We used to go here when it was Stylin’ Paws, and always had a good result. When it changed, I guess my dog went to a new groomer. I’m not sure if she’s new, but my dog’s haircut came out very choppy and uneven. Rather than doing a traditional rounded teddy bear doodle cut, her paws came out very pointed and tapered. The receptionist was very empathetic and offered to get her back in to even it out. Even after she went back to get it cleaned up, it was still choppy and uneven.

I can't say enough good things about Stylin Paws! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and knew we were in the right place. Mallory, our groomer, was incredibly patient and professional. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work.I was honestly amazed at the transformation; my pup Rosie looked like a brand new dog! She came out looking so beautiful, I almost thought they'd given me the wrong dog!The attention to detail and the overall friendliness of the staff have made us lifelong customers. Yes, there are closer groomers, but the extra drive is more than worth it for this level of care and expertise. They truly are all about the dogs, and that love shines through in every aspect of their service.If you're on the fence, just go for it—your furry friend will thank you!Would highly recommend to anyone who values quality and care in pet grooming.

We have been taking our senior Bichon here for awhile and they do the best Bichon puppy cut! Giselle is so kind and I know our boy is in good hands. They sent us a picture this Christmas that is definitely going up on the wall!

Took our dog Marko in to get groomed today, of course it was our first time here, and we are very, very happy with the outcome! The owner, Bob, is fantastic and his groomers are amazing. We will definitely be bringing Marko back!!!

Stylin’ Paws does an amazing job with my dog’s groom every time! She is older and a little less patient than she used to be but they still are able to get the tricky hair around her mouth and her claws looking perfect! They also only keep the dog there for as long as is needed (unlike some grooming places that keep them in a kennel in the back all day until they’re finally groomed hours later). I couldn’t recommend this salon enough.

I took my dog, Charlie, to be groomed at Pawz and claws on Friday. They did an amazing job with her! Very satisfied and highly recommend them to groom your dog!

Zero stars!The first two photos was his second visit. Was told his ears were matted. Last photo was his first visit. His ears were so cute! How do you shave all the way down to his skin on his ears. Visit took over 5 hours....no way a bath, dry, and cut takes 5 hours. Max should be 2 hours. If you dont have time to start on the dogs right away and finish all the way through maybe dont book so many dogs in a day. Dont book unless you want your poor puppy sitting in a kennel all day. He ran outside so fast cuz he had to go potty. They dont give No Potty breaks! Will be looking for a new groomer! I suggest you do the same.

Love this place! I have 2 larger dogs that I take there for the self bathing stations. They provide you with everything you need to clean your dogs. This place is very clean and the staff is amazing. Very friendly. Highly recommend them!

This was my dogs first time getting groomed and I am NOT happy with not only the result, but also customer service. I was told it would be 3-4 hours and they would call, which was fine. But after 5 hours still no one had called and I went in myself and they had said he was done for a while but no one called me. Then when I picked him up, he was still damp and the cut was NOT even around his backside. I expected to be able to talk to the groomer because I wanted to know how my dog reacted and was through out the appointment. Nothing, absolutely nothing. They just sent him out with a Christmas bow tie without telling me how anything went. When we went home I noticed a cut on his belly that was bleeding (from scissors) and I'm furious and disappointed.

I’ve went to the Clive location a handful of times and I’m always impressed with the level of service I receive. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond to deliver the best possible service and is very friendly. The boutique is very cute, the staff is great, the groomers do an amazing job and the self wash is extremely comfortable and easy to use (even if you’re one person with 2 huskies lol). I will continue to come back to stylin paws for all my grooming needs and anytime the dogs need new treats.

My dog is a maniac. He barks, he's aggressive, and hates other dogs with a passion. They somehow manage him and send him back with a very nice haircut every time. It takes a special heart to deal with someone like him and I'm highly appreciative that they can do it. Great groomer.

