Thanks for mentioning the sale, really…Check out lady was super nice and friendly, but come on, they got them trained well. When I got home found this card in my mailbox. Guess were I won’t be finishing my Christmas shopping.Called the number, they had no Idea what I was talking about and said that it wasn’t over the amount needed. But once again, lack of communication.

Called to schedule an Oil change and Tire rotation and younger girl working the desk was super helpful and courteous and they actually got what I needed done quickly and price was very fair. All the staff had positive attitudes. I’m not sure what they are paying the folks but definitely a group to keep on your payroll.

Not impressed , never have anything in stock. Don’t do rain checks, website and flyers so they have a sale. Good luck with that. Hard to find staff anywhere to help or answer questions, not there fault just too much on there plate. Have never seen any type of management stepping in to help, to busy with paperwork or no where to be found.

It's a great store but at least some stuff is more expensive. The dog food I was looking for was $4 more here, along with the box of greenies I get was $4 more. Ended up not getting them.

I came from cedar rapids to pick up equipment that I purchased online. At the drive through the equipment didn't look quite right.And the two young men working were very helpful in getting me what I needed.

I'm coming to appreciate them more, and more. Their stock of tools is pretty extensive, and their pet supplies selection is also good. They seem to have a lot of inventory for small home appliances too, though that's nothing we shop regularly for. Their prices are also reasonable.

Went to private event night in Dubuque store. Only had a limited time to shop so asked about 4 people in store where things were since this is not my normal store. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The cashier & store load-up guys were also very friendly & helpful. I apologized for being there so late & everyone assured me it was fine. Left parking lot right at 9pm. What a wonderful experience to end my day! And many of the workers were young people. Thank you for being so courteous! You can be proud of your personnel.

Great store location. Very new and clean and modern. Lots of nice inventory to browse. I like the soft line selection. Cloths and jackets and that sort of stuff. They also have some good sales if you are inclined to keep up with the sale flyers.

Had a nail in a tire on a Sunday and Herb the supervisor took the time to fix it. Had been sent down the road for 30 miles trying to get a new tire put on and it wasn't till I got to Blain's that they were willing to do the work. Appreciated them fitting me into a busy schedule already.

They were sold out of the product that we went in for but it was not problem cause it wasn't something we absolutely needed anyway. We had our 6month old pitty with and he had a blast showing off and getting attention. We exchanged a pair of gloves for a bigger size and the customer service desk was very helpful and fast.

We were passing through on our way to Indiana and stopped here. The store was nice and they had a lot of variety. However, the cashier charges us for 3 pair of pants and not 2. There isn't a blain's anywhere near where we live so they have to opt to send us a paper check in the mail. Once we get it I will update my rating, but for now we are out $30+ for something we didn't buy.

Was looking for boys jeans. They had one rack of what looked like unisex kids jeans. Shoes and boots we wanted were not available in needed sizes. At 10:30 am floors and sinks in restroom were filthy. Floor looked like it was mopped with muddy water. Not a good experience this time. (Nov. 7)

I always forget about this place, likely due to its location tucked away on a far corner of town. I enjoy browsing, as they have a lot of unique items. I guess us city folk get easily intrigued looking at farm equipment and supplies. On last visit, I discovered a lot of items I either didn't know existed or that I didn't know they had. Will definitely return when I need that "special" tool or item.

I went in today to buy lawn patch. Most of the lawn products were already put away for the year. I asked Jennifer at customer service, she looked on inventory and found what I was looking for. She went back to the warehouse and found it and brought it out to me. I told her that is why I shop here, because of employees like her. The staff here is always ready to help you. Great job!
