Automated system for drug orders is not accurate. I ordered a prescription on a Wednesday, the system said it would be ready by 3 that same day. Didn't hear anything I called Saturday when I needed to start taking the drug and they hadn't even started to fill it. Very frustrating!

In light of these other negative reviews, I have never had any problems at this or any location in town. I take my 3 year old up to the ice cream store and the people are very courteous and show great pride in their work. In the store I do a lot of shopping and have never had any problem with service or the products they sell. We should be happy to have a small town drug store committed to the community like Hartig has been for so many years. It is sad that all we see is the negative reviews, I wish more people with good experiences would take the time to say so.

I can say this will be the last time I support any of these businesses locations. I try to support local business any time I can. My last experience ended with me disrespected by the staff. Particularly with a certain individual with the photo department. Call in to speak to a manager just for that manager to condone that employees actions. Your businesses have gotten the last of my money. I’ll be going else where and taking anyone else I can with me. This establishment is a joke and certain staff are extremely unprofessional. If you need anything from a drug store, look elsewhere.

I really like the convenience of this store. It's never too packed, they have a great selection, and I just enjoy the atmosphere. The only thing I don't particularly care for is how some of the staff comment on or look through the things I'm buying. It goes without saying they have to scan the items and whatnot, but it feels a bit weird when they comment on a personal or health-related product or stop and read the cards I've picked out. Overall, I'd recommend shopping here.

I have been a loyal customer of hartigs for over 20 years in the last six months they went from best to the worst pharmacy. In the last six months every time they have not had enough pills to fill the order and they don't tell me they leave a note in the bag saying they will have the rest in the next day then I stop by to get them and they tell me they just ordered them and come back tomorrow, and I have gone home with a bag full of papers and no pills. There are closer pharmacys to my house but I always went to them, not anymore I shouldn't have to make three trips to get a full refill. I was ok the first couple times but every month is ridiculous and the new pharmacists they have are rude and sometimes just clueless compared to the the other pharmacists. I know stuff happens and u run out but don't tell me my order is ready when it really isn't, I would rather wait a extra couple days and get all my refills then have to make three trips every month, gas isn't free it's safe to say they lost my business.

DON'T USE THIS AS A POST OFFICE OPTION! Worst postal service ever, waited in line for 10 mins, just to have the woman say I needed o buy my own packing tape for my return package, once I did that, no one would scan my return so I could get a tracking number, so, hope it went out!

We visited Hartig Drug while passing through Dubuque on a family vacation. My son's ear drum had ruptured in the hotel the night before and the medicine the doctor prescribed needed to be refrigerated. The pharmacist set me up with a cooler so I could safely transport the antibiotic to our destination 3 hours away. It had been a long rough night and her helpfullness was truly appreciated.

Cory in the photo lab on University Ave is a real tool!He has no idea what customer service means.Cory is the rudest person I have ever met.People say go to a small business which I try to do. Do yourself a favor and don’t support Harris Drug Dubuque!

cant wait 2 change!! they mess up my script EVERY month!! Due to my insurance I'm locked in (mandatory program) I never leave reviews but I just don't want someone feeling the anxiety I did dealing with this. My DR calls monthly freaking out! I'm in process of being changed!

I went through the drive through today, and the pharmacist skipped me twice. I was waiting over 20 minutes, while she serviced the people in the drive through lane next to me. 9-7-16 at 530 pm. Ridiculous service.
