and did his job great. I hope he moves on to a business equivalent to his professional demeanor.
