We had a antique bed frame that required a custom made mattress. They made us new slightly longer side rails and reset the pockets for the cast iron hardware used to connect the side rails to the head and foot boards outward. The bed now uses a standard full size mattress. The work was outstanding and it looks like it is still all original.

What a disorganized mess of a company to do business with. I had many items damaged from a moving company that didn't use moving blankets or take care of my things. I contacted them for an estimate of repairs to provide my lawyer. I had many many back and forth calls with the ladies in the office trying to arrange the estimate. I'm talking to one woman making progress one day and a few days later a new lady calls me and has no knowledge of what was discussed before. One of the first things they did was contact the moving company who damaged my furniture to tell them about the situation. I already tried to work with them and they proved imcompetent at following through with resolving the matter. Odd that I was not asked before they did this. Then they didn't realize that an at-home inspection would be needed considering the size and quantity of items. So after several weeks wasted of back and forth calls they finally put me in the schedule correctly to then wait another month for the scheduled estimate date. The estimate was completed. Then the office sent me a bill. I had not expected to be billed because they never communicated to me that there would be a charge. I understand they want to be billed for their time doing the estimate and that's fine. But they need to communicate things like this to their customers. I asked about this and there was no apology or acknowledgement that they screwed up. Their office staff is clearly incompetent and extremely difficult to work with at all stages of the process. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have used The Furniture Professionals several times over the years for refinishing, upholstery repair and replacing foam in upholstered furniture. I have been very happy with each experience. This time they replaced the cushions in some furniture we just purchased but was much too soft. They worked with us to get just the firmness we wanted and we love the result.

I had damage to a kitchen cabinet door from an appliance delivery. There was deep gash left that was over an inch long and a quarter inch at the widest part. Dayan came in made it disappear. He has in depth knowledge of stains and techniques and told me exactly how my cabinets were stained which led to a flawless repair. He kept checking his work from many angles and different lights to make sure the repair wasn't noticeable under any condition. I couldn't be happier with the results.

We had Lane bedroom furniture, almond-finish, that was badly scratched by professional movers. Mr. Mossberg came to our home yesterday, and matched the color fixing three pieces. He also repaired and fixed damage to a 1930 wooden rocking chair, a contemporary desk and a filing cabinet. The results are amazing, and the price was excellent value. We highly recommend him, and his company.

Looks like most of the reviews have been great but I've been trying to reach and make arrangements with them for two months now with no success. They gave me a quote after several emails back and forth and i responded back right away with nothing else in return... I'm just sorry they couldn't get my business. I won't be suggesting them to anyone either. 🤷‍♀️

I came here to get a 4th Generation Baby Rocker reupholstered and updated slightly. They did a tremendous job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is incredible. You can still tell it's the chair that has been passed down in my family, but now has a more durable and pleasing fabric and omitting the skirt makes the design of the chair look more modern. I couldn't be more thrilled with the transformation.

I had an antique executive desk refinished by the Furniture Professionals. They did an amazing job on it and it looks beautiful. They picked it up and delivered it for me which was great as the desk is huge and incredibly heavy. The price was less than I was expecting it to be. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend these guys to anyone!

They gave free advice and fixed our kitchen chairs on rollers that would have cost a lot of money to replace. Service was great and we saved a bunch of cash. They are not about a fancy store but deliver on knowing what they do.

We asked them to refinish our dining table and to repair and refinish a coffee table. After we got the tables back, we found they hadn’t repaired the coffee table and lost the hardware for the dining table. We called and they said they would locate the hardware and return it. Tomorrow will be a week since the returned the tables and still no hardware. Also, no resolution on why they didn’t repair the coffee table.

We took 2 dining room chairs in to be reglued - they had to replace a couple of the dowels, they matched perfectly! I was surprised on the quality of work and the prices were reasonable, we will make sure to go here again for furniture repairs.

Our recliner was stuck in the reclined position. The company we'd bought it from is no more (used to be at Merle Hay and Douglas where Chipotle et al. are now), and when , given what we read on the La-Z-Boy web site, we called a nearby store where La-Z-Boy is sold, rather than having people who could fix it in their establishment, we got pointed at places that in turn set up for local people to come fix the chair. One of them never got back to us, and another wouldn't tell us when we could get some help before we paid an initial charge--so we skipped them and went with Furniture Professionals.They have a minimum charge, but they were willing to make the appointment and be paid at the end of it. The fellow who came out arrived promptly, and he knows his stuff; he fixed the problem in short order. He gave us some advice, including a way to make sure my wife could fully recline without the chair falling back to the floor, and we paid the minimum (plus sales tax). If you have furniture issues, these are the people to go to.
