I couldn't have been happier with the decision to use a local vendor when coming to Dubuque for our annual event. In the past, we had always used one of our preferred vendors that is out of state and this year I decided to support local and switch to District 20. Best decision ever!Everything was seamless - from the starting point of getting quotes, to the order process, proofing process and the final product - it was all top notch. We had quite a complex order (5 different designs, each design on multiple garment types, screen print, embroidery, 200+ customizations... it was a LOT and the District 20 team didn't miss a beat. Have ordered through various stores over the last few years, including travel team orders that have been designed through District 20. From the design end, they have been able to do quick turnarounds and we have been happy with the designs presented, etc. I have found that they do not back their products if there are issues with sizing, quality, etc. We had an order this past summer where multiple tshirts had holes and the quality was poor. District 20 refused to replace these items and stated that they looked ripped, etc. We will not use them for a team store again as a result of this.

I've been hunting for a company to replace my annual provider for team store packages that our cross country program can use to get quality spirit wear apparel at affordable prices. My luck peaked this March when we were able to utilize the services of District 20 Supply. The level of customer service in the process of getting a different store of spirit wear for my elementary school staff has led me to believe that I am going to have a long, lasting, and great relationship with Michelle and the rest of the District 20 Supply crew. Customer service is the biggest hook for me. I feel valued, connected, and the number of items that were offered within the team store for the elementary order were of strong quality as that I had experienced in the past with other companies, yet at even better prices.
