Mr Bean and I enjoy our trips to Pet Supplies Plus. We search every isle (and is he's lucky we skip the self wash🛁🐾 ) and find healthy new treats to try.Then we check on the guinea pigs and ferrets. He is always greeted by everyone in the store and enjoys all the compliments, pets, and TREATS! He has to sniff all the bottom rows. I think they do it on purpose 😉👍🏻🐿️

I love going to this store. They are really nice to my pit bull's they have specialized treats for my babies. They also have a wide variety of toys to chew on.

New employee did not want to do "customer service", and I used to think that this place was super friendly and helpful.....what happened here?? Not even the manager was friendly, nor did she stop some other customer from getting in my face about something that was none of his business, and that same person continually berated me on his way out, and even had the complete audacity to have his window down to continue with his mental beatdown. As someone who has worked many many yesrs in customer service, you just proved just how bad it can get since I've never seen such a horror show. Taking my business somewhere else due to this. I paid your store and could have gone elsewhere, so maybe that's what should be done since your employees don't deserve decent customers since I had given you tons of business from my cat, and I helped you get a paycheck. Food for thought!!

Ive been a loyal customer for almost 4 years. $14 self service dog wash is not cheap. So dont make the store look cheap like this apron. These aprons are like this for months. Been shopping here for years, always a sale going on and the prices are great.However, the past 6 months the stock of items have been slipping. I get that trucks run late, warehouse/manufacturing issues, but items stay out of stock for weeks on end at times and I unfortunately end up having to go elsewhere if its a necessity and not able to wait.And also, please, please show some of your staff how to better bag cans. Actually tossing them into a bag, while its not going to hurt the can, I just paid for that and dont want dented cans; Thanks.

They never have my dogs food in stock. Tried to order twice now and it's always out. Managers need to better plan for inventory better.

I do enjoy shopping here. Always politely greeted by the staff. They always ask if they can assist. They could do a bit better with their prices. I do recommend this place 👌

Very large pet store with a lot of product variety/selection. Self serve dog wash, which I've never heard of, and seemed handy should someone be in need of the service. They also said they did nail trimming, etc. Pricing seemed comparable to other stores. They did have some fun cupcakes/desserts for pet bdays, etc. (those were expensive in my opinion but fun for the occasional holiday/celebration). Thank you.

We got there just before they were closing so didn't get much chance to look around. But they did not rush us. I found exactly what I was looking for. And my sister bought a couple things she didn't even go there for. I would like to return to the store when I had more time to look around.

Best pet store ever. Great selection and the staff there are excellent! Cody was awesome and was a great help with getting fish for me today. Their tanks are clean and I've bought 12 fish from them with no losses yet. The store is always clean and tidy which is a good sign that they care about what they are doing. Their small animal and bird cages are also very clean so as a previous pet department manager I know what to look for! Thanks Pet Supplies Plus for being so amazing! As you can see my dog approves too!!!

Decent-sized aquatic selection with prices and fish not seen in other commercial stores. As well, the aquatic decor is decently priced, especially for some small-medium sized pieces. Most of the store is dedicated towards cats and dogs, which I'm sure have a highly varied selection as well.

Horrible customer service, four people working and not a single one asked if we needed help. No customers in the store also. They were all in the back of the store while we were looking at fish - clearly wanting to buy one and no one helped us. 1 out of the 4 people working should’ve asked if we needed help, embarrassing. Taking my business else where.

We feed our 2 GSDs the Redford Naturals salmon and brown rice food. They like it, it's good quality food, and it's affordable. There is a large selection of dog treats and supplies, as well as good/supplies for other types of pets. I love the rewards program, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I look forward to taking our girls to use the dog wash, too!!

Great place to wash your dog yourself: affordable, the equipment (water, dryer) and supplies (towels & choice of shampoos)—even some treats to reward or distract your best friend. (Suggestion: A stall for dogs that may have a hard time jumping into or out of the raised platform). Great service clipping/filing claws. And lots of great products for your pets.Important bonus: consistently pleasant & friendly staff. Thanks, all!

The cashier was an angel. She answered my questions best she could.I was disappointed that the store didn't have any cat grass. I'm not sure if that's what it's called. Grass grown for cats, to eat, basically.

Experience bathing our dogs was fine. I'm very disappointed to hear the self pet wash is increasing its price for their punch card from $25 to $40! I won't be using this service there anymore
