Big trampoline stolen off my door step after delivery,,Order stolen I never opened it,,Walmart never offered a refund or replacement,, told me they were not responsible for stolen items from delivery,,, AMAZON WOULD NEVER LEAVE THERE CUSTOMER S FEELING empty and ambush!! Remember when ordering online!!! If someone steals your package you are just out of luck,,, 😢 it was for my 3 year old!! Walmart can't get another dime from me

I live 1 hour away I left a bag at the checkout I have the receipt I got home I tried calling back down to Walmart I tried every extension they had on there not one person answered that phone. I called at 9:30 at night if I had the opportunity to give a rating of zero stars that is what I would do

Spent 2 hrs picking up groceries. Asked several employees for help with locating product or for getting item down from top shelves. Employees stated they were busy,Didn't know or I should ask someone else. When I finished shopping I went to check out and pay for my items i found long lines at both ends with self checkouts. Half of the other checkouts were taped off and said they were closed. I went into one that had 4 employees standing in front of it talking. One of the ladies said. "We are not opening any registers tonight. You have to self check."At that point I had had enough. I left the cart sitting there and walked out.What happened to.opening a register if more than 3 people were waiting?I went to HyVee and purchased my items. Everyone there was happy to help me.

I tried to call both the auto care center and the regular number to the store and let it ring for 3 minutes and there was no answer on either line. just wanted to make sure the auto care was open on Easter Monday because I have to drive 30 minutes to get there.

I use their Pick up and Delivery service and usually my groceries are loaded in apx. 5 to 10 minutes. These employees do a great job 👏

I Usually have good experiences shopping at Walmart they need more associates walking the floors associates are usually friendly and helpful I do not mind the self check out . Most staff are very knowledgeable to where a product is at thank you Walmart for all you do and charities you donate to

Just bought $140 worth of stuff and there was only one employee manning a check out lane at a busy time of day. I spotted more than a few handicapped and elderly people who could really use a personal checkout experience. Then there multiple teenage employees watching the us all do self checkout. Seriously? What a horrible position you are putting them in! I will not be back.

While I like the selection, checkout has been a nightmare at this store since it opened 20 years ago. Self check has not helped. If your not going to staff people in more checkout lanes, then put in more self check and employ less people. If there is too much shop lifting, get rid of the amm together and hire more people!!

Extremely bad experience since there were several customers stranded in front of self check in counters. There were tons of employees but they did nothing to take care of the customers who were trying to check out, I didn't see a single Walmart representative in front of the check-in counters checking us out which they were supposed to do. We had to do that on our own. They were just standing beside the self check-in counters and watching the show happily. Also, men's and women's restroom were dirty and full of toilet papers lying on the floor. Poor management and very bad leadership of employees. The pictures shared will explain the situation better. Shame on you Walmart.

Went to look at a Tv. The girl that helped me was very nice, and helpful, even answering my questions about warranty periods, extended warranties, features of the product, etc. She answered my questions and did great.

Put in more self check out lanes. Love doing the work your staff should be doing. Have to locate my own stuff. Have to price check it. Then have to check it out and bag it. Then I may even have to be loss prevention and show you my receipt for my items. What next? Do you need help cleaning the toilets? Sure looks like it.Also, why are your staff reaching over to the screens and tapping the 5 star review? It has happened to me several times, I have seen others do it and that is just dishonest. Is corporate instructing them to do it?

4 stars. Mainly because sometimes it's hard to find help. Especially with things in the beauty aisle that are behind a cabinet. Other than that I love Walmart!!

Everything worked out fine except 1 thing. I went to the self checkout station today, Friday, August 18th, 2023. I paid for my transaction using a debit card & cash together. Everything was accepted except for, when I tried to enter my quarters into the machine so I didn’t have to waste a 10 dollar bill, the machine jammed. I ended up waiting probably 20-30 minutes, end up using more cash anyway than I would’ve liked, finish my transaction, then a team member shows up, presses a few buttons & leaves without even giving me my quarters back. 4 words. Employee. Training. Routine. Maintenance. I shouldn’t be leaving 3 stars. I should be leaving 1. I’m leaving 3 because everything else went smooth.

I go here about every 2 weeks and this time their seafood section smelled really bad as if something was rotting. Their cooler with "fresh" seafood felt warm. They're going to get someone sick. Not to mention if you need something out of a glass case,you will be waiting FOREVER. An associate was standing nearby and gave the excuse of not having keys until we pushed to have her find someone with keys to help us. If you wear a mask for covid protection,they just treat you like you're a theif and will follow you around which is bs when I spend about 3-400 bucks everytime.Separate visit- same thing happened only this time was stopped at the door and had to HELP THE WORKER find the items on my receipt even though a cashier watched me ring everything up.Visited 7-26 and bought some meat that went bad the very next day! The date said it was okay until 7/31 but was turning brown and smelled bad.I don't think I will be buying anymore meat here. It sometimes smells like rot by the meat and I am beginning to think they're not handling the meat properly.

So, I have been to this location twice now. The first time we went the minute we got near the produce it smelled like mold or mildew. The store is very poorly lit so it makes it look dark and dirty. I went to use the Primo water machine and discovered black mold dripping from the spout. Also, the top part of the machine was a jar and there was also a sticker showing that it had just recently been serviced. See pictures included. I spoke to the manager on duty, explaining how dangerous it could be and how they could make people very sick. He said that they would get in touch with the people who supply the machine. He also offered to let me purchase 3 bottles of spring water at the same price as the Primo water. We returned a week later and the Machine was still in the same state. Out of all the staff that we encountered during our two visits only one young gentleman was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We hope to be able to avoid using this store at all if possible.

Pretty messy and dirty sometimes. You can wait a long time to check out. They are always short of cashier's and some of the self checks are always out of order. Not to mention how miserable the employees always seem. Never try to return to this customer service if you can avoid it, because they are always understaffed and you will wait a long time. The curbside pickup is good, though. Tariq is amazing friendly.

Self checkout is a total abomination. They make it look like they actually have people they hire, but they just stand there. There is NO space to check out your own groceries, and it wastes more time than anything else. I accidentally dropped a squash during checkout and all I hear from behind me is: "We better check the cameras". And then get harassed on my way out to see my receipt. Maybe try hiring actual people. That place is disgusting.

Oh my gosh this is one of the cleanest and most organized Walmarts I've ever been in. Went in for a couple of things and came out with a cart full. Love it.
