Our new shower is beautiful! Everyone I worked with at your company was very friendly, kind, and professional. I can’t say enough about Wayne and Lazarus. I live in an older home which I know presented some difficulties, but they remained upbeat and positive throughout the job. We enjoyed visiting with them, comparing dog and children stories, all while they continued their many trips up and down my stairs. And the finished product is beautiful! They thoroughly explained the warrantee as well as the care and upkeep of the shower. Thank you!!

We both love our new walk in shower ! It makes a small bathroom seem much bigger. Lazarus did an excellent job converting it to a walk-in shower along with a new vanity, sink and wall cabinet. We had a wonderful experience with Re-Bath! We had used them to update our basement bathroom, so when it was time to replace our upstairs tub we didn't hesitate to call them again. This was a stressful remodel because of the age of our house/plumbing and the size/shape of our bathroom. Jeff came and talked us through every part and was available for all future questions. On the days of demolition and rebuild, everyone was so thorough and kind and helpful, explaining what they were doing and respecting our house and living space - the rebuild is absolutely beautiful, and the workmanship is top notch. The electrician accommodated our schedule change and did an excellent job with the challenges of our house design. All along the way, Steve contacted us right away when we had questions or issues.

Warranty is wonderful. Installers were fantastic. Correspondence between quote and install for installers was vague and I needed to ensure work was fulfilled accurately. Salesman's sense of humor was a bit too much and he did not allow us to select all options, he seemed to want to use his experience and prepopulate selection then inform what was best. Appreciated ability to work w NFC financing, and all renovation accomplished by ReBath/Thrasher company. We had two bathroom tub/shower/walls remodeled in 2013. They have stood the test of time in beauty, care and functionality. We have had minor issues a couple of times that are promptly addressed. We have always received quick, friendly service - from the manager, office staff to the service technician. We are very satisfied customers!

Re-Bath did a great job on our bathrooms. The staff was knowledgeable and polite and helped us through the sale to the installation. I called another company before calling Re-Bath and that company did not call back to make an appointment to send out a sales person, but Re-Bath called us back within a half hour of our call on a Saturday. Ultimatly, the decision to go with Re-Bath was easy as with that type of service before the sale indicated to us service would be easily obtainable after the sale.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled. We got 3 estimates and Rebath was the lowest. I was happy with the service. Mike worked with us on our custom shower to get what we wanted. The workers were there all day/ every day to make sure things were getting done on time. Not like what I have heard with other companies only working a few hours, not knowing if they would show up. We had a mistake on receiving a wrong counter top and a issue with a shower door. They took care of it and we love our new bathrooms. They also noticed a gas leak/ smell around our stove and took care of that for a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Converted a tub to a shower. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Took a day and a half. If you are looking for something cheap, this isn't it; if you're looking for a nice upgrade that won't completely break the bank, this is an excellent option. The job went smoothly with no issues, even the demo of the cast iron tub. Very happy with the results!

They checked out my parents’ bathroom for an update. My parents are over 60 and an at-risk group when it comes to COVID-19. The person Re-Bath sent wore only a face shield (which is not effective, and he should have been wearing a mask) and then took that shield off at one point because the shield was fogging up. Completely disrespectful of keeping potential customers safe. This is unacceptable, and I would expect a company to ask a customer’s preference for COVID-19 safety measures before sending a representative to their home.

This is supposed to be a money saver... shocker! It's not...Called re-bath to have my tile shower put over with their product because of leaks. I figured why not? It would solve a problem and give me my shower back.My estimate for the work WAS SEVEN GRAND! I balked at that. I could re-do BOTH my bathrooms for that.Avoid these people if you want to save money.

We are looking to get our bathroom remodeled at some point. Rebath was one of the first places we went to. I explained too them I wanted to redo the walls around the shower because I was concerned there may be mold behind them.Long story short, they wanted to charge us 14 grand to just apply some fake walls that just covers up the pre-existing walls completely ignoring my mold concern. Needless to say I didn't choose to go through them.
