I somehow dropped my motorcycle key at self checkout and couldn't find it anywhere!! I was in a super hurry and the nicest woman was working. She immediately started helping me and called 2 other employees (one I'm pretty sure was either GM or AGM) to come help. In no time they had the pop machines pulled out, bag rack taken apart and we found my key!! Reminded me for a second being back home in a town of 440 people where we just help each other out. This is the only place I'm shopping from now on! Thank you!!! ❤️

This is a typical Hy-Vee grocery store so they're is a nice selection and variety. One bonus is there is a Starbucks Coffee inside the store! I was mainly focused on looking for a certain hard cheese, and I felt that the gourmet selection of cheeses at this particular store was less than the other Hy-Vee grocery stores in Dubuque, but the store is very nice, clean, and well laid out. I look forward to shopping there in the future.

I love this store. Parking can be a little bad, but nothing compares to the prices at this store. Clean inside bathrooms are great clean also. This store has a restaurants, asian food and sushi bar. The staff and workers seem to like what they do and are will to help you when you need it. I recommend this place if your looking for great items, ok prices and a clean atmosphere HyVee is the spot.

Excellent store while laid out. Has a decent selection of international foods. really best customer service. I always get flowers from them because they do such a nice job.

I started coming here because the lady working the self-checkout at the Dodge St store would always harass me and get mad at me for putting my grocery bags in my cart. She even called security because I asked her to leave me alone. Anyways, I had a bit of anxiety when I first showed up to this location, but it turns out people here don't yell at you or harass you here. You are actually kind and helpful so thank you.

Waited 25~30 mins for food with only 3 other customers, and then ask for it to go and gave us no forks or anything and just threw it in the boxes. Ridiculous. I won't come bag to this one as long as she's working there. Facts.

Some of their prices are just ridiculous but their produce is fantastic and they have a really good selection in the meat department. The people doing the checkouts are always really pleasant to talk to.

The number one grocery store for me. I can find everything and almost anything that I need and then some I don't need but can't resist buying. The eatery here is very good with extra large portions and comparable to real restaurants.

Always good! Fresh fruits and vegetables. The only thing I couldn't get was vermicelli. They don't seem to stock it 😕.

Very disappointed in all hy-vee stores especially the produce. I'm not sure if dubuque is just use to getting horrible produce if they just don't any difference. Every thing is wsy over priced compared to living in the south. Most of the time the produce when I get it home and cut into it. It's a 50 50 that it's any good. It's very sad such a rip shopping there.

Had dinner in the cafe, great as always, bought some groceries and was disappointed they have given up on making peanut butter-chocolate chip cookies, at all stores. They were my favorite, out of all the cookies they make, Bring the cookies back, PLEASE!?!?

Just a suggestion, but if the hot food is going to sit out so long that it's discolored and soggy, maybe make some fresh food or discount it. I paid $8.99 for a meatloaf "meal" and all I could eat was the meatloaf (which was really good). The green beans and carrots were so water logged, overcooked, and soggy I couldn't eat them

Hyvee - Asbury catered our wedding reception. The catering staff did an excellent job setting up our appetizers, dinner, and dessert; the food was the proper temperature, on time, and serving went smoothly. Beth, the catering manager, is wonderful! She is incredibly organized and knowledgeable; she made the planning process stress free and easy. Our guests enjoyed our food and many were surprised it was from Hyvee. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend.

The deli counter is a no go. Lettus very wilted and almost brown. My pineapple ham was lacking flavor. Bread was so so. I asked for extra mayo and pnly got 2 very small packets of mayo. If you want a delicious sub go to the hyvee on Dodge.

It's super busy all the time but they have so much in the store. So much movement. Decent prices. It's probably the best store out of all of them in town. Parking sucks. Spaces all too vlose together then because it's busy you need to park in the back unless you got really lucky. A lot of checkers were there which was really nice to see.But the people. (Not workers). Man I'm not one to judge but some of those customers were really insanely rude AF. Do not walk near the front of the store where they are all in line unless you want to be yelled at. They treat you like you are cutting in front of them when all you want to do is walk past them.

Horrible pharmacy very rude people who work there. Took me almost 2 hours to pick up a prescription. I wrote a letter to the main office. Took over a week to hear back from someone. A guy from the store called me and he was not even the store director and he could have cared less. So switched to target cvs the best decision I even made.
