They have just about anything you need for whatever you pet you have. They carry quality products and have a pretty nice selection of several types of fish and other small pets. The prices are moderate to a little on the pricey side, but they are from my experience worth it.

The wait was worth it with the groomer - Jasper looks fantastic! Thank you for doing such a good job, especially with his ears, paws, and matted hair underneath. We do our best maintaining at home, but it helps so much to go to a professional groomer every once in a while 😊

The wait to get our fish friends was awful. But there was a new guy working, so kudos to him for getting the job done right! He had a great attitude, and even smiled at the people that were rude to him. And we got an amazing ship from an amazing store!

If I could give this a no star I would. Every time I go in there, there’s MULTIPLE dead fish in the tanks. Including beta and the other ones. And every time I bring my dog there to get her nails cut, I always have to wait up to 30 min. That’s when there’s no other dogs too! Like come on guys, be better.

A+ customer service from Allison! I went into the store slightly stressed over what type of fish, how many, what else do I need, etc…. She made it all so easy and fun! My son’s first aquarium is running smoothly and the fish all seem very happy. She helped us pick a few docile community fish, and a couple cute shrimp to add for algae control. She also helped me pick out the right water treatments for a successful start up. I don’t usually ask for help in Petsmart because I know what I’m looking for but going in with no idea for fish tank startup… Allison was more than friendly and patient with me and my 4yr old. Thank you so much again!!

I think they bristle at having more assistance in Groming. and more personal. This COVID 19 thing affected them. and they need to take work seriously again. We see many people who need the service. and have more daily appointments and hire people. they are getting worse every time. It is no longer what it was before, the service worsened

Great experience with shopping for additional fish for our tank. Sales clerk was friendly and helpful with getting additional staff to select the fish we wanted. The guarantee on the fish to live a period of time after purchase is generous too!

This is a well stocked, clean, conveniently located PetSmart location that also has a grooming section. There was no clutter in the aisles which was. Also, I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was.

I just adopted a dog and when you bring in your paperwork from your local animal shelter, they give you a coupon book with free food and great coupons. super friendly staff. highly recommend

I had Ashlyn H. give my 2 year old Great Pyrenees/Husky mix the Furminator Bath package and she was so nice with Casper. Highly recommend her! My dog came back cleaner than ever! My dog is a stray I adopted from the Dubuque Humane Society October 2020 and with that he is not fond of most grooming things since he never experienced it before. And she was so gentle and kind with him! Highly recommend Ashlyn H. Appointment was: 04/06/2021I have been taking my dog there for well over year now and the service is just wonderful! I have specifically had Ashlyn H. Every time and her care for my dog is wonderful. I can truly tell she cares. Every time I go in and then leave I have a great experience every time. It is always fun to see the dogs walking around and the variety of animals in the store. I know buying pets from a store is a controversial topic, but it's nice that petsmart has a variety to choose from in fish, birds, reptiles, and rodents like hamsters, guinea pigs, and mice. The store I frequent has cats you can adopt that are brought in from the local shelter.Being a large box store products are usually pretty expensive. I usually go for fish and reptile supplies like food (pellets, flakes, powders, feeder fish and crickets), lights, and sometimes live fish and decor.

Selection was ok but the staff struggled. Brought up a tag for an item and brought out the wrong one. Luckily I found it in the car and had to go back in. Prices were marked wrong on toys or charged then wrong at checkout.

The pet tag machine was really neat to watch as it lasted the name on one side and phone number on the other side and will be helpful if you're dog or cat get lost and someone will be able to contact you so your loved one is able to return home.

I have always sworn by this pet store but was really taken aback by the condition of their fish tanks when i went in to buy a bottom feeder and snail for my tank. Most tanks had so much algae in them you could barely see what was in the tank, not to mention all the dead fish floating in the corner of the tanks and dead snails laying around the bottom. Also, the staff member that helped me seemed to not know anything about the fish or snails and just kept trying to give me the most expensive ones she could find. Long time customer not happy at all by store conditions and lack of care and commitment to the pets in those tanks.****UPDATE....If I could give them no stars, I would. The one fish I bought from them had a disease which killed all the new baby fish I had, as well as all the adults!

Can't say enough good things about everyone who works there, everyone was so kind to me and my dogs. We were looking for some specific harnesses that were online and the manager herself took the time to find the harnesses as well as helping me find the right sizes for each dog. The people here are the sweetest and it was such a great experience!

Well, this is the only big chain pet store they have. There employees are never willing to help you, always talking to one another looking at you needing help, but never offering any. You have to find help, and when you do, they are unable to help because they don't know where certain things are in the store they work in. They do have Menards and Farm N Fleet here. Might get lucky there with some pet items.

The manager Regina has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She is incredibly disrespectful and became alarmingly escalated when I asked her what her name was so that I could let someone know about my experience with her. I will NEVER shop here again. I was there to adopt a cat and after speaking with Regina the excitement and joy that my family was feeling about our new fur baby was tainted to say the least. Truly shameful and I’d consider myself to be a pretty patient and understanding person as I work in mental health. Good luck if you decide to shop while she’s working. Glad to have a cute cuddly cat at home now, but good god at what cost… I will say the other employees were very kind and apologetic for Regina’s behavior so if you’re feeling lucky and need pet supplies, roll the dice and see if you make it out of the store feeling warm and fuzzy or cold and traumatized!
