Update 1/16/23:I really wish they’d improve the consignment process… the wait times now are ridiculous at almost all hours (when they’re even accepting). Have a pile of stuff in my car taking up a bunch of trunk space because I haven’t been able to consign it. It’s hit or miss on whether you’ll find something worth purchasing, so it’s getting to the point where it feels like I’m wasting time/gas driving out there.Original review:I really enjoy taking my still-usable items here to find a new loving home while getting a bit of store credit towards finding new treasures for my own home. I stop by frequently to check out the inventory. The staff are friendly & the store is clean/ well organized.However, I only consign during off hours to avoid the potential ~hour long waits for the possibility of items being accepted.The last few times, I’ve started finding price tags with future dates that have yet to happen (which determine discounts). Along with that, I’ve personally felt some of the prices have been marked a little high (mainly items that have obvious wear/ damage) Prices are fair for the excellent condition itemsAll in all, a fun place to shop & a good business to check out before buying new.

Manager Amanda at the Dubuque store refused to sell a glass pan priced at $10.49, tore price sticker off and UPPED the price at the register, told me staff made a mistake priced it low, she took it out of my hands and changed the price saying that these are "very expensive". But it was already priced and on the shelf and I had it in my cart at the register! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, never seen store not honor the label they put on it! Amanda told me that when their staff under-prices an item, consignor loses $$ and it's "not fair" to consignor. What about fair to customer?? To decline sale at the register and change the price bc of staff mistake? Wasn't cheap to start with for used glass pan. Rude and greedy!

Great selection of women's clothes and shoes. Most named brand stuff priced under $20. Large selection of purses also. I got a $400 Michael Kors purse for $69! Pleasantly surprised for my first time there. Will def be back. They also had a big selection of books, household items, home decor pictures, furniture and even brand new mattresses. Something for everyone! My husband even checked out the electronics area and bought a Facebook portal brand new still sealed in the box for $40! A must stop of you're looking for a great priced on used name brand things!

Recently, I visited this store and I had a good time browsing. That day, I bought over a $100 worth of goods. Amongst those items, I purchased two cans of De-Icer and was happy for the price that it was. I didn't notice that one of the cans were damaged. It hadn't been 2 days since the purchase when I went back to get a refund.The cashier had to get direction from her manager to process the refund. Unbeknownst to me, She processed a partial refund AND she didn't tell me! When I looked at my credit card statement, I was livid!For this reason, I won't be going back there for anything! CHECK YOUR ITEMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE LEAVING THAT STORE!

I took a basket of miss me and silver jeans in. There were one or two other items like a Tshirt and sweatshirt. I waited an hour for them to look at them, which they accepted all of the items. At the the second check I was told only two pairs of the jeans were accepted and the rest were donated. I asked what proof there was that all of the jeans were donated. They couldn't answer that for me. I find it hard to believe that the items were donated as they were all in good condition and there was no reason they shouldn't have been accepted. I know I signed something agreeing with unacceptable items being donated but I did that thinking 90% of my items would be accepted because there was nothing wrong with them. Just really disappointed with their process and that there is no proof that my items were damaged as they said, and no proof they were donated elsewhere.

This store is overly priced and then they run some sort of sale if the date on the tag is this many months old you get it for this price or if it's this month then you get it for that Price! Omg ! Who wants to sit there and count back days and months .. on every tag Lol. and then when you take the time to do it you could never find anything on sale.

Tried to take a pair of 7 year old custom drapery side panels made of silk today. The gal said there is a kinds of "teathers" (not sure what Teathers are. but i think she felt they were snags, and they were not.) I said those a silk threads it is a characteristic of silk, then she said it had holes. What she pointed to was a slub, which is another characteristic of silk. I looked at it and said that is not a hole. She then proceeded to say, well they had outlasted the love, and would not take them. These were in perfect condition, not even faded. If you don't like them say so, don't give me lame excuses. You may not like them but someone else may. No wonder it is hard to find quality items in the store, they cannot recognize quality. Took them somewhere else and they happily took the drapes.All this after waiting an hour. What little money you make, it's not worth the frustration. .

In my opinion, this store over prices their items. I rarely find a good buy. I probably find one thing every 5 visits that I need and also think is a fare price.Usually the only reason it's a fare price is because it's been in the store for 2 months and is FINALLY marked down enough. High prices for being a used items store and definitely not my favorite place to shop. Updated to a one star review. I will no longer be supporting this place with my business by shopping or consignment. After driving over a half hour to consign I was met with locked doors at 5pm with nothing posted on the door and no change of hours on Google. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

Stood in line with 1 item for 10 minutes with a S L O W girl at the counter while the other girl that JUST rang someone else out, avoided eye contact and wandered off to "fluff" clothes around in a bin. Left without purchasing anything, and we won't be back

Stuff stores are all over now, and they tend to have pretty good items for sale. I like that they constantly move stuff in and out, plus they lower prices after a time as well. Which to me means... Deals! You will never have to worry that you just shopped there a week ago, because they definitely have new stuff in a week, so go again.

