This has been one of the best plant nurseries I have ever been to. My partner and I live about an hour away and made the trip yesterday and we were both so impressed. There was a wide variety of plants and they were all in such good condition! The woman who was working was also very nice and helpful. Will be shopping here many times in the future, worth the trip!

This is one of the best plant shops I've been to. Their display is unique and works well to see all they have to offer. The staff were very knowledgeable about plants and helped to direct me towards what I was looking for. I drove 2 hours round trip to get there and it was worth it!

I finally went and checked out this store, I love tropical plants like alocasia, philodendrons, monsteras etc, and in Iowa there’s so few places to get anything along those lines, I was so blown away at how many healthy rare and jungle type plants she has! I got a regal shield alocasia cheaper than I could have online! This place gives better prices than Home Depot or the connoyer! It is thriving and beautiful I highly recommend all you exotic plant lovers to visit. So much to see!

They bring so much joy to our household and they allow me to indulge my passion and love for science. But I don't let just anyone touch my plants. Heck, my wife doesn't even mess with them. But as we approached the birth of our child, I realized my plants would need some upkeep, rearranging, and and the design experience of an expert that exceeding anything I bring to the table.So, I emailed Allie. And she delivered.Allie, her husband, and her team at Renovation Jungle spent the last few months coming to our home during the day and taking my rag tag group of plants and designing spaces with intentionality. Literally the best plant shop ever. Prices are reasonable. The staff help pot deep plant for us and was so kind. Lots of options for inside house plants. They had a lot of plants that are pet friendly and pet safe. I would definitely recommend going here and buying a ton of plants

This was my first visit to Renovation Jungle after hearing awesome recommendations.I am new in my indoor plant journey and was so impressed with the selection, display and prices.Erica and I spent quite a bit of time together discussing plants that would work in my north facing windows. Nice selection of healthy, beautiful plants. Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for something that would do well in a specific spot in my home, and she helped me pick the perfect plant and gave me some care tips.Nice ceramic planters for sale as well - she said they will drill holes in the bottom if you like. Great shop! I'll definitely be back!

Stopped in on my way to Bartender’s Handshake. The aesthetic is beautiful. I was warmly greeted and offered enthusiastic help when needed. There are lots of unique plants and I really appreciate the description & care instructions on the side of the plants. There is also a wide variety from a cost perspective. Definitely something for all the plant lovers out there.

After dusk this space just calls you from the street with a warm light and beautiful green plants. It has such nice lighting on the exterior and interior of the space! I went in on a whim and ended up getting some incredible advice and buying a beautiful pothos hanging plant. The staff is super knowledgable and friendly. This is definitely my favorite plant shop in Des Moines.

Came here after a neighbor recommended the spot. Super cool store and lots of options with incredible foliage. Several plants I haven't seen before and appreciated the detailed stickers explaining the plants' sunlight, water, and fertilizer needs.Also appreciated the ones marked as good for beginners haha!

Renovation Jungle is a stunning plant shop. I especially appreciate the pet safe section. Another helpful detail is that each plant has a sticker on it’s pot stating the light and water requirements.

Amazing plant shop! The best I've been to in the area. Literally feels like a jungle when you walk in. Beautiful, high quality plants at a reasonable price. Plus plenty of soil, planters and pest treatment products for sale, too. The helpful, friendly service made the experience even better. :) Will definitely be back!

Renovation Jungle is the best place in Des a Moines for house plants hands down. They have plants of all sizes and the largest hanging plants at the best quality. The owner definately knows what she is doing here. Her plants are healthy she orders only the best and they are reasonable in price. The staff is more than helpful and very informative. I’m always buying plants here and it’s always my first stop I own 57 of her plants and everyone of them look better than the day I purchased because she sells plants of only the best quality. I highly recommend this store if you are searching for any house plant. If she does not have it she will find it. There terrariums are one of a kind. Shop here next time you wish to purchase a plant. You will not be disappointed.

This place is fantastic! Excellent variety of plants, all very healthy. The customer service is great too, they’re very knowledgeable & happy to help you. They have some pre-made potted arrangements or they can do custom ones for you. I love the selection of little pots as well!

I have been here on multiple occasions. The owner helped me find a cure for a sick plant and find different plants that can be planted together in a single pot. Everyone is knowledgeable and happy to help. My favorite plant shop in the metro. I always walk out with a plant.

Allie and Whitney are practically family to me now that Ive started my plant binge! They are the most kind, knowledgeable and caring people. They’re so generous with the knowledge that they have and truly just want to share in the joy of plants with others. I’ve found RJ’s prices to be very competitive and the atmosphere pleasant. I highly recommend this shop!

Better than almost any other indoor plant shop Ive ever been in across the US. Super helpful staff passionate about indoor tropical plants and as knowledgeable as any expert. Nice array of small contemporary indoor pots. Could use a few more larger sized plants and pots but the shop isn’t huge so not a ton of space for bigger specimens. Still, the variety of plants is impressive.

You walk in and your jaw just automatically drops there are so many beautiful plants it's almost overwhelming! The quality of the plants are top-notch and you can tell they are well-loved and well taken care of! The owner/staff are kind, knowledgeable and friendly! The prices are extremely reasonable especially for the size and quality of plants. The pictures are gorgeous but it's even prettier in person. This is every plant lovers happy place! I can't wait to go back!

I visited here today and all of the plants are so pretty and well taken care of. The worker, Finn, helped me repot my plant and told me how to take care of it. The shop is so cute and peaceful.

Purchased some plants, didn’t look hard enough until I got home. Lots of signs of spider mites yikes. Edit: as you can see on my account, I leave plenty of good reviews to those that I feel fit. Your attitude is quite repulsive, and I will absolutely never be back, and never recommend this place to anyone. Clearly other customers are having issues, but I am the one that leaves only negative reviews at places? I left 3 stars that seems pretty in between to me..Edit it was a 3, until the owner decided to question my integrity and honesty instead of offering a solution like she did to my partners review. 3 was being fair

This place is amazing! It is a must for people who love plants! My brain literally exploded when I visited the place. I could have bought so many plants but knew I better pace myself. Picked up a beautiful String of Pearls and Swiss Cheese plant. I will definitely be back!
