I received a call around 5pm on a Sunday. I was asked MY name but the caller did not identify HERSELF and proceeded to ask me to verify my address!I asked who SHE was and she identified as Walgreens staff.I stated that I had no prescriptions pending and why was she calling me!She replied "I'll put that in your file" and hung up on me!WTH IS GOING ON?

Oz works in the pharmacy and needs serious training on how to treat customers today. If it wasn’t for the general manager, then I probably would not be a Walgreens customer anymore. Not letting a diabetic use the bathroom is unacceptable but once I talked with the GM I got to use it

My husband and I come in every single morning to buy cigarettes before the stores open. Today about 10 minutes ago an entitled cashier (claims to be the manager but quite frankly she lied because Scott is the General manager) was working and promptly threw a fit and argued with him how he couldn’t get cigarettes as he forgot is ID in the car. My husband had health problems and has purchased cigarettes off this women dozens of times as she has seen his ID countless times but instead of being accommodating this one time she pitches a fit and makes him in severe pain with his health problems walk back out to the car to get his ID and return. We literally come every single day multiple times a day. This is the first time he left his ID in the car. Congratulations you just lost your most common daily regulars we won’t be coming back if this awful lying woman is still working here

If you don't have self respect, definitely work here. Shift lead Jade A. and store manager Mr. Blab will love that about you and happily trample and abuse your work ethic. 43% of customers are there to shoplift. Just walk out, there's no security! Rated 1 star because ZERO isn't an option!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an online order to pick up and prescriptions and the lady in the pharmacy was so rude and seemed to have control issues! We waited behind a truck for 10 minutes then we get up to the window and ask her for our order and she rudely asked us if we clicked "were here" on the email, explained no email yet but we still needed a Covid test and asked her for one and she tried to say we had to come back because our online order wasn't ready, then I got the email it was ready and told the lady that I clicked "I'm here" which is what she said we needed to do to get the order, THEN she said it wasn't actually ready yet so we had to pull in a waiting spot and we waited for another 10 minutes and no one came out! I had to go inside and just talk out loud to anyone who would listen and said what was going on and a worker said"I brought your order back to the pharmacy awhile ago! That pharmacy person just did NOT want to help us and made it so no one else helped us either! Worst experience ever after being a loyal customer since 2012! Not the first time I've been treated poorly here but this one was inhuman the way that lady treated us!

Bad experience after bad experience after having to switch to this pharmacy because the CVS closed. Most recently I have been ATTEMPTING to fill a prescription for hydrocortisone 2.5% for a rash that my son (9mo) developed. He had an appointment on Monday at noon and the prescription was sent in as we left the office. I called that night and it (the automated phone system) said they had to order the cream and it would be ready for pick up tomorrow. So I call the next day at around 5, same response, I call Wednesday same thing so I wait on hold for close to 10 minutes and finally speak to a tech. I explain the situation and he puts me on hold. When he gets back on he tells me that they haven’t had the cream in stock for WEEKS. So instead of maybe sending a message, giving a call or contacting me in some way they just let it sit. Now, I know this is not an emergency, it’s not a medication that my son needs IMMEDIATELY but this is unfortunately not the first time this has happened. It has happened with my own medications, an antibiotic that my daughter needed for an ear infection, an antibiotic for my son for an ear infection and another for him a month ago for pink eye and in every situation it has been me getting in contact with them after 2-3 days of being told that my “prescription will be ready for pick up tomorrow”. And in every instance the techs/employees have been rude, unhelpful and uncaring. It makes me wonder what people are experiencing who are trying to fill prescriptions for medications that are necessary and that they are in immediate need of, are like. After this last time around I’ll be switching. I understand that meds and antibiotics are a hot commodity right now and that yes, we all have bad days and that can sometimes carry over into our work day but for this to be the experience everytime I have been there is a little unnecessary.*I am adding this later. I went to pick up the cream and waited in line for close to 15 minutes and while waiting listened to a pharmacy tech, the pharmacist on duty and the floor manager of the store argue with each other because the other two store employees were on break and the manager couldn’t help at the pharmacy. Yikes. It was a bit tense and after that the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were rude to the two customers ahead of me and myself.

I stopped there a few nights back to buy some tomato juice and other snacks. I had to use the bathroom they won’t let paying customers use the restroom the cashier with the sweet mullet said just a couple of bad apples ruined it for everybody. So Walgreens has no problem taking in thousands of dollars a day but because a couple of bad apples we can’t use the restroom?I will refrain from giving this place anymore business.

It took 6 hours to have one prescription filled from urgent care. ( script was sent at 10:00, wasn’t ready until 1645) I understand being busy, but I was told to come back three different times for when it would be “ready” and still was not ready. Not something you want to do while sick

I don't understand why certain pharmacy techs/pharmacists have to be rude to people trying to pick up their antidepressant prescriptions. Just called about a prescription I've been trying to get filled and my nurses said they spoke to the pharmacy about it, only to be hastily explained. When I tried to inquire further, the man told me he "just explained that to me" and just spoke faster. I understand there's a pharm tech shortage, but that doesn't mean to you have to be hasty and rude to customers. Usually haven't had an issue before with the attitude with anyone there, but this interaction has me in tears. Otherwise, I've been going to this pharmacy for a year and have always been met with great customer service from everyone else.I realized that the medication i called about was already filled and just buried in my pile of medications; something that happens when one of your chronic conditions causes brain fog. I really wish this would have been explained to me slower, because this is probably what the male agent was saying over the phone. Oops. Sorry sir. Your customer service skills still need some work, tho.

