Great looking store, however they are very rarely open on time. Suppose to open at 8...here we are almost to March and they still can't make it in until 8:30. Shelves aren't stocked well either. I'm almost to the point of driving to Denison to get what I can't get at Smitty's. This store is a disappointment.

Was over charged a whole item tried for an hour to get call them so I could stop back thw next day and no one ever answered the phone. The coupons never work and they don't know how to just adjust it. Help is not very friendly either.

Employees were friendly and always helpful. But there is quite a few times when I go in and they are out of items that I need.
