Me and my daughter will never come back to this location as we were followed by the store employees, every corner I turned down surprisingly magically there was an employee no one asked if we needed help. The purse I purchased had to be set upfront. Honestly, I felt embarrassed and will be contacting some legal advice.

Was in need of some holiday gifts during the busiest retail time of the year. Found very well priced items that helped check off those pesky wishlists and although the store was crawling with shoppers, all cashier lanes were open. Was out in no time as they quickly got everyone checked out.

It’s part of the TJ Maxx companies which I love. They have very similar items to TJ Maxx. They have unique and interesting products. They sell clothing, shoes, bedding, towels, kitchen wares, gift supplies and luggage. And great one of a kind items. If you find something you like, better buy it. It won’t be there when you come back. I never go to the mall anymore.

Love this store! Almost always organized and displayed wonderfully. They have great clothing and housewares selections, especially around the Christmas time. I've had Keith check me out at the register twice now and he's so energetic and has such a good vibe. Definitely enjoy shopping here!

I purchased a pair of shoes and tried to return them because they no longer fit. However, the person ringing me up never did give me a receipt as their employees were too interested in what I was saying about their shoes that were cut and wanted me to show them that problem so now I can’t even return my shoes because The register person ringing me up never gave me one. I brought it up to their store manager and store manager did nothing. Sucks because I enjoyed shopping at this location but not after spend $60 on a pair of shoes I can’t return because of their employee mistake!!!

I was impressed at how clean and organized the store was when I came in. I came in looking for a side table/stand and found one right away, even at a great price! I was in a rush but I would definitely come back again! The associates are friendly too

Once again, Marshall's to the rescue. I was looking for something to wear to an interview and wasn't having any luck. I decided to try Marshall's and I found many excellent choices at amazing prices. This Marshall's was well stocked and there was a very friendly gentleman at the door greeting customers as they entered the store. The beauty and personal care department could use a little cleaning and organizing but otherwise another great visit to Marshall's.

I was shopping here today (10/25/21 at 11 am) I was in the stationary aisle and watched an employee (brunette short curly hair glasses 40-50s) allow a guest to go into the stockroom by themselves to look at the Rae Dunn pottery they received. The employee did not go into the stock room with the guest, the guest asked if there were any workers in there to which the employee said no, they both looked both ways and the guest walked in there alone. I am not a Rae Dunn collector, but I do know what it is and can’t believe that an employee would allow a guest (a lady with a purse in jeans an a hoodie) to just go into the stockroom and grab what they wanted. That is a big safety hazard.

Great store but Olivia F really needs a talking to. This lady was so rude and glared at me when I asked her a simple question. Not to mention that she wouldn't stop flirting with my boyfriend. Like, you're there to work. Not flirt with customers.

Marshalls is my favorite store. They are friendly and funny and down to earth and there is such a wide array of cool stuff and food at great prices. I'm constantly finding treasures. Now that quarantine is over, they are getting trucks again on a regular basis and restocking quickly.

Love Marshall’s! This one felt a little grimy last I went in, but overall it’s just like your typical Marshall’s. The line to check out may look long but they get people through very quickly.

Nice store and great prices. My complaint is the line for the cashier. We waited almost ten minutes before they finally decided to get more cashiers working.

Was at marshals today with my girlfriend saw a older lady yelling at two other employees very rude from what I saw it was over shoes. She was basically throwing them at there Feet. I don't believe a employee should act this way to coworkers especially while other customers are shopping around. Other than that the shopping experience was great.

This is the first Marshall's in the area I visited years ago and it's still my favorite. It seems to have better shoes and an overall better selection of home goods than TJ Maxx (I'm aware they have the same parent company). Also, seems more organized than some stores I have visited. Check-out lines are about the same as any other, but the finds usually make it worth it.

I love shopping at Marshall's, this one is lacking, whereas it used to be GREAT. NOT sure what is going on. The blanket, rug selection is good, as is pillows. But the sale aisle is s a d. Very sad. Tiny bit of space,in a crowded, cramped area, and not much selection. I'm hoping that this gets resolved, as I only get to shop in Des Moines areas about twice a month, not living in the Des Moines area. Clothing and shoe selection is also good.

So many cute clothes at affordable prices. Good smelling hand soaps. Nice designer purses! Only prob... not real organized so a lil overwhelming to look around.
