Their rewards program is a joke, I would have like 100 bucks on your rewards program. Their lack of professionalism and customer service has me coming back and crawling on my hands and knees for ever thinking of leaving this store.----------------UPDATE---------------I went in because I couldn't get my atomizer to work and to get a replacement coil. Two gentlemen took the time to take apart my vape and interchange parts to figure out the problem. After checking the entire thing over, it actually was that I had a defective coil Before they tried the coil the one gentleman offered to buy the coil they were using to test if it didn't work. Great customer service! Thank you so much! Your service is worth my drive!

The staff is great and always friendly. I had bought a new mod and tank the other day and they are great! I felt like i received a great deal and am happy with it but after doing research online for my products I became disheartened, I had noticed the huge price difference so i looked at more buying options to confirm that they have both been DOUBLED in price compared to other popular options online that would be shipped to me free. Surely enough all sales are final :( I am happy with what i have but cant help but feel i got ripped off in a sense. I don't mind paying a little more to support local shops but I am not cool paying 2 times the listing price. Again staff is great and juice selection top notch.

The Staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. You can just hang out with no pressure to buy anything if you want. When I do need to buy something or am looking for a new juice I have always been given great service and suggestions. They also have helped me with my builds when I've had problems. Great Shop

After shopping all day yesterday for my daughter's camp outing with her girl scout troop I stopped in here about ten minutes before they closed not only was it the best service I had all day but there was also a man in there who was in a pinch trying to make it to a concert and the guys in there helped him out even though they didn't have to. Great service great discounts haven't gone anywhere else the last two years because this place has earned my business!

They Don't stand behind their warranty. Bought 1st device and it worked 3 weeks. Guy says warranty is 14 days so I buy another, it worked for about a week. I take it back with receipt and they say it's not working because I dropped it. I know I didn't drop it and there was not a single mark on it, it looked absolutely brand new. Rather than argue with someone I will find another place to do business.

So the employees are cool and selection of vapes...but the management and return policy are bogus. Won't be spending my dollars there anymore. Tried to exchange a defective vape (two in a row -different flavors same brand ELFBAR) and the manager wouldn't exchange it. Says I had 24 hrs to exchange a defective vape. Well...it wouldn't charge and leaked and I didn't know it didn't charge till I went to charge it 3 days later. Smh. Central Vapors y'all! Do it. The staff and return policies is all around ballin!

Amazing friendly owners and employees! prices are very fair compaired to other local business. I've never got a knock off from here. They never have pushed a up-sale that I have seen or experienced. The guys and gals will help and explain in a plain English to the first time vaper and know there stuff to help the enthusiasts. This places return policy is bogus. Bought a Hyde vaporizer over the weekend, used it for 1 day and it stopped working. Wouldn't work at all, and it was really hard to pull off of all of a sudden. Took it in on Tuesday and they told me they would only accepts returns on the day of purchase. So they only accept a defective product on the day of purchase. Stupid. Don't buy from this place. They give no effs about their customers

I love the options here! I live an hour away and I still drive all the way here because no where I've been has the choices orvthe prices that this place does! The employees are amazingly friendly and have good memories! I mix my own juice out of a couple of the choices they have here and I love that they have bottles that I can purchase for that reason! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is very laid back, and the prices and choices are amazing! I highly recommend this vape store!

Never been to a better shop. They helped me get started months ago and continue to be very kind. While other shops either try to push products on you or scoff when you're new and ask for help, these fine people are always friendly and do there best to help you in any way possible.

Great staff walked me through the very new world off vapes and custom selected flavors my wife and I like, plus the new HYDE line is AWESOME. Nicotine with amazing fruit flavors? Yes please!!! Employees at Route 69 are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The store has a laid back atmosphere that makes it easy to ask questions to learn about new products. The prices are reasonable too.
