Just a run of the mill ice cream and small town dinner that will require you to bring your appetite! We went during the lunch rush and it was packed! As you enter find a seat and they will bring menus. Our server was all over the place but came quickly enough. Knowing it was the lunch rush we were very patient with the establishment. Drinks are served in a paper cup, it was refilled when we were able to flag our server down. The food came out and was great. Our items we ordered were chili dog with cheese and fries, breaded fried pork tenderloin one with curly fries and the other broasted potatoes, and then a grilled pork tenderloin with fries. Everything was delicious and warm. The pork tenderloin was thick and huge! The broasted potatoes were more like seasoned wedges, but we're good none the less. We had left overs of the fried pork tenderloin and was sad we didn't have room for all of the desserts that they offered. We will be back for sure to try some ice cream next time!

The pork tenderloin sandwich was cooked to perfection. It was soooo tender! And the onion rings were a perfect compliment to the sandwich. We shared a raspberry shake, oh-la-la.

Great little small town Dairy Sweet. Our server Charley B. was fantastic. I had the Pizza Burger Basket with potato wedges that were excellent. My wife had the Cod Fish sandwich with coleslaw which was great. We didn't have room for ice cream, but will definitely be back. You know when the locals congregate here, that it's a good place. Highly recommend!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible entrance, restrooms are very accessible. We saw lots of older folks with walkers and rollators treated very well by staff here. A true small town gem and a slice of Americana. Dunlap should be proud. The young people that work here, were outstanding. It was a very good 1st impression.

I have visited this little gem twice recently and finally tried the Tenderloin Sandwhich I have been hearing so much about... so glad I did. Holy Moly! Massive in size and so good! Perfect texture and tender. I have had ones in the past that were either fried too long or it wasn't an easy task chewing through it. I will definitely be visiting again. It is located in a smaller town and it is a friendly place. It was pretty busy the whole time we were there. The ice cream is great too. Worth the visit.

We stopped here on our way through because we knew they used to have good tenderloins. They are now in a larger building and the tenderloins were GREAT! The server was very pleasant and the prices for a "basket" were well worth it. If you like pork tenderloins be sure to stop here if you are in the area.Update: July 2023 - We visit here at least once a year when visiting family in the area. And, I always order the breaded tenderloin. OMG, it was even better than I remembered. I've eaten tenderloins all over. These guys make the best, and they are still reasonably priced.

We arrived 20 minutes before closing. Wrong on my part but didn't see the times until after ordering. Once I realized it I talked to the staff telling we can take it to go. The staff mainly of young teens said it's not a problem. Remaining very polite and courteous! This was the 4th of July weekend as well. Our food came 5 minutes before 8pm closing time again stressed we would take it go if a problem. Admit it wasn't a problem! We ate quickly not being rushed by anyone. As we were leaving I again apologized now almost 15 minutes past closing, the young teen staff continued with being pleasant and smiling! The tip received was a pleasant one as well! FOOD WAS GOOD TOO!

These reviewers aren't kidding about the pork tenderloin. It is fabulous! Curly fries are good too. They make their own ranch, it has a sour cream & chive (potato chip) taste, very good. Husband ordered the chicken strips with regular fries. Definitely the best thicker tenderloin I've ever eaten and easily top 3 tenderloins ever.

Very crowded place. Masks not required. Long wait time from the time you order to delivery of a HUGE very tasty tenderloin! If you're in a hurry for lunch this is not the place for you! if you're not in a hurry it's worth the wait!They probably deserve five stars but I gave them four because of the very slow service from the time of ordering to delivery of the food!Here's a hint... Servers probably should collect the customers money for the food when they serve the customer.

Delicious food, great service. You can order 1/2 orders of specials and pick the size of burgers. Great for people not wanting large orders, and cuts down on waste.

Simply put, the tenderloin here is over the top awesome!! We pass through Dunlap during the summer and always time our trip so that we can stop for the tenderloin and a "tornado" (effectively a DQ Blizzard). Personally, I think the tornado is much better than the blizzard. Now a comment about some of the negative reviews on here. I saw several posts about "bad service".....be real people. It a small town with young staff so please be realistic in your expectations. Your not eating at a 5-Star restaurant in New York City. I have never experienced bad service here. In fact, the staff has always been friendly and very responsive. Thanks go out to my friend Herb that turned my on to this place. Keep up the good work here!! We'll most definitely be back again.....and again....and again......

Every time I visit Dunlap I make it a point to do it during lunch time. Hands down one of the best Pork Tenderloins I have ever had! Staff is always friendly and I never go away hungry.

I was in town for work and stopped here for lunch. I got the tenderloin basket with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was excellent!!! I definitely recommend this place

Not a bad meal in the place. I don't care what you order off the menu you're going to love it. Some of the greatest staff that you could ever ask for. If you're in the area you have to stop or you'll definitely be missing out
