I can not say enough wonderful things about this vet clinic. We called around to multiple vets in the area, and Twin Valley was the only one who took us seriously enough to get our dog in immediately. Our 12 year old senior female had the worst case of pyometra that they had ever seen. She also had 2 other issues that we had no idea about it. They got her in, took care of our baby, and returned her to us a completely different dog. She was like a puppy again. We cannot thank Doctor Johanna or the assistants enough.

The small animal team is very knowledgeable and upbeat. We drive all the way from Colorado to have Dr. Johanna fix stuff and can still save money. They’re constantly busy but have always squeezed us in.

Front desk staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. But I never met the vet who preformed the surgery on my kitten. ( Hello, how is my pet...any complications?). I want to see how the vet handles my cat. The last vet I saw handled my animal like a piece of meat.Help! I need a good, compassionate veterinarian.Although I was disappointed with this visit, I believe everyone needs a second chance. I took my "baby" back to the same clinic and had a wonderful experience with staff, including a proficient veterinarian.The absence of a vet's visit with me before or after the procedure was my major complaint. She spent time with me so all questions were asked and answered.

The best! Dr. Pothast is the best vet we have ever been to. Our two dogs have gone to her for multiple sugeries and health checks. She is very thorough and explains everything. Not to mention, coming from Omaha, it is well worth the drive for their reasonable pricing!

Not all vet visits end with good news. And on one of the hardest day I've had, these group of ladies surrounded me with comfort and understanding. There is no other vet office I go to. They are loving, compassionate, and mindful. From vaccinations, to treatments, to being there on your pets last day. This place is beyond amazing.

My Blue-Tick Heeler....Pepper, jumped out of back of truck and landed wrong and hurt her right foot. It was after hours when it happened and we called but couldn't reach anyone. I called again in the morning and they got her in the first available time which wasn't until the next day. It was very expensive but there were x ray fees, a fee for the visit, pain medication, a rabies booster, and a brush for about 200.00. Pepper has been on bed rest for the last week which has not made her happy. She's had a ball in her mouth the entire time! She's finally putting a little weight on her paw now and going outside but we have had to refrain from playing ball. She's quite the runner and jumper and never misses catching a ball. The vet isn't as personable as I like but she knows her business. Thank you Twin Valley.

I had taken two dogs to this clinic and one of them they made him suffer, and when we cremated him, they put his bag in the box upside down and opened so his ashes went everywhere. And the second dog when I picked him up, one of the workers practically just threw him in my hands. They say they will call you once your dog is fully cremated if you were to take it home but that is a lie both times they did not call me or my mother for the dogs. We had to call them and they told us oh well, your dog has been done for a few days now. I highly do not recommend this vet clinic. This is the worst vet clinic I have ever been to, so please if you truly care for your animals, do not take them to this that clinic.

I discovered Twin Valley Vet when in desperate need of help for a wild animal, as I am a wildlife rehabilitator. Never did I think I would end up transferring all our business to this amazing team of animal loving professionals. As an owner and breeder of 3 french bulldogs, sometimes I think I am at Twin Valley more than I am at home. All my crew absolutely loves going to see everyone at the office. They are treated with compassion, attention as well as excellent care. They don't even mind getting a shot or blood drawn because they get so much love and cuddles from the staff. One of my girls has to have cesareans because she's so small. They handle the surgery with great care and knowledge. I was so nervous for my girl and her babies, but I didn't need to be. We even had to do the surgery after hours on a weekend. Dr. Hall acted very happy to do his job. He didn't make us feel like we were a bother at all for cutting into his, much deserved, time off to be with his family. It's about a 45 minute drive for us to the clinic. We will b moving soon and so it will take us over an hour to get there. I have no desire to try and find a closer vet, Twin Valley is well worth every minute we spend on the road.

Waited half hour while I was in pain. Overbooked. Way too expensive. Also the Vet refused to give my 14 year old dog any pain meds. She’s got hip problems and a bad leg that has a remodeled injury that healed wrong from before I had her. They charged me $10 to collect her urine which I could have done myself so the bill was high. I had been going there for about 27 yrs and given them alot of business and this is how I’m treated?? I found a new Vet

We have been using Twin Valley Vet Clinic since moving to the area in 2017. Both of our dogs are getting older, and with that comes more frequent trips to the vet for various ailments. Dr. Hall is the absolute BEST. He is thorough, and truly listens to our concerns. Dr. Pothast is also amazing, always taking the time to really investigate the cause of the issue that brought us in. I recommend them both to anyone who will listen! The office staff is also amazing - always so kind when I call in and patient with me when trying to find a time that works to bring the dog(s) in. We drive 45 minutes to the clinic - and while it would be closer to just go to Sioux City, I can't imagine parting ways with such amazing doctors. I highly recommend Twin Valley Vet Clinic!

I took my male cat to be neutered. They treated him with care and kindess. It might be a little pricey for some people as that it cost $131.88 to have him neutered but it was worth it to insure that the cat population is at least controlled around my home.

We had to take our maine coon into the vet for an abscess, we usually would have gone to the Mapleton vet because it’s closer but they didn’t have a vet on staff for that day. When we went to Dunlap I was super impressed by the way everything ran, the Doctor knew exactly what was wrong and how to treat it and even tested our cat for other things just to make sure he was healthy. Another thing our cat has is seizure disorder that makes me attack people and himself, usually he has to be sedated but they didn’t have to and that’s a super plus in my book. I Will not be taking my animals to anyone else from now on! Thank you Twin Valley vet!

The small animal vets, Johanna and Jodn are superior, but sometimes we have needed a vet when they were not available but no worry the large animal vets were just as caring and skilled with Snoball.
