Horrible customer service!! Was owed a refund, was told it would have to be by a check and not electronically, never received the check 40+ days later and have called twice and keep getting the run around that the manager needs to check into it. Not cool!!

I have not had any problems. I had use a competitor swine conditioner and it turn my pig purple switch back to old reliable and problems fix no more purple pigs love champion choice and rejuvenate

We ordered a 7&1/2 foot chute to be picked up at the Iowa State Fair at a later time. My son picked up the chute. When he got home(4 hours later) we found out it was an 8 foot chute which will not fit in our trailer. We need the chute right away as ours is broken. The best Sullivan's can do is bring the correct chute to a show that is an hour away from us in mid September. They will not ship us the correct chute and will not let us return a chute which has been used. We've been loyal customers for some time now and this is really frustrating.

I've ordered twice from them in the last month. First order took over 2 1/2 weeks to arrive because there was a glitch in their system and my order shipped to GA not CO. Finally got the goods after numerous phone calls to them and fedex. Ultimately they made it right with me, but still a huge hassle. Although I needed the halters really bad and purchased them locally, so now I have a 5 year supply.Second order was suppose to ship in 2 business days. Took them a week to ship even though I called and confirmed shipment with them after ordering online. When I called to see why it hadn't shipped after a week, they said all priority shipments go before standard shipping and the "ship in the 2 business days doesn't apply" (my order was two blower hoses). Moral of the story is, if you need it pay the upgraded shipping that guarantees it will arrive when needed, otherwise it may take several weeks to receive shipment, regardless of what their system tells you when ordering online.

Had an item damaged and had to deal with there customer service team ( Katie). I couldn’t of asked for better communication time and service. Just another reason we swear by the company and it’s products.
