Lost five stars for getting rid of firearms, An pretty much the entire hunting section. Quality of your canoes about $80 worth but you charge what 500. Baseball section mediocre gym section trash. Only good traits is your bicycle selection and shoes. Except for a wrestling shoes way overpriced.I give you zero stars but it won't let me post without giving you one star

My wife came in to find a bat for our son today. She was looking to locate two bats, a 29” and 30” each with 2 3/4” barrel so she could compare prices and find one that our son would like. She asked an associate for help finding those bats and the associate criticized her for not knowing which length she needed. When she asked another question, he stated he didn’t know because he was the footwear manager and didn’t work with the sprite equipment. As she was leaving the store (without a bat do to terrible service) she overheard the footwear manager talking to another associate criticizing her yet again for not knowing what length bat she needed. This seems ridiculous considering the footwear manager wouldn’t have been able to help her anyhow as he clearly stated to her that he worked in footwear. Not that your footwear manager will care, but I will be happy to spend the $300+ on a bat elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I have been here multiple times to buy shoes for kids and it is always a bad experience. It took us 10 minutes to find someone to help us find something to help with sizing. They just set it down and walked away. We ended up leaving and going to a different store because we did not want to get the wrong size.

Items are expensive and you can usually get better deals online. I would maybe recommend going there to try clothes then order online. BUT They have only ~4? changing rooms so if you go at any busy time get ready to wait. Since there are so few rooms people just leave there kids in the room while they shop so have fun sitting there for 20 minutes. I would really only go here if you need something NOW and can't wait the 2 days for Amazon

Pretty much the worst sporting goods store I've ever been in. Its Spring and their glove steamer doesn't work. They have one size of every shoe. Customer service reps walk around like zombies and have no skills. And they are extremely overpriced in all sections. Garbage. Do not reccomended and would give 0 stars if I could.

Looking at bicycles and we couldn't find anyone to help us. Finally found something on our own and brought it to the counter but only to find check out staff standing around talking. I had to get their attention so they would run us through the checkout. One did run the check out while other customers stood behind me waiting. Obviously there was no management in the store today.

Went in store about 10:45am. Store was not busy at all! About 4 or 5 employees were restocking and organizing the camping and Yeti cooler area. Since there was alot of disorganization to the area due to them stocking and organizing, I asked if they could help me locate a specific camp chair. I showed a screenshot of the chair that I wanted to the employee tasked to assist me and told him the computer said the chair was in stock at this store. He walked over to one area where two different style chairs were and since neither were what I was looking for, he said they were out. We parted ways but I didnt leave the store to continue to search for the chair. I was in one of the camping aisles looking when I overheard the employee acknolwedge discovering the chair I wanted. I walked over to the aisle they were in. I am sure they all were aware thst I was still in the store but none of them showed body language that indicated they were going to try to find me to let me know. I walked over to the aisle where they were and walked up behind the employee who had attempted to help me earlier, I grabbed a chair and told him that was the chair I was wanting. When I went up to the front to pay for it, there was no upc code on the chair so cashier asked one of them to get it for him. I told him I would get it because I know exactly where the chairs are. I went over, grabbed another chair and was back with it before the employee who was still looking. I left the store happy to get my chair but not pleased at all with the lack of customer service I received. My husbsnd and I have shopped this store many times and needed assistance finding an item and always have had employees make a bigger effort to search the store, check online and even check with a manager. Employees need some schooling in customer service! Thank you!

Went in wanting to buy a new driver, sales guy in the golf section was very rude when I was asking questions about fitting and trying out a driver. Didn’t purchase one because of this. Bad customer experience, won’t be back to buy anything golf.

Went in to ask some questions about outdoor items. The guy who helped me I think his tag said Tyler was one of the most helpful people I've dealt with before. He was very knowledgeable and seemed motivated to help me as much as he could.

Overpriced, sub-par customer service. Plus Dick's Sporting Goods does not support LGBT rights, as they have a low score on the Equality Index. Not going back in there ever again

Normally I kind of avoid Dick's Sporting Goods. However, the Dubuque Dick's Sporting Goods is a really nice and gracious store. The employees are super great and have been extremely helpful each time I go in. So much so, I become a Score Card member. All because of the Dubuque location.

Kinda lacking in inventory. Was going to buy a crossbow case, only had one left, and it was returned and put back out on shelf. Was rudely told that I couldn't get discount on an obviously used item. And they said it like I was stupid for asking. So I left without buying anything.

Had 4 workers within 10 feet of eachother and 1 register open. Not one said any words to me about being sorry for the wait or offered to help. It took me 10 minutes to buy batteries. Terrible service.

Online says they fill Co2 tanks for paintball... yet when we took our tanks in, the two young kids working said they do it but out of Co2. So I called in a few days later to ask when they would have more Co2 to fill my tanks and the kid who picked up the phone said they dont do it... but your website says you do?? So unprofessional... train all your employees correctly so they know what's going on!!

Went shopping for wrestling shoes. They had a some what of a selection but nothing was organized no prices on half of them shoes scattered around found a pair went to check out and apparently they weren't on sale but they where on a shelf that was on sale. I'll be shopping else where