I dropped off a bag last Friday and at 6.32 pm Saturday night the emailed me saying bag was ready to pick back up. I forgot and didn't go until Thursday which is only 5 days longer and they got rid of my bag already. they were very verbal saying you only have 48 hours. well they can stuff it, I will give my stuff away for free from now on, I had big items to donate that day and that is why I didn't go earlier in the week because didn't want to make 2 trips since they dontvaccept donations on earlier in the week. They lost my business....goThursday

Awesome! We bought a complete bedroom bed set from Stuff! Mattresses are NEW, not used! Assembled by people from the US and every inch of the mattress fabricated with material from the USA! King Size bed complete with box springs 800 bucks and frame !! Love this place!

Come here all the time But bought shorts the other day and they mislabeled them a 36 instead of a 46 And I was essentially told "well too bad, you bought them, no returns"Like what a joke alls I wanted to do was swap it out for something else They still get the same amount of money in the end. I like that you don’t have to make an appointment to drop off your items , and the staff has always been friendly in my experience.I do however think it could be a lot more organized. For the last two weeks I’ve tried to stop and pick up my Consignor balance.The problem is…they make you stand in the same line as everyone dropping off items to consign , so I waited in line for one hour , to do a three minute exchange of showing the cashier my ID and getting my Consignor balance.As a customer this was extremely irritating , and when I asked if I could go to the other register with the cashier who had no one in line, she told me that I had to wait in the Consignor line.In my opinion this business should either look into making a separate line for customers that just want to stop and pick up their balance or have an option where the customer can set up a direct deposit to their checking account.Thank you for taking time to read this.

Pretty decent items there. It's a hit or miss for whatever you are looking for. But I got almost brand new throw pillows for 6.99 each and they were the perfect colors. I usually go twice a month for random decor.

I absolutely love this store. I go at least one a week and I love that every time I go I find something new. There is a very large variety of items there. This evening I had the wrist experience ever. The manager Mandy followed me around the store and a very disrespectful manner. I felt that she thought I was trying to shoplift so I went and put my purse away in the car and only brought in my money. I had many items to purchase this evening and Mandy stood at least 6 ft away from me the entire time watching me while making personal phone calls to her family members the entire time. I was trying to pick out items for my bathroom and every time I looked over she was staring at me so it made me uncomfortable and I didn't purchase any of the things I wanted. when she got paged to the front of the store she had other employees follow me around so closely it was embarrassing. I had a friend that was coming to meet me to shop and when he got there I went outside and ask them not to come in and told him I was leaving because I was embarrassed and I didn't want him to see her doing this to me. The store lost out on at least $200 worth of sales this evening.Many times I wanted to stop and ask her what her issue was or if there is anything I can help her with and I was afraid that she would abuse her store power and try to you get me kicked out. I felt harassed embarrassed and self conscious the entire time.I really regret not recording this on my cell phone. In the future I will never workshop there alone again because it made me very uncomfortable.I am very upset.

Love this store! Great selection of clothing, decor, furniture, antiques, toys, baby gear, household items, crafts, books, movies, and more. I almost always leave with something. I consign here as well and my items always sell well, so I get to use that money toward my purchases. That's always kind of nice surprise to get your items for "free" when you get to the checkout. They do a good job of getting your items on the floor quickly and notifying you that they're available as well. My only small complaint about this store is that they sell everything individually and often place the same items in different areas of the store. So if there's a pair of matching art pieces or vases or something like that, you likely won't know it unless you go through the whole store and happen to find the second one.

Just in over the weekend to donate items and was greeted with a very abrupt, gruff, rude staff member. There was no one else waiting to be served yet when I had to ask why certain items were not accepted she acted very inconvenienced. Apprehensively & cautiously, I asked about money I believed was in my account, she responded in a very argumentative, defensive tone. Certainly did not get the impression that customer service was of any importance as she received my donations in Customer Service. Unbelievable. As we left, my husband even commented, “ I guess there’s other options.“

Huge place. Very organized in almost all departments. Holiday stuff all over the store however. Some places the cart wouldn't fit. Friendly associates. Not too much in the furniture department and very crowded. Plenty of pictures. As I said Huge. Never got to every department and we were there over an hour. So much stuff. Prices fair. Special discount days. Discounts on merchandise in store after 30 and 60 and 90 days. Nice idea. Will go back.

Good selection and friendly staff but lots of the items are in rough shape and they want new prices for them. I found a pie dish and it actually had a mark on it saying retails for $30. Asking $25. Yall. The lid was cracked let's be reasonable $5 because it was cute and a Keebler dish.
