We are grandparents of a disabled baby that is fed through a tube and can only have Enfamil gentleasr rtf due to WIC and her tolerance. She needs an oxygen tank with her wherever she goes and its easier if her grandfather and I to go fetch her formula for her. Only two places stock this type of formula.walmart and Target and there are 2 walmarts on Decorah and dubuque that is. C Losest to our home and only one Target in Dubuque. No matter which city we go to its is an hour drive to either place from. Our home. For the last few months we have gone to Target once a month and bought our limit of 27 bottles for the month with no issues. Well, THIS TIME we were slapped with a 4 bottle at a time limit on the purchase. Any idea what a major problem it is for us to travel to Target every 4 days from an hour away? I am pissed and the cashier treated us like we were scum! I am NOT PLEASED. We had to go to Walmart which only stocked 3 bottles. We both work full time and do not need this hassle.

Purchased 3 of the 12 cubby storage item online, assembly was easy, all pieces intact. Used all of them as an Entertainment Center, my 55” TV fit perfect in the Middle, love it, thank you

I feel like Target hires the right people for a retail business. The employees I've had contact with have been very courteous. I appreciate that they verify the code on my phone to make sure this is my order. Very nice, respectful young people.

target has scammed me, when you spend a certain amount of money there it says you get a free 5 dollar gift card to target and it won’t let you checkout unless you accept the gift card, later i tried to use the gift card at target and every time i tried to use it, it said there was no money put on the gift card, this happened to me a couple times and i want to be reimbursed for my troubles by being given a 10,000 dollar target gift card, or free target for life please and thank you

Employee assisted checkout was a bit mercurial, but the friendly and helpful staff made this immaculate store feel like home. I'll be sure to stop by often and get whatever I need.

I had a really bad experience today with the cash register named Dawn. She was giving me a really bad attitude. I put some stuff on the check out counter far from the previous customer and she yelled at me. She told me to take away stuff. After I checked out she turned around backwards and she said have a nice day while being turned back to me. I don’t recommend shopping at Target at this location just because Dawn is not polite and not a nice person!!!

I am super grateful that this Target location has HONEST working employees. I live in Chicago, Illinois and I accidentally left my wallet at a self checkout. Luckily a team member handed it to guest service & after finding out I had dropped it I was able to call the next day and they did have it. Awesome & honest people. Saved me the hassle of having to report everything back in my city! I appreciate it so much!!!!!

Since their remodel, parking for walk in customers has gotten from poor to a downright invitation to shop elsewhere. I understand the handicap stalls being located where it is most convenient for handicapped shoppers, although at any given time more than half are empty, but now they have nearly an entire row dedicated to ap shoppers who sit in their cars waiting for an employee to deliver it to them (again, better than half the stalls are empty). Meanwhile, those of us who elect to do our shopping in person are forced to walk farther and in already congested parking lot.....curious as to which customer base buys more or spends more money at the store?Also, watch the posted price vs the check out price- historically, Target has been very good about this, but they now seem to be following a recent trend where posted pricing and check out pricing are at best a crapshoot.Although I have always preferred Target to other national chains, their obvious disdain for walk in shoppers is sending me a message....and now I am sending them a message.

This is a very nice target location that has the departments and variety I would expect at a Target. There's a grocery area which is nice. From my grandkids, in particular, I like the Cat and Jack brand and this store had a great selection of clothes and shoes of the Cat and Jack brand.

I really appreciate the fact that there are people at the checkout registers! The people are friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of self checkout. I also appreciate the fact that employees wear masks and sanitize carts. The Good & Gather products I’ve tried were very good.

This Target is a typical ghetto Target box store. I've consistently had to deal with vagrants, panhandlers, and ruffians in the parking lot. It is in a convenient location on my way home from a second shift job. The employees are generally rude and unpleasant but in general not any worse than Wally World. Tonight was a different story. I went in to get some groceries and some cold medicine for an ear/sinus infection. I went to the same cashier I usually do. She is normally the only one working. I'd say she checks out my items 75% of the time. She scans all my items and the DayQuil last. She asks me for my ID. What? I'm a 43 year old with a full beard. I told her I left my ID out in the car across the parking lot. I almost always pay with my phone or watch. Another reason I like the Target here over Walmart. It has Apple Pay. I told her I was not feeling well and really didn't feel like walking to my car across the parking lot. Then I asked if she could scan a copy of my ID on my phone. She said no. At that point I glanced at the monitor and it said "scan ID or key in date of birth" , so I said "It says right there you can key in my date of birth" to which she replies "we can't do that with alcohol". Lady it's DayQuil. There is no alcohol in DayQuil. After that I just told them to go ahead and put the items back. Consumer beware of this store. Unfriendly and dimwitted.

