Not bad. Fairly clean and organized compared to some other stores I've seen. The Funko section was in a little bit of disarray compared to how I have seen it in the past, which was my main reason for stopping in.Also, the pet section/ supplies seem a little unorganized, however there was an employee working in the section trying to manage the situation.The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful as well which makes up for anything else.

Always friendly, courteous & knowledgeable employees. Check on men's bathroom more frequently for cleanliness & ensure flush toilet sensors are operable. Great Starbucks inside store, with excellent staff always! Thanks. Store is well stocked, organized & very clean always. Always enjoy shopping there, positive experience! Went in to buy a car seat mirror. The price was listed as 15.99. Got to the register and rang up as 35.99. The cashier refused to listen to us and said the price is what it is. Then as we explained what the price was listed at in the store shot back with a I don’t have to serve you. Well that’s fine we won’t come here anymore and we got pictures of everything and will be submitting a corporate complaint for both the false advertisement and the rude staff. Never coming here again. I could of accepted the price being off things happen but rude service not doing it.

Better then Walmart in every way. Just think about any Walmart experience that wasn't great then go to Target. Target has a warm welcoming environment and the employees seem generally happier across the board.The L Carts are solid Unlike Walmarts version with the slits going through so I don't have to worry about a TV tipping over.Target has a wider selection of items and employees actually respond to the call button at the Electronics desk.Target was a magical experience and I look forward to returning at some point.

Nice clean store. Sock game is on the level. I have always felt Target is a bit over priced however it has always been a pleasant shopping experience.

It says the store closes at 12am. I placed an order at 8pm. They said when I called I could pick up the order at 1030pm. I get there to pick it up and the store is closed and door says it closed at 10. Why was I told by customer service and online that it closes at midnight.

Kinda messy but reliable! Wish it had more of a selection like the bigger super targets. They often have severely expired products on their shelves when it comes to beauty products. Be mindful to check dates before purchasing from this location.

Store was a complete mess. Shoes and boxed all over the floors. Clothes and hangers strung out on the floor. I don't know how you expect anyone to find anything in a complete and total mess.

Not the greatest at answering the phone here, but customer service here is definitely A1 friendly and it's pretty organized here.

Most often ordering online and picking up in the store is very convenient and usually saves me time. Recently I have found that there is not always enough staff to make that happen. The employee who helped me was kind and quick to help me even though they were the only one working the customer service desk and they still had to run orders out to drive up customers. I do appreciate that. I just feel in a time when more people are ordering line to pick up or drive up there should be more employees on staff to make sure customers are actually saving time as they intended.

This target on this side of town is alright. They don't have liquor or any type of beer if you are into that. Every other target does. That's just for the drinkers. Just letting you know. Collectable and cards wise for the collectors if you like dbz your really not seeing none of that here and I'm a collector and i still check and the past year really nothing beside maybe a action figure here and there but card wise none don't waste your time. Other than that for basic house hold items. They are a bit over priced. But it is a business they have to make there money but if you getting to save and be a little cheaper on every day house items just go to Wal-Mart. It is way better don't waste extra money you don't need to. And also....ok clothing items wow..seem a pack of just 3 pairs of boxer briefs for over 20 bucks!!!! Come on now target you need to do better

Went to buy vinyl gloves and Tums. Picked up a couple of other items while I was shopping. I try to give Target my household item business to support brick and motor stores in these times of on line shopping. Went to self check out it would not let me purchase items. The clerk at first said it was the gloves, some sort of recall. Then looked farther said it was the Tums. Could not purchase. Came home found on internet a recall for Tums peppermint 3 roll pack in Canada. Not what I was purchasing in Iowa. Had no problem buying them from Amazon.

Women’s bathrooms is disgusting, and to no surprise, there is no toilet paper. There is a roll of store bought toilet paper on the roll holder that someone must have bought. But personally I wouldn’t use a roll of toilet paper just sitting out. The chart says it was checked for 4/7 but that’s complete lies lmao

Extremely well organized and clean. The staff is always friendly and treats everyone with value as if they are a close friend. They will drop everything to help you find a product or give you their opinion on an item. Best Target in Iowa!

Honestly one of the cleanest and most well stocked Target I’ve been to in a long time. Staff was exceptional. Worth the drive from Urbandale for sure to get the specific item I needed.

This store does not care about disabled people. I was stopped and reprimanded by a store employee for taking a riding cart outside so my wife could come in the store. Even the floor manager would not let me use the cart so a handicapped person could come in and shop like a non-handicapped person. So sad especially at Christmas time.

We have shopped at several Target stores in the past few years. Never have we seen a store so well organized: all items on the shelves neatly displayed in perfect rows, the shelves and floor spotless, no clutter ANYWHERE! Whoever the Manager is deserves 5 stars! All the employees were very courteous. Wish we lived a little closer. From Perry, Iowa.

In today's events there was a Tornado that touched down close by, my family and I parked in the Target parking lot and approached the store for shelter. (Plus we had some items to purchase) A extremely rude employee greeted us at the door and said outsiders were not welcome inside when the warning sirens were in effect. So...thank you target for not letting us come Inside to stay safe. You really care about your shoppers don't you?

Drive up orders at this location has been a pain recently. We have had two orders recently where we were missing items. The instructions ask you to keep your windows up and the employee will put them in your trunk which is what we did. Didn’t notice we were missing items until we got home. It’s a pain because the missing things ended up being small items that don’t cost much so it’s not worth to drive back to target...So don’t be a dummy like me and trust that all your items will be there. Change your expectations and always check.

I got the price wrong on something. just by 5$ and because it was in the wrong spot they let me get it for 5 $ less. I really enjoyed the good staff! Idk why when ppl have 1 bad experience, a fluke and they give a 1 star? After years of good experiences and 1 time they mess up its the end of the world? Be reasonable! Lol customer service is a hard job b happy with good staff!

I don't shop @ Target like that but I went there yesterday with my kids. I found everything I was looking for they had toys my kids like. The staff were very nice to me & my kids. Got complimented on my hair🤗 I will definitely come back to this location again.

A clean store with good quality items. I feel like some stuff is a tad bit marked up in comparison to other retail stores. Also the men's clothing section feels a bit lacking in variety. But overall a pretty enjoyable place to shop.
