Lazer was recommended to me by a handyman - I'm grateful for the recommendation. They were able to get me in quickly to replace my water heater. John worked quickly & got the job done in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area he worked in very well. He gave me a few pointers on how to keep the water heater functioning with some annual maintenance.I had a small issue after he'd left and Lazer got me on their schedule again very quickly. John again showed me what he fixed & how I can maintain the problem if it arises again.I highly recommend Lazer Home Services.

Great service and quality! John came out to fix our garbage disposal and install a new faucet. He was great at communicating to me what he was going to do. He explained to me the work that needed to be done and what the cost would be and gave me a few different options. He did not try to push me into paying for anything that wasn’t needed. He was very friendly and even carried a conversation with me while he was working. This is the second time he has come to my house to help us and he gave excellent service both times! I would highly recommend Lazer to anyone! I even got to use the $50 off coupon that I got in the mail!

Aron did a thorough job of checking our home electrical, and explained some of the things he was looking for. He also informed us of which outlets in our kitchen were on different circuits - which may prove helpful when entertaining. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Devin reexamined my furnace, which other companies told me was leaking oil and needed replaced. He put his meters to work, and told me that it did not need replacing at this time, that it was a self-contained system and could not actually leak oil. Another case of companies trying to do a senior citizen out of money.I can’t express how much I appreciated Devon’s honesty. That is the kind of an estimator you want coming to your house, rather than these slick people who just want to sell their products at top price. Thank you.

Mason did the quote.!! It seemed a little high. We were ready to get the lighting done and it was "very fast". Happy with the work. The guys were great and accommodating. Very fast and professional!!We will be back. Prices are high!!!Sometimes,as customers, we have sticker shock! Hope you all know that. Maybe next time the guys could hang around a little longer and at least visit, so I can say they stayed at least a few hours!! Hahaha... fast workers. We ❤️ them! Qualified and Quick!!! Devan came out and was nothing but professional, timely and took care of a water heater install and cleaned up an AC unit install that was a bit sloppy from another company. Lazer saved our week! Negative temps outside and tons of snow on top of a water heater that was not functioning as it should… Lazer was able to come same day of my call, diagnose the issue and replace the water heater a couple days after. Pricing was always transparent and in my opinion extremely fair for the appliance/service. John was honest, helpful and very friendly. Installation of the water heater, he had a helper with him (don’t remember his name) who was also helpful and efficient. Trisha got me scheduled and was plain awesome at keeping me informed of the technician’s arrival. Thank you Lazer!

They are absolute home comfort heroes! They came out after our 30 year old water heater failed. Gave a good upfront price on a 50 gallon unit. The service manager actually responded, helping with calls due to the blizzard. He was at my place within a few hours of my call, and was excellent! We were up and running later this afternoon. Beyond thrilled with the service provided, given the poor weather/road conditions. My family is thankful to have hot water again. Thank you very much! A++ rating.

We had a last-minute emergency with a shower at one of our rental properties. Was a great experience today with my HVAC service. He explained everything he was seeing with my unit .I also had Aron hang 5 lights for me. They did an awesome job and were very efficient. As first-time homeowners, we're always looking to use companies whose quality (and availability) meets affordability when it comes to something we can't do ourselves, and Lazer is the perfect example of that. Our garbage disposal quit working unexpectedly, and we were able to book a plumber to come out quickly. When he realized the issue was electrical, they sent an electrician the next business day who was able to fix the issue. They didn't charge us extra for a second consultation, and the cost to fix the switch issue itself was very reasonable. The team were so kind and knowledgable, and we'll definitely be calling them again for future needs!

Their yearly program is a scam and you get nothing for it. They came out to look at my furnace, broke a piece off, taped it back on, and said they’d fix it. They never made it right despite multiple calls and messages. Now, when I go to sell my house, I’m going to have to replace that myself because it will never pass inspection with a bunch of electrical tape holding out together!! Unbelievable.