Right now I am sitting in my car outside of Blue Pearl Emergency Vet Clinic because of Covid I am not allowed to be in the room with my dog.I am here because Megan at Stylin Paws caused a laceration on my dog Bates’ neck AND a laceration on his back leg. The cut on his neck is deep enough to require stitches.I believe that I am a reasonable person, but as a dog dad I am cognizant of the fact that I am protective of my dog to an unreasonable level. Professional groomers should understand that, and treat our dogs with a high level of care given that we have entrusted them with our dogs!About one hour after dropping off my dog Bates with every assurance that he would be well taken care of I get a call from Megan the groomer telling me that she has caused a laceration on Bates’ neck and he will need to be taken to the vet immediately to have stitches. I dropped everything and rushed to the store where I was met by two employees casually conversing and laughing amongst themselves. Excuse me, I said, I’m here to pick up my injured dog! I then proceeded to drive 30 minutes across town in a BLIZZARD with Bates crying on my lap.Now, here I am sitting in my car waiting for the veterinarian to call me back on the status of Bates. Saturday ruined. Dog a mess. Frankly, I’m about to lose my ****!You have been warned.

When we got our Wire Fox Terrier last October (yes, he was a pandemic puppy) I called all over the DSM metro to find someone who did hand stripping. I was so excited to learn that Megan not only knew the skill, but loved working with Terriers!For the last year or so she's helped us care for our pup, Hugo, and not only has kept him looking stylish but also helps us keep his coat/nails/ears clean and healthy. She is professional and loving - and Hugo has no fear going to get groomed. One thing I particularly like about Styling Paws and Megan is that they keep great records of what services they did the visit before and when we drop him off for an appointment, they always ask if there are any changes or updates we'd like them to do. We didn't want him to have the "show dog look" and wanted something a bit more relaxed - Megan helped us find the right look for us that is easy to maintain!It is so great to be able to trust your dog's groomer to not only do the job you're paying them to do, but to genuinely provide personalized care for your furry family member.Please enjoy this silly photo of him taken by a photographer friend!

Truely a great place to take your little furrballs. Well in my case, Moose the Newfoundland. Always listens and does what the customer request. I do advise planning in advance and scheduling your pup a few weeks out. Moose loves his appointments. Prices are pretty great in my opinion as well.Picture of Moose going camping the same day we got him groomed. Needless to say, time out little buddy was out the car he was jumping in the water and rolling in the sand.Once again… great staff and customer experience.

We absolutely LOVE our groomer Wynter. Our 14 year old golden retriever has a lot of weakness and aches and pains and she takes SUCH incredibly good care of him.... He has always hated going to other dog grooming salons and would tremble with fear when we would pull up, but he is so relaxed when we get to Stylin Paws and gets so excited to go see Wynter. Plus, he looks and smells amazing afterwards! They do such a great job, the facility is sparkling clean, and everyone is friendly.

Very friendly staff. Easy to book. They charge a fair price and did a very good job grooming my dog. He was happy when he was done and looked great. Very nice smelling and even. We have visited several dog groomers in the area with mixed results but Stylin Paws did a great job. We will be back for the next haircut!

This was our first time taking our dog to have his nails cut professionally. We were super nervous and they did a wonderful job and took there time. He was not cut and did not bleed. We will definitely be going back

If you want your dog to spend 4 hours in a cage waiting to get groomed then you should absolutely go to this place. I told them my little girl had a heart and anxiety condition and they still proceeded to put her in a cage scared and barking. How do I know this?? My appointment was at 12:30 and she wasn’t ready until 6:15- 15 minutes after they closed. What?? I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take almost 6 hours to groom a Pomeranian. Would you ever wait 4 hours at a human salon?? I don’t think so. Your appointment time should be when you start on the grooming and if you can’t accommodate that than you need to be honest with your client and reschedule. My little girl experienced borderline animal abuse and I am disgusted and appalled and just 3 days ago she passed away. Now this joke of a groomer isn’t fully to blame because as I mentioned she had a heart condition but I guarantee her experience at this place led to the decline in her health and her ultimate untimely death. She died almost a month to the day from her appointment. SO if you want healthy happy animals don’t take them to this despicable and unprofessional place. I hold this company and all their employees personally responsible for my little girls premature death.

Originally, I was very excited to be working with Stylin Paws because I had heard great things. That is not the experience I had. First off, I was not permitted to tour the facilities. I wanted to see where my dog was going to be housed and how their grooming process worked. They denied me access to all of it. I had a gut feeling that I should not leave my dog with them, but I ignored that feeling. I have definitely paid the price for not listening to my gut. The groom they did for my dog looks ridiculous. Basically just a hack job with scissors above his eyes and then charged me $60. It looks like a toddler cut up his hair. I’m so extremely disappointed with the service, the communication, and the way my dog now looks. DO NOT bring your dog here. You’d be better off grooming your dog on your own.
