We have brought both of our dogs several times. Also have an i ground dense from Dog Watch. Wonderful kind people. Always taking great care of our four legged family. Kernels are large and clean. On-site care. Definitely recommend. Cost is appropriate.

I can say enough good things about the underground fence that was installed. It was installed less than a week after I called to inquire about it. He answered all my questions about it, walked me through the training process with my dog. When a set of unforeseen circumstances required it to be moved he was there the next day and moved the fence refused money for even his gas to come back out and move it. He is pleasant polite and friendly.

We had taken our Boxer there recently, dropped him off March 29th 2023, picked him up yesterday, April 11th 2023. the kennels are ok. dogs are side by side separated by chain link fence, they have pallets to put your dogs bed on if you bring one. I only brought a small blanket from home with our scent on it, didn't realize he'd have to sleep on a pallet or concrete floor. I was told they have other blankets they could bring out. I felt a little better. I don't know if they actually did bring it extra.We were going to be gone just about 2 weeks.When we picked him up I wasn't told much. A girl at the counter told me she'd help me inside while another woman went to get Moses. The total was almost $400. $25 per day plus 10 times of play at $10 each play/ run time.she brings Moses out with his bag, and says nothing.Moses didn't want to get in the car, it took coaching to finally get him in. my daughter noticed cuts on his face. and he wasn't acting like himself. We know that dogs can have and go through separation anxiety when their people are gone for long periods of time. With that being said....Moses had lost over 3lbs. his hip,spine, and rib bones were showing. We gave them a bag of food that should have been gone, but we were given about a dog bowl left of food.If he was eating, no food would've been left. if he wasn't eating they never called us. If he was never left alone they would've noticed his bones showing and should've called us. We had family within driving distance that we could have called to come get him or visit with him to help.I called immediately after picking him up saying I had questions. no answer. I called again when I gothome, no answer. When home, I noticed his bones and his thin he had gotten. We have him food and water, he scarce it down. he ate 3 bowls of food and 2 full bowls of water.1 bowl = 2cups.I immediately called our vet. we took him in where they weighed him, he was 66.1 lbs the last time he was weighed, and he was 63lbs (plus the weight of the food and water he just inhaled.)I really want to know what happened there? He's been laying around and lethargic ever since we picked him up. he hasn't barked once, no noise hardly except panting.The girl at the counter finally called back, said she doesn't know what happened, said that the notes said 1and 1/2 cups twice a day for food. he's supposed to get 2 full cups twice daily.Why did they not call? I will never bring my animals here again. a dog should never lose that much weight in such a short amount of time.

Facility is fine, staff is friendly, both of my dogs and my in-laws dogs got some kind of kennel cough from their 3 day stay here and have been throwing up and coughing. I'm not sure if this is something they could be actively preventing but I wouldn't take them back here if this is a common occurrence. My little dog is elderly and he's really having a tough time with it, he's never been sick like this before. I'll probably have to take them to the vet tomorrow and get them antibiotics.

Boarded my dog here once, at the time didn't know where else to go. Would never let them "care" for my dog again. I had to pay extra for him to get a very short amount of exercise if you can even call it that. Of course I did because its part of caring for an animal. But the idea that they don't see something like that as mandatory in caring for an animal is absurd. They said if the weather was bad they would just let him roam the hall, so from what I was told they don't even have a proper set up for the animals. Ive since than found a couple other places to take him and have never experienced something like this since. I know I can trust them as they give hours of play time included in his care as everyone should

My 5 dogs absolutely Loved their 10 day stay at Critter Camp. We felt at ease with leaving our dogs in their care. We will be using them to watch our dogs from now on. Critter Camp is a caring, clean and safe place to take our dogs to when needed. Thank you all at Critter Camp, you were all so Loving to our precious animals.

We have a blue healer and he has a one person family personality, to be honest I was very worried on how he would do. I was very relieved to see how they have their kennels set up and how they accommodate to each dogs personality! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

They took amazing care of my 3 fur babies at a reasonable price then they let me know I was over charged by accident while I had no clue. They didn’t have to say anything but made a point to immediately call me and refund me. Top notch! Very clean facility and our sub-human enjoyed her stay with them. She looked and smelled great also because they gave her a bath and did her nails. I believe she made some new friends. She will be back!

We purchased a DogWatch outdoor hidden fence in the summer of 2015 for our two Golden Retrievers and it was a great choice. The fence works every bit as good as advertised, it was professionally installed by Rick from Critter Camp. Best choice for us, the pups have the freedom they want on our property and we have a piece of mind knowing they do not stray from home. We are also better neighbors because our dogs stay home.

We had a DogWatch fence installed by Rick and it works Great. Had a wire break after a few months(No fault of theirs) and they took care of it at no cost. Great experience. Also started using the Boarding Kennel at Critter Camp and my dog loves it there. Highly recommended for boarding and DogWatch fence. Great people to deal with.
