Had me sign my dog up for Vital Care Premier then told me I couldn’t use the benefits for the same day appointment because the sign up occurred 5min after the appt. That’s like telling someone at a dept store that they can’t use the store card they signed up for at the register that same day, which we all know doesn’t exist. Terrible Vetco customer service. I kindly asked a manager at Vetco who confirmed that they don’t allow same day sign up usage. Then why ask me to pay $200 for a service I can’t use today? Ridiculous. Love the grooming, unlikely to return to Vetco location

Wow! I am so impressed with the experiences we’ve had here! We came here when our dog had an acute ear infection and they were the only place available with a last minute Saturday appointment.Our dog had had a traumatic experience with out last vet, and they were so patient and kind helping him to get over that bad experience while also finding a way to help him get the care he needed.The staff (from the front desk to the vets and vet techs) were so helpful and careful. They never acted like our dog was bad, dangerous, or mean. They recognized that something had happened and came up with flexible plans to take care of him in a way that recognized his limitations.I could not speak more positively about our experience. I’m so glad they had that open appointment when we needed it and that we found them!

Was late for our appointment 6 minutes and they wanted me to reschedule since I didn’t call them and let them know I was running late. I confirmed the appointment 3 hours before. And there’s a new vet, needless to say I won’t be going back.

From the moment I arrived to my appointment there was no long, excruciating wait. We were led to our room rather expeditiously. Staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant, and made me feel comfortable with them caring for my family pet.

The staff was friendly and appointments were cheap, but was disappointed when the staff kept confusing our 2 cats who look nothing alike, couldn’t remember their names or who was who. They messed up my name and email, which shows they are not through. We came here to get our cats spayed, was quoted a little over $500 total for 2 cats, ended up paying for the spay the day before, after our cats were spayed they said it only cost $350 and that the $180 left over was now credit and couldn’t be refunded. Was also charged for 2 soft cones and only got 1. Overall a terrible experience, I can’t believe I was overcharged almost $200 that I can’t get back.

My dog has to get his nails cut at the vet they charged $40 to trim his nails when it's regular between $16-$20 . I asked why I was being charged so much more the lady said because they are trying to stop people from coming there just to get their dogs nails cut I was dumbfounded by this that's crazy my dog has to go their for his nails he can't go to a groomer I'm very disappointed we love petco vet but I can't afford $40 each time to get his nails cut I'm on disability I don't get alot of money from it I don't want to find my dog a different vet but I might have to

I cannot say enough great things about Thrive at Jordan Creek! My dog had an ear infection and my family vet was unable to get him in for over a week—and Thrive I was able to get him in same day. The staff was professional, fast, and knowledgeable! I so appreciate their time and love for my dog! Thank you so much!

Our 9 month old French bulldogs have had issues with giardia in the past and the vet’s office they typically visit happened to be closed during their most recent bout of gastro issues, so we decided to try this clinic instead as it is also much closer to home. I was so pleased with how courteous each member of the staff were and the level of care they expressed towards my animals was outstanding. I was very impressed with the veterinarian Dr. Sara Hamlett who showed great concern and patience regarding my animals which is absolutely paramount to me. This location was also particularly cost efficient and provided wonderful care for my animals in a timely manner! Both puppies were in and out within 40 min or less while at their previous clinic a 1 - 1 1/2 hour long wait just to get in the building wasn’t uncommon so this was such a relief to find! I will definitely be a repeat customer going forth! Thank you Thrive!

I scheduled an appointment online for the following day. The time was actually not available so they texted me to see if another time would work. They wanted to do later in the day but after advising them of the reason for my dog being seen, they agreed to sneak us in the morning the following day. The next morning I received a text with the appropriate paperwork to complete. It was at that time, I informed them that my vet was able to see my dog so I no longer needed the appointment They thanked me but the thanks should go to them for working with me during a difficult time. Great communication and understanding!

I absolutely love Sara and Patrick. They both take the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions and go above and beyond. I’ve taken my dogs to multiple vets since my spouse was in the military and we moved all over, I can hands down say this has repeatedly been the best experience I’ve ever had.

Thrive plus members for 14 months, no communication of any sort, puppies were brought into groomers and denied because their vaccinations were overdue. No reminders. No answers from the staff on site. But they drew money out every month. smh*edit: the customer service phone number they provide is just a voice recording telling you to email them. Very personable. The area manager then called today and not-so-subtly placed the blame on me for not contacting them earlier about not receiving notifications - a setting their staff set up originally when the membership was created. I never would have selected "no reminders", and can't imagine anyone would. I'm amazed how they'll claim to want to make things right - but not really. That's just a cliché statement they're throwing out there. Unimpressed.

This may be a very nice office with great staff but not being to communicate over phone directly with the office is a poor decision. When you call the “local” number, you actually get a call center in another country. I do not care for not being able to speak directly with my vet office. It’s fine for my dog who doesn’t need anything other than vaccines but it’s not fine for my dog who needs more specialized care.

The staff are amazing and very upfront costs; they refer specific tests way more conservatively than any other clinic I have ever visited. Though not an emergency clinic, they made time to see my pet during a busy day. You can genuinely tell they care about you and your beloved pet. Highly recommend!

I love the staff and set up of thrive. They are super affordable compared to most vets in the area. They are clean and professional. The staff is always on point with medications and diagnostics. I love this clinic and will always be happy to return with any of my animals.

I'm really unhappy with my experience here. I brought my cat in because she was having trouble walking. I suspected an ear issue. After they looked at her the Dr. called me and said she did have an ear infection but her bladder was enlarged and possibly obstructed and she advised me to take her to an ER for a catheter and further testing. I took her straight over there and was told her bladder was completely fine and they didn't know what Thrive was talking about. My cat does have an inner ear infection that the ER treated, but I'm upset with my experience at Thrive for several reasons. The main one being a diagnosis of an enlarged bladder that was obstructed when her bladder was totally normal. It just doesn't make sense. I feel like they either aren't equipped to deal with inner ear infections so they lied or it was close to their closing time and they just wanted to refer her out so they could go home on time. My trip to the ER for a visit and GP veterinarian could handle ended up costs over $500. That's not counting what Thrive charged me to lie to me about my cats condition. Because of the pandemic I wasn't able to go in with my cat, which I understand, but based on the wildly completely off diagnosis I wonder if my cat was even properly examined at all. In any case, I don't recommend this place if you care about your pet. Considering the fact that reading this review means you're doing your research, you obviously do and I suggest you keep looking for another place.

I have send request for the vet to approve my cat’s prescription here from 3 different places and they claim they never receive them or have already sent them. It is hard to get a hold of someone from the actual vet office because whenever you call, you get connected to a call center who cannot even pronounce the name of the city correctly! And they say they are sorry for the experience, yet it never changes. What kind of a vet office is this that you cannot even talk to someone and ask questions. I wanted a written prescription for a flea drop and it took then 3 days to get it to me. Only thing you can do is make appointments... that is it. They also push you to do testing for procedures you do not need. They told me to take my cat to the ER because she was about to die and turns out she just had an eye infection. Do yourself a favor and take your pets somewhere else.

I will never recommend this vet to anyone. They wouldn't give me a date or a cost for any of their services. I had to schedule a consultation. Come to find out, they couldn't get my dog in for a spay for over a month. I drove 30 miles to this appointment with my dog just to find out it would be so far out. They could have told me this over the phone. But they refused