I had scheduled an appointment to get my flu shot here. It was the only Walgreens somewhat close that I could schedule one before Christmas. I drove 30 minutes there and waited in line (not a super long line but none of the pharmacist came to help anyone for a while so it took longer than it should have) for them to tell me they were out of flu shots. I feel like they either shouldn’t have let me schedule the appointment in the first place if they were running that low or they could have at least called me or emailed me ahead of time to tell me to save me time and gas. Very unprofessional.

Pharmacy neglected to put complete instructions on antibiotics. When I called to ask questions about missing information, the pharmacist was rude and full of attitude. When my husband picked up my antibiotics, the pharmacist tried to tell him I can't breastfeed on it, even though my midwife okayed it, and suggested that we need to switch to baby formula. Don't go here if you have pharmacy questions, unless you like attitude and misinformation.

Below average walgreens. The experience I had was with the pharmacy, I had to wait an hour past my scheduled vaccine time plus I arrived early as the walgreens webs site said to do. The pharmacy tech said it would be a few minutes, then a half hour later I asked and the pharmacist was rudly and said would be another 15 to 20 but ended up a 30 min longer. I would recommend finding another walgreens or pharmacy.

My family love Walgreens. It has everything and good prices. Well I wasn't greeted when I walked in everyone looked busy. Employees were uniformed so you can recognize them. I was there for 26 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. I went in for bodywash and found some good deals. The store was clean and organized. Before I could check out I ended up helping a customer looking for school supplies (my first time in the store). I tried but had to find one of the busy employees to help. Tracy is the reason I gave 4 stars. His service was excellent and he helped me out with my bags that was ripping. He also signed me up for the Rewards program. Good job #BUTTAFLIBEST1AWARD 🦋🏆

I'm sitting here watching the pharmacy staff exude an astonishing amount of patience in the face of a ridiculously rude customer who is in the process of raising her voice. She's telling the pharmacists she knows more about her medicine than they do.She's now blaming them for her cab fare. Now she has shouted, with no context, that she's "72 years old, doesn't do drugs, and her sister died."Boy, are these people professional.

Love the people that work in the pharmacy. I had an issue with my insurance and offered to call and figure it out so they could move on to the next person but the lady insisted on assisting to get it straightened out and called another person up to help the other customer in line. So rare to find people that actually care(or pretend well) and want to do their job completely. After helping the other customers the 2nd lady even occupied my 3yr old (getting antsy about how long it was taking) instead of chastising her for running around the area. Thanks!

Very slow pharmacy. You'd think that once you get a text saying your prescription is ready for pick up it would actually be ready. Also, just got a Walgreens gift card and went to use it but it wouldn't swipe. The cashier then tries to swipe it herself and after a few tries just gives it back to me. I was so embarrassed that I just quickly paid with my debit card and left. Can't they type the numbers in manually at the register? I checked the card balance and it still says there's $25.

Sometimes employees seemed to be putting forth an effort. After months of mis-management and confusion about a very important prescription for our son, we switched to another pharmacy. We haven't had a problem getting our prescription filled on time and accurately by the other pharmacy. The lines and wait time at this pharmacy were also bad.

They said my wife's prescription would be ready this morning.Upon arrival they told me I had to wait an hour to get the one prescriptions filled. This type of service is why I get all my prescriptions filled at Medicap on Easton. Great service, they deliver ( when they say they will ) and they treat you as a person.

This is my go to place for prescription medicine. The lady at the drive-thru window yesterday (10/07/21) around 4:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m. (ish) was so kind and patient with me. I had a question about deliveries for medication and she stopped what she was doing and made sure my question was answered. That's the type of service I like to see and she made me feel welcomed to your store.

The line was long as heck. I think the cashier was new or just slow. Anyhow, I have to start coming here early in the a.m hours so lines won't be a problem. I don't like lines in the store. Kind of annoying🤔

Although sometimes prices can be a bit high, I definitely value having a 24/7/365 open establishment where food, medicine, and other supplies can be obtained. Their pharmacy has good service and great staff but I think they are so busy most of the time just from the sheer amount of prescriptions they receive that wait times are often high.

My boyfriend and I were approached by this nasty managerial woman after we were done shopping and she somehow got it in her thick skull that we were thieving from her store and so she asked that we don't come back. We asked why and even showed her by emptying our belongings and pockets that we took nothing. She is the reason why that walgreens and others will lose more business than they can imagine. That's a promise.

I have had four different prescriptions filled by Walgreens in the past month and a half as I have had heart problems, and each of these prescriptions consisted of more than one medication. Of these four different prescriptions, never once was Walgreens able to fill all of the medications at once. Two times it took three visits. One of the times they filled a prescription with a prescription that they had already filled once, and was no longer a current medication. Even though this was their error, they were unwilling to do anything about it.

Every day or two I receive a text saying my prescription is not yet ready for pick-up. What does this mean? I am always told the next day and I still end up waiting. I like the employees, it's a shame they aren't trained to not look mentally challenged.

Walked in to pick up some pictures I ordered online, no one was at the counter so my BF walked to the back of the store and two larger men were standing around talking, completely oblivious to store and the customers in it. Pictures did however turn out great 👍
