I called ahead to make sure id be able to return a peice of make up that i bought/opened (manufacturing error and was compleatly dried out) same day and they said yes i got there the woman i talked to (mouthful of rotting teeth) on the phone confirmed i talked with her on the phone and proceeded to lie and claim she said we would have to speak with her manager. Gave the run around to only tell me we cant return this. Employees need to be trained mire thouroughly.

Service & pickup @ drive thru has been excellent. I always call ahead with request & check if processed before I pick up. Pharmacists & staff have been great help as of late & would highly recommend.

I have been using Walgreens since I was younger. I always used the Altoona one and never had a issue. Moved to the east side and so switched to this one and ever since has had nothing but problems. Anywhere from medications getting put back because didnt know it was ready to prescription being declined by my insurance multiple times because they keep putting the refill request in wrong. This latest issue is my last straw and have decided to switch to Hy-vee is that I have a medication I need to function daily (of course the one they keep messing up) and I called it in a week prior to make sure I didnt run out. They didnt have it so sent a partial over to another one and said it would be in the next day. Still no word, finally got told it would be in the next day a week later. When I stated my complaints to the person their response is if I am not happy I can go somewhere else.

Biggest joke of a pharmacy. They laugh at you when you are having Trouble with your insurance and ask you to leave when you are understandable upset. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. It’s almost criminal how they reacted and I’m so beyond disgusted with the employees at this pharmacy. Please do not waste your money or time with this pharmacy or chain. There are better options s out there folks!

Miss Sue made my day on Thanksgiving 2020. My kid got lice and everywhere was closed and she made me laugh and laugh that day as I checked out! I appreciate her more than u will ever know! Thanks Walgreens and she deserves a raise and a gold star she's always more than helpful and always a smile!You da bomb Miss Sue!

I made an appointment for my 99 year old mother to get a shingles shot here this morning. They had both my sister's and my phone and emails. When we arrived, they said their shingles vaccination serum had expired yesterday and they were waiting for new serum to come in. They could have called or emailed to cancel but made a 99 year old woman go out in the cold weather only to have to return home with out the vaccination.

I went to get a certain brand shampoo that was on sale and they were out of it. I find that a lot at Walgreens. They advertise something on sale but only have one or two on the shelf. And they don't put more out until the sal is over.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a walgreens. I have been sitting in the drive thru pharmacy for 10 min now and am still waiting. Pressed the damn call button 17 dang timea and get ignored just to have the guy help the ppl that just showed up inside instead of helping us still
