Amazing work and amazing explanation on everything going on with my units. Extremely thorough and detailed orientated made sure the service was top shelf and don’t know anyone that could beat him at his job!Just had my Ducts cleaned/UV light installed - The night and day difference in quality of air in my house is already amazing. They were thorough and showed me before and after pictures of everything and explained everything in detail so I could understand. Once again amazing job thanks Tyler!Nick and Preston are by far 2 of the best techs I’ve ever had come to my house, thorough with everything they do and take time to explain and show me how it works. I could not of picked a better company to partner with to get my home into the best shape possible. With 1 project left to do for now, I know Preston will be and do his amazing work again! Ty!

Nick, from Service Legends, went far beyond the scope of his job to help my family detect the air conditioning issue we were experiencing.Professional from the moment he stepped into my home, he covered his feet to avoid tracking dirt, and inspected every area of our house to determine what would best suit our needs.This is not the first time Service Legends gave us spectacular service either! Stacci was thorough and so pleasant! He explained the issues by walking me through everything. So impressed! We will need a new furnace before winter, or we could have fixed a few things. But in the long run it will be more cost effective to just replace. I look forward to working with him again soon.

Service legends have been great we purchased new furnace and AC from them which was a great experience and pleased with the service and heating and cooling system we purchased. Mike came out and looked at our plumbing and gave us his recommendations for a problem free future with our plumbing.

Eric H. came out today to do a furnace maintenance service call and did an excellent job. He was right on time so I didn't have to wait, went right to work after putting on shoe covers, and performed some needed maintenance on the furnace. After he was done with that I asked if he could check out the A/C unit since he was here and he politely agreed to do that and found a capacitor that needed replacing and got that replaced as well. So was very happy with the service and friendliness that was given on this maintenance call and very happy with the price as well! Kudos to Eric H. for a job well done!

My experience today with Nick was above 10 stars. He was extremely personable and professional. Nick answered all of my questions and showed me the various parts of the problem, so that I knew exactly what was going on and exactly what the issue was.He was very patient and extremely kind. Would highly recommend. And not that I’m hoping for any future problems, but if there are any, I would hope that he would be the Service Person sent to my home.

Danny did a great job of explaining all the bells and whistles on the new HVAC system without being high pressure at all. And an incredibly respectful of the property AND property owners! Highly recommend Service Legends! They are always professional and respectful and even better they back their product to a higher degree than most companies these days. It’s a breath of fresh air (pun intended 😆)

Nick from Service Legends came out to perform our annual furnace maintenance in addition to checking a leak in our humidifier. He checked everything thoroughly and explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the service he provided in making sure our equipment was working properly. We would highly recommend Nick and Service Legends to anyone needing the services they offer.

They were good at what they did. Was able to diagnose our broken water meter. Even tho the main guy just sat there and "managed" the other guy they had good humor and aren't out to lie to you to get extra money.only down side is that they cracked a piece of my siding upon accessing the underbelly of the trailer. Overall I would recommend. Also for advice I would become a member because every 99$ service fee will then go in credit to the work that needs to be done.

Confused by the service I just received from this company. They gave me the quote yesterday and I was happy to move forward with install the next day. They arrived on time for install and got to work quickly. When they finished, they never told me the job was complete and I am unsure if it is or not. Never gave me a walk through on anything. Just left, leaving the door unlocked, turned off a light switch that was taped off that lead to my salt water fish tank. Called customer service, no answer. Left a voicemail to the salesman, no response. Just spent $7500.00 and not feeling confident about it what so ever. I went with them for a deal, wish I would have just used Schaal like the last house I had to do this deal with. Service Legends doesn’t seem to have the communication skills to lead families with large asset purchases. I do not recommend.

Nick was great. He solved the problem which was a bit of a challenge. I was happy to see him because he had been to my home before to install a tankless water heater.He explains everything in detail and pricing is upfront. I am very pleased with his work which included discharge from house to septic tank

Our Service Person, Nick was top- notch! He remembered being at our home in the past & was friendly & yet very professional. He did his work quietly & when he finished, explained to us ( in terms we could understand ) what he had done, any issues he encountered & what suggestions he had for us. Preston impressed me with his knowledge of water softeners and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then helped me find a solution that was to my advantage.Preston worked most of the day to install the filter system for my home. We were so pleased with the service Axel provided during the install of our new HVAC system. Him and his partner worked quickly and were done with the complete install in less than 6 hours. He also took the time to walk through everything they were going to do before starting the job and made sure to answer any questions I had. After completing everything he walked me through everything I needed to know about the install. We really appreciated the professionalism that he showed.

We had a leak coming through the ceiling in our basement. Jason came in and within 15 minutes was able to pinpoint and solve the problem, which was our shower head. He was kind, professional, and oh so patient with my 5 year old who runs the house. Being a house run by women, we were most concerned about being taken advantage of financially, and I am so happy to report that was not the case. Thank you for your work, Jason! We appreciate you!
