I really like shopping here. Most everything is very high quality and good prices. I buy Milwaukee products here cause their prices are the best around. Get on their email list and check sale prices for coupons. I saved $40.00 the last time I was there.

Rude customer service. After cashier named "Sam" saw my tattoos he threw my items at me and became disrespectful lol. If your modern be warned. Recently moved and will never shop here again.

Great place for your tool person of the house. Only issue is they run out of sale items quite a bit. Tons of selection. Go build something. Updated. Still great items for your project at very good values.

Terrible customer service i walked in 15 minutes before closing and sat there while the person at the front completely ignored me the tells me they cant help me the parts guy is gone i tell them i just want my money back and the lady is rude and disrespectful saying there not giving my money back! I will be making a complaint!

Very clean est. and shelves stocked neatly. Enjoyed display down middle of isle.. Filled with a little of everything gadgets, tools, tape and lighting ect.!!! I will always come back to take a peek Prices were a tad bit high but that is almost every est. Friendly staff but did get a sense of being watched. I understand your rational but creating a hostile shopping experience is awful. Take care all @Northern Tool

Went in at 3pm Sunday. Parts counter closed and was trying to piece together a water inlet valve for my northern pressure washer. Had several different packaged pieces in my hands looking at new floor models to get a comparison with the one I own to try to get something that would work . I put everything back because there's nothing on the floor I can use. As I'm walking towards the door there are 3 employees 1 at the end of each isle where I just was acting like they're rearranging items . Not one of them asked if I needed any help or even made eye contact with me . I can only assume I was being watched as a potential shoplifter. Cold customer service and I guess you're guilty until proven innocent. What an insult!. I have enough cash on me to buy a high end pressure washers and this is how you treat customers? I don't recommend this business

This store had all of the brand names and stock of all the basic tools and accessories you need for anyone who works with their hands. I especially liked that they didn't overload you with a huge assortment of any item. You can also get help with anything from the staff. Best of all you go go through the whole store without feeling like you have to walk a marathon. This store is 3 1/2 hours away, but I'll definitely mark it for future trips.

Donna needs to find another line of work. She was the only clerk and couldn’t have moved any slower if she tried. Myself and another customer finally got tired of waiting and just left without making our purchases. At no point did she even seem to notice or care that we had been waiting forever as she continued to make slow lengthy small-talk with the customer at the register. While also neglecting to ask any one of the numerous employees wandering around aimlessly to open another register. This is the second time recently that I’ve seen this happen here. I’m done with this place

11/1/22- I'd called last Thursday and the man I spoke with said they had 5 boat trailer bunk brackets left. I needed 3. He was great. Went in today and walked all over looking for brackets and help. Even walking by someone with that not sure look got me nowhere. One girl was too mad at her broom to notice me the 3x we passed. I asked at the checkout and the lady there asked a kid. His reply... "we don't have those." Told him what I knew. "Well I don't know anything about em, but they might be in aisle 6."I like this store a lot, and hope they hire some retired men who know a thing or two about product and service.

I've only been in Northern tool one time, this was my second. I was helped by an young man Chad, he was extremely knowledgable about every department in the store. He mentioned he hadn't worked there long and it shocked me. I had to keep asking about different departments and tools just to see if I could trip him up once and he never even hesitated. Impressive and knowledgeable. Didn't think I had anything left to learn about tools or industrial equipment. I was wrong. Northern tool has my vote.

They only get one star because employees were anything but helpful. Employee was not able to answer questions about items and then said "that's all we got" but he sure wanted us to tell the cashier that , "Doug helped us"? He did???? We get to the cash register and the cashier was to busy playing on her phone to see someone had left a cart of supplies in the isle so you couldn't get to the checkout. Maybe they just walked out since she wasn't paying attention??? She didn't look up until I asked if she was waiting for someone and then asked me to turn and go around to which I said no. We asked someone for shop towels and the young man shrugged and said he only worked part time cashier...funny thing, the box of shop towels were on the shelf behind the cash register. Cashier did say they had over 10,000 items...not sure how that explains the lack of customer service, I know stores are trying to hire anyone but if you can't take pride in where you work or give the job you are being paid to do you full attention, you don't deserve the job. Northern tool, we won't be back.