The gal was already helping a customer & she greeted me with out skipping a beat with her current customer. She was quick, efficient & friendly. Wish I knew her name as I would tell the manager of her great customer service. Everything I got I could have order from amazon, next day delivery for same cost. Her type of customer service makes me come into the store & possibly purchase something else (I happened to on this trip & spent an additional $50).

I couldn't find a dice pack. Jorge helped me locate the spot on the shelf the item would be located. Seeing that it was out of stock, he got me the 2 packs from the back storage area in less than 2 minutes! Incredible! Michael was also great at checkout, sanitizing the key pad, being quick with the transaction, and just overall providing professional, friendly service! The manager-Lori always greets me too! Friendly staff, clean store, and great selection, it is always a great experience here!

Edit 4 years later: even after a remodel, stuff is still a complete wreck. I will say, there are a few employees that are amazing. But still doesn’t make up for the atrocious design and maintenance of stocked shelves.I FREAKING HATE THIS TARGET! I’ve lived in big cities with target super centers that are quadruple the size of this store and they all have shelves stocked full most of the time and organized, and with employees who are happy to work.I can’t find anything in this Dubuque target, everything is ALWAYS such a wreck. Employees are rude and cut you off when you’re walking around shopping. I choose Walmart over this Target all the time.It seriously doesn’t matter what time you shop this target, ITS A FREAKING WRECK.

Your got 20 open spots for pick up and staff is having customers pull up out front blocking the road to do pick up tvs and large items. Great management at this location, someone needs to step out the office and take a look around.

Clean, friendly, efficient, well-stocked, every aspect of this Target is excellent. They are working very hard to maintain their usual high standards of service while ALSO sanitizing the entire cart and checkout area after each customer. I was blown away by their dedication! Thanks.

Wow! The new bar for pick up has been raised! What an awesome experience! I tried this service because my daughter is ill and i didn't want to take her into the building. I only ordered 2 things through the app- which was very easy to navigate. How smooth this process was was more then i expected. On top of that, the young employee who brought my purchases out was courteous and very helpful. I will be using this service from target again over other stores because of how quick and stream line the whole process was. Target had set a new standard.

They don't put a lot of center isle stands to sell things and the isles are wide enough for 2 carts to pass each other. The products are nutritious, high end, and interesting. Stores are well lit, well designed, and the carts are smooth. I feel rich shopping here even if I'm not.

Many of my family members don't use electronics so they were unable to review your Black Friday sales, since you no longer provide them in the local paper.I really feel you purposefully chose to cut out a large customer demographic by switching to digital only :(So disappointed I. The extended weeks of Black Friday as well.

I like the selection for the most part and how nice the store is. I do wish that the stores offered more selection in the diaper/training pants section. Having smaller packages so that you can try things out first would be nice, over only offering the big boxes. I also like the savings options that target offers.

the whole thing was so disorganized, I was honestly shocked to see this from Target. I had my mom pick it up as I'm injured and had her listed as authorized to pick it up. I got both a text and email saying the order was ready for pick up, and even called to make sure it was okay to pick it up the following day. When she got there, the staff said they couldn't find my order in the system. After some time, they were able to locate the order but said it wasn't filled. Then they checked the inventory and said they weren't sure if they even had everything to fill my order. After 30 minutes they were finally able to locate all FOUR items it took to fill my order. Then they asked my mother how she was planning to pay for it even though I had already paid online, receipt and all. So then she had to wait even longer as they called the manager up to sort out the payment. In the end they gave me a measly $5 gift card for wasting our time. It was the complete opposite of what a pick up is for- it would have been faster to go in and pick them out ourselves. I will never use this system of ordering again and will make sure my friends & family know not to waste their time trying.

Some of your prices are quite high. $7 for body wash for example. Clothing is also rather expensive unless you shop the clearance rack. Need more wide width shoes. However, it's always well stocked, the people are always nice, and there's never a long line at checkout.

So I bought luggage online adult luggage and 3 days before my trip they send me freaking kids luggage, which isn't what I ordered. So I go to the store and try to find a quick solution because my trip is now 3 days away all they offered was a partial refund and while asking if they could maybe have another ordered and expedite it. She cut me off and gives me a partial refund!!!!!! Nothing including my shipping cost or taxes considering it

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! My checkout attendant Char went above and beyond her duties, and helped me use my circle app to save $5 AND get a $10 gift card because she knew some of my purchases qualified for it!!Thank you
